Wij zijn hier nu voor de 2e keer. Enige wat wij jammer vonden was het time-sharing verkooppraatje keer op keer op de voicemail.

Zeer goed verblijf, wel wat onpersoonlijk door de enorme gebouwen waar de villa's in gehuisvest zijn. Groot, schoon en luxe ingericht. Prijs kwaliteit is erg goed. Wat ze niet moeten doen zijn de time-sharing verkoop bijeenkomsten waar ze 1,5 uur van je tijd vragen voor USD 50,-. Vind dat niet bij Sheraton passen. Kamer was niet schoon. Stoffen/stofzuigen was nodig. Verder zie je dat het niet meer nieuw is, maar het ziet er wel OK uit. Redelijk veel geluid van de buren, voornamelijk door de verbindingsdeur. Deze heeft net als de meest hoteldeuren in Amerika aan de onderkant enkele cm speling ten opzichte van de deur. Verder zaten wij in building 17. Dit ligt […] het verst weg van het hoofdgebouw. De wifi-verbinding werkte hierdoor niet. Het hotel zei er wel mee bezig te zijn. We stayed for 4 nights at the beginning of May. It was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pools on the property. They were clean and not over-crowded. We alwas saw lifeguards on duty too. We also liked the screened in balcony with our room. We would definitely return to this property again. Hotel staff could not have been more gracious! We were able to get a room upgrade easily. Wish we could have had more time to enjoy the gorgeous pools and amenities. Will be staying again for sure!

The room was so big and so clean. We are a family of 6 and there was no shortage of room. We would absolutely stay here again.

Except that we didn't have wifi service for the whole week we stayed. They tried to fix it but it didn't work. However, we were out to Disney most of our stay, so it didn't disturb our stay there. The heated pool behind the lobby building was fabulous..

Loved it best place in Orlando. If they could find away to deliver food and groceries to the room for an additional charge it would make it perfect.

This was a time share with full kitchen, living room, large bathroom and balconry. It was close to my meeting at the JW Marriott and alll of the Disney attractions. Clean and very comfortable. If I could travel like this on every business trip I would.

Everything about this resort was great. The only negative I could come up with is the check in process and wait to check in was abnormally long. The pools were toddler and adult friendly. I would highly recommend the Sheraton Vistana.

Overall we had a good experience, just a few things that went unexpected. I had made the reservations online, nothing was mentioned about needing to pay extra $50 for incidentals when we checked in. We don't even know what the incidentals were. So beware of that. We were there during spring break week. First night we heard a woman screaming at some […] guy to leave her alone or she would call the cops. (About 1 am). Then at 4 am someone pulled the fire alarms and the bldg was evacuated. Found out it was a water pipe that broke 2 floors above us. Went back into our room and in he morning noticed we had been flooded also. The washer ruined one of my shirts- tore holes in it ( luckily it was just a tshirt) the hotel staff/manager upgraded our room to a 2 bedroom suite and reimbursed for the shirt. The last day we were there, power went out a couple of times. The outside was very pretty and lots to do for everyone in the family. Good food at the restaurant. If going to Disney ( like we were) give urself extra time, in am and around 3 ish u will sit in traffic for at least extra 20-30 mins. Last thing, this is a time share so if you dont want to be bothered with the sales pitches, ignore the phone calls. Lees meer

We were hoping for a nice location and comfortable room and were extremely pleased on arrival to find how large the complex was and how nice and big our room was. The resort facilities were exceptional and we experienced great service. We had a hire car and found the location on I-Drive was central to all our interests. The facilities were very nice and well maintained. Check in was smooth. We bypassed the "free" gift as we didn't want to waste time trying to be talked into a tour. We did receive phone calls each morning at 8:30 and finally answered on day 3 as this was the only way to get them to stop calling. The kitchen was missing some key cooking utensils and […] dish soap.We did have a noise issue one night at midnight with a loud party going on at the pool area. We called and were told that security would go over and quiet things down. This worked for about 30 sec. and then started up again. We made 2 additional calls with the same results until the area closed at 1a.m. We did talk to the manager the following morning and he indicated that he would make the head of security aware of our concern for a repeat that night. Stayed in a lovely 2 bedroom suite with my Dad and my 2 little boys (2 and 10 months) we where extremely surprised with the room as it was more than we had expected. Even though our package didn't include house keeping we came back to the room ever day to fresh clean towels etc, I thought that was vey nice of them. Overall the hotel was nice and clean. We stayed in the 1 bedroom room. It would've been nice if the living room was a little bit larger. When you pull the sleep sofa out, you do not have much room to walk anywhere. Good price for a nice hotel. We will definitely come back when we are in Orlando again!

Two BR condo - Great place. Excellent bedding. The only short coming was the Non- hi definition TV signal - annolog only. |Fry pans flimsy and cheap. All staff were outstanding on all issues. A week here would not be a problem. We will definetly stay here again soon. Great pool and waterfall. Restaurant on site is fine. Lobby was not up to the standards […] of a great hotel (barren), but still okay, but is the only weak point in making it a 5 star hotel. I would rate this hotel as a 4.8. Very comfortable. I will be staying here again in the future. If you have kids or like to have the conveniences of home, this is the place to stay. We had a 2 bedroom villa. The space is very large. Everything was updated and very clean. There was a full kitchen, fully stocked with dinnerware, pots, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. The beds were extremely comfortable […] and had clean white linen. The pools are wonderful. Also well kept and clean. It was the week of President's day and it wasn't too crowded. Parking was very convenient. Close to our building and room, and free. Lots of little complimentary things here. Two days of Starbucks coffee in our room, laundry detergent for a couple loads, dishwasher detergent, it was really wonderful since we booked this last minute and didn't bring all those things with us. It's a great find if you are traveling with your own transportation. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to stay away from the crowds of Disney, but want to be close to visit those attractions. Lees meer

Room was great- spacious, nicely appointed, giant bathroom with large Jacuzzi tub. Pools were nice though not equal to other resorts in Orlando. Enjoyed a nice dinner at the restaurant. A pleasant stay.

It's a very good hotel I will love to stay agin. You were basically renting an aparment. everything was good. Only probelm is the time share. it takes up most of your day not 1 1/2 like they tell you, but I did end up buying the time share.. A lovely place, for familes with children, yet still perfect for couples of all ages!. Love having our own dryer in the room. Pleasant, beautiful grounds, awesome pool! Love the convenience of the lunch and dinner grill resturant by the pool. Wish there was a cafe for breakfast. All in all, a lovely place, would definately would go back!

Our stay was great! Had all the amenities of home and close to all the attractions, but away from the hustle and bustle of being in the parks. Had family visiting from Brazil in a unit across the street (same Villages) and could have privacy when we wanted and the whole gang when desired! This hotel was an excellent value, with 2 TV's, plenty of space(we got the one king bed#, kitchen and big bath. I left the charger to my earpiece and the nice lady#Mary Lou) even maiied it to my home. Now that's great service! It was excellent. The villa was superb. The beds were very comfortable. They thought of everything in the way of kitchen accessories, dishes, detergent. The only thing I didn't like was when they asked us to sit through a 90 minute time share talk.

Had a 2 bedroom villa, in building 23, lots of room for a family of 4, 2 large bathrooms, and a good sized kitchen. Was close to main pool, which was open until 1:00AM daily, still had time to relax, in the hit tubs after walking through the parks all day. Over all a great resort.

Our family of five had a wonderful time at this resort. It was like a home away from home. We felt no pressure from the timeshare salesman. Disney parks, Universal Studios and Seaworld are closeby. Premium Outlets are within walking distance. International Drive had everything we could have asked for.
