Deze keer lag de (vintage) kamer wat dicht boven een speaker van het casino, maar de geluidsoverlast was niet te groot. Vorige keer was een andere kamer doodstil. O, ja en de warm en koud water kraan van de douche zit omgekeerd in veel kamers dus C is warm en H is koud.Maar voor een hotel op 200 mtr van de Fremont street experience / downtown casino's een prima keuze.

Gated security, exemplary service, comfort of stay, all fro a great price. I even took advantage to the in room sauna. Coffee was complimentary in the morning which was convenient for me. If you don'e have a car, everything you need is within a few blocks. I enjoyed staying here, it was clean and had a friendly staff. This place is a time share so they will try to sell you on that, but it does come with a free buffet and a show. "Nice place but watch your step!"
The room was spacious, and in generally great condition. The jacuzzi tub was my favorite feature. But I did have a few issues with my stay. 1. I walked into the bathroom barefoot, and almost stepped on a small scorpion (yes, it was alive). So if you like to be barefoot, watch your step! 2. The thermostat didn't work, and the heat would never cut off. […] So by morning, it was a sweatbox. 3. Be aware that this is a timeshare, and they will ask you to sit through a sales pitch. 4. This isn't the hotel's fault, but If you do stay here, don't buy wine at the corner store. I bought several bottles, and each one had turned. Even with these issues, I would stay here again though! The room and location was very nice and clean. They have a shuttle that takes you to the strip on the hour but only to Treasure Island and Mandalay, IIRC. The kitchen is complete except there were no pots and pans, so bring those yourself. Didn't try the hot tub but it is located in the bedroom which is nice. Couldn't turn on fireplace but didn't ask […] for help either. No noise from the neighbors. Pool seemed very nice except it was January so maybe some other time. Daily charge for WiFi. "Entire Condo for the price of a room"
I'm always happily surprised when the accommodations surpass one's expectations, and this place did just that--we got an entire one-bedroom condo, with gas fireplace, fully functioning kitchen and a very comfortable bedroom for less than what we would have paid for for a room on the strip--and it was a lot quieter, too!Gecontroleerde Hotels.com gastenbeoordeling

Beautiful condo for a great price. It's a couple miles off the strip, but they have a shuttle. I used a rental car during the day, and the shuttle at night. I would stay here again.Gecontroleerde Hotels.com gastenbeoordeling

"Off the strip"
I enjoyed the stay with Westgate and would stay at this location again. The rooms are clean and quiet with lots of space included within the den and full kitchen. Everything we needed was available or close. The bus stop is steps from the main entrance. We walked to the market and used the shuttle to the strip.Gecontroleerde Hotels.com gastenbeoordeling

"Great Place away from the Strip"
We stayed here overnight while traveling through Las Vegas. The hotel is farther away from the Strip than I was aware of, although I was with my children and just relaxing. The hotel was great. I chose this place because my hotels of choice were either sold out or too expensive on this one Saturday night for which I needed accomodations in Vegas. I chose it based on 96% positive reviews, and I was not disappointed! I had a little trouble finding the place, since it's sign is not prominent or brightly lit. Once I found it, I was pleased to […] discover it was gated. The guard at the gate was very friendly and found my name right away. Registration was a very pleasant experience. (They upgraded me from a 1- to a 2-bedroom unit without my even asking!) In fact, all of my dealings with the staff here were very satisfying. The people who work here are nice, professional and accommodating. After parking my car in a carport and climbing the stairs to my "villa," I realized this place seemed a lot like an apartment complex -- albeit a really nice one. Inside the unit, everything was new, clean and upgraded. If this is an apartment, it's one I certainly wouldn't mind living in! It was very light and bright with lots of windows. A nice surprise was the room service menu I found in the living room, with delivery until 3 a.m. The beds were comfortable enough for me to sleep like a log in, and I found absolutely no creepy crawlers anywhere in the place (I always do a thorough check when I stay away from home).
