holiday inn express was clean and beds were comfortable. we went to mount snow for the day and the hotel was convenient to get to and from the mountain. indoor pool wasnt that warm. only complaint about the room was that the curtains do not close all the way

Great service, people friendly and helpful. Gave us a great tip on the Luna Azul restaurant which was an excellent Mexican place to eat. We couldn't draw the curtains closed to make it really dark in our room.....only drawback!

This hotel provided us with the proper amenities for an overnight stay close to our destination. We arrived late and because of the 24 hour fast food restaurants in the area, we were able to get something to eat. The hotel personnel were friendly and courteous. We will be staying there again.

This hotel was clean and quiet. There were no strange sounds in the night to keep you up. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool is small and very cold, and the hot tub was great after hitting the slopes. However, it is an hour away from most of the ski resorts, so it is somewhat troublesome driving too and fro. The breakfast was bland even for […] a hotel. Cereal, yogurt, bagels, and pancakes. But they do give you free cookies! There are fast food restaurants, a pharmacy and a bank nearby. My husband, son and I were very pleased with your hotel. The beds were very comfortable, rooms clean ,breakfast good I can't think of anything we weren't pleased with. I hope they are all just as nice we are going to Des moines and maybe the Jersey Shore and will use your hotel in both places.

We chose this for a quick weekend getaway and will definitely be back again! Clean and comfortable rooms with VT views, fluffy towels and a big selection of breakfast items along with helpful, friendly staff. The automatic pancake maker was a big hit with the kids. The Hotel was dated. When you walk in there is a stong ordor of pool. The room was shabby at best. Stains on the carpet, holes in the wallpaper, and the thermostat was dangling. We were in a room under a large noisy generator. A very unpleasant stay.

Great place. Very clean with wonderful service. Was very impressed.

Nothing wrong with the place other than insufficient hot water. Nothing outstanding about it either.

Loved the breakfast! Very friendly staff and clean! Pool area is nice and clean.

We stayed here to zipline for the weekend. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was perfect for my kids and was always being replenished. There was always tea/coffee out if you wanted it. The beds are not very comfortable but really most people love their own bed over hotels so take this comment with a grain of […] salt. The pool was clean and not crowded. The hot tub had a lot of rock debris in it from the floor. Although I could smell the cholorine I was still leary to go in it due to the 'floaties'. Lees meer

The room was clean, the desk clerks were fabulous. The folks making the breakfast buffett were fast, efficient and very friendly. The food was good. I enjoyed the use of the fitness center, the area was neat and clean. My only critical comment would include the curtains in my room did not close. The shears drew closed but the heavier curtains did not. […] There was a security light at this window. My room was on the first floor adjacent to the driveway of the hotel. My trip to Brattleboro was work related and I will use this hotel in the future. Lees meer

Very nice hotel, front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff also very helpful and friendly. We were there for a college graduation. Close by restaurants and town.

The hotel was clean, modern and reasonably quiet. A nice place to get a good night's sleep if you have to be in Brattleboro, VT for some reason.

This is our second stay in two weeks and we will stay again for the convienence and location to highway. Room was clean and beds/pillows were comfortable. Breakfast is nice benefit and kids enjoyed it with many choices for them to make. Only negatives were the pool was slightly cloudy and hot tub was extremely hot and jets did not function.

Stayed here as we were buying a new home in Brattelboro and know the hotels and the town well. This is the best hotel in town and ranks a score of 5 and will have visitors staying there in the future. Price is very good.

Best if you can stay in room facing away from Rt 91 because hotel is literally right on highway. The facility and our room were sparkling clean, well cared for and comfortable. (Beds not as comfy as my favorite Marriott beds.) Personnel very friendly. Mediocre but convenient breakfast buffet included. Intially the desk clerk couldn't find my reservation […] -- there seemed to be a little confusion. But then she found it and said she would upgrade me to Priority status so I would get water & chocolates and late checkout - 2pm. Very helpful. But when I checked my credit card charge after my stay, I was billed both by Hotels.com AND Holiday Inn Express. Contacted Hotels.com and they called HI Express while I was on the line. They said it would be corrected in 24 hours so we'll see if it gets resolved by 6 pm tonight... Lees meer

The Holiday Inn Express in Brattleboro, Vt is a perfect home base for a quick Vermont get-away, or an over-night stop when visitng one of the local colleges! The heating unit in our room continually turned on and off, changing the noise level. This kept my husband awake much of the night. Fan or pump motor seemed to need attention.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms, good comp. breakfast and nice dining area. Do not stay next to the janitor/maintenance room. For example rm 121. It sounded like a dryer was going on and off all night.

We have stayed at many Holiday Express Inns because you always know you are going to get a very clean room and a comfortable bed for a good price. The extra bonus on this one is the staff. Excellent location -- minutes off of the highway and only a few minutes drive to downtown. Very clean and service was friendly. Only one computer available to guests and breakfast was what you would expect for something that is free -- not very good. Better off buying a cup of coffee and a donut at DD's.

Nice pool. The hotel is well staffed with friendly employees. The room air conditioner worked well which is often not the case in hotel rooms. Breakfast was very nice in a sunny room.

We had a great stay at this hotel. From the pool to the breakfast, room, etc. Just Terrific!

For the value the HIEH&S is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered is more than adequate and well stocked. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Nice atmosphere. Only one distraction noted is when you enter the lobby, dining area, or ( we stayed on the 2nd floor)came out of our rooms, the odor of chlorine from […] the pool is very strong. Holiday Inn Express is proving to be one of the nicest hotels and the greatest value ever.Easy to find, polite personnel and wonderful accommodations. The beds are fantastic.

room was freezing upon arrival a/c was loud all night

We stayed one night here and really have no complaints the cinnamon buns with breakfast were yummy. We stayed in a suite which slept 5 comfortably.

My husband and I stayed at this Hotel on our way to Vacationing in Maine.We were very impressed with the friendly service that the staff gave us, the breakfast we had before checking out was delicious.We will definitely be staying at this Hotel again when traveling in Vermont.We would recommend this Hotel to everyone.

Very comfortable beds and a great breakfast

We enjoyed staying at this hotel, the room was very nice and clean, we also liked the fact that it had a small refrigerator and the hotel was very helpful regarding area questions. We have never had any negative experiences with Holiday Inn Hotels.

På rundtur i Amerika møter ein mangt. Her møtte vi trivelege tilsette, gode rom og flott parkering. Verkeleg ein stad å kvile ut etter køyreturar som gjerne vert lange. Om noko skal påpeikast så må det vere at den standardiserte frukosten deira (som er den same for heile hotellkjeden - all over USA) er lite eigna for norske magar. vel søtt og klissete. […]  Men bevares - du får ikkje så mykje betre frukost andre stader heller slik sett.
