Wij hebben samen met onze zoon op een familiekamer geslapen. Deze was netjes, schoon, goed onderhouden. Het hotel ligt wel wat verder van pisatoren vandaan maar de afstand ernaar toe is goed te lopen en je krijgt daardoor ook gelijk wat van pisacentrum mee! Personeel van het hotel heel erg vriendelijk en ontbijt was goed verzorgd.

Prima hotel. Bedden hard maar kamer en badkamer schoon. Nadeel is wel is dat het vlakbij het ziekenhuis ligt en als je het raam 's nachts open hebt veel last van ambulances met sirenes. Als je het raam dicht hebt, is het probleem opgelost. Er komen veel bussen in de buurt.

Net hotel, vriendelijk personeel met een verzorgd ontbijt. Prijs/kwaliteit zeker goed. Ivm mijn dwarslaesie van te voren geinformeerd of dit of dit hotel een rolstoelvriendelijke badkamer had. Ik was aangenaam verrast. Over het algemeen wordt een badkamer en of hotel al rolstoelvriendelijk genoemd als de deurbreedte voldoende is of als er geen drempels aanwezig zijn, maar dit hotel had er ook rekening mee gehouden dat een persoon die niet kan staan en lopen zich ook graag wil douchen. Complimenten. Verder koelkastje aanwezig dus alles ok.

Aardige Italiaanse oudere man die de B&B runt, spreekt goed Engels (vooral voor een Italiaan). Wel veel geluidsoverlast, zowel van de straat als van andere bewoners (het is heel gehorig, je kunt de sleutel een paar deuren verder op in het slot horen gaan). Oordopjes meenemen dus. Verder goede service, goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding en goede locatie.
Ligging.
Eurostars Toscana bevindt zich in Lucca, dicht bij Dogenpaleis in Lucca, Kathedraal van San Martino en Kerk van San Michele in Foro. In de buurt liggen ook Guinigitoren en Museum en nationale pinakotheek.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
Eurostars Toscana heeft een turks stoombad, een sauna en een fitnesscentrum. In openbare ruimtes is een draadloze snelle internetverbinding gratis beschikbaar, terwijl de accommodatie over een computer met internetverbinding beschikt. De zakelijke voorzieningen bij deze 4-sterrenaccommodatie zijn onder andere een businesscentrum en audiovisuele apparatuur. Dit hotel voor zaken heeft een restaurant, een koffiebar/café en een bar/lounge. Gasten krjjgen gratis ontbijt. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere meertalig personeel, gratis kranten in de lobby en roomservice (beperkte uren). Gasten kunnen gratis parkeren.

"Not a cozy hotel and staff has no eye for service"
First of all our airco did not work and it took a long time before we got another room. They did not want to admit it at first!!! The staff has no eye for its customers and it feels very unpersonal and business-like to stay here. The rooms are basic, not so special and in our first room the shower was totally hanging loose on the wall.

We actually liked the walk through the local neighborhood to get into the historic city! Stopping in at a local supermarket across the street from the hotel gave us an opportunity to see how the average Italian lives; not just people who live in the upscale tourist area of Lucca. "Nice but noisy"
This was a really nice hotel. it was clean, modern, nice staff, very close to the heart of Lucca and easy to get to. However, we could hear our neighbors snoring at night and all morning long people were slamming doors. This hotel is well located to visit Lucca and is in a quiet location even though it is next to a main road and McDonalds. It is only about 10 min walk to the walls of Lucca. Unlike others, we found the hotel with graet ease
"Perfect on the budget..."
Eurostars Toscana is a cute and modern hotel. My husband and I enjoyed every part of our stay there. The beds were comfortable and it was a decently short walk from the train station and the city walls of Lucca. The concierge was very helpful, and of course, spoke English. Unlike other reviewers- I was thankful for the McDonald's next door- it was a […] nice easy snack (no complaints on that one!) If that's a problem for you- then leave the room and enjoy the city you came to see! The walk to the hotel has a part with no sidewalk so you're next to the cars passing- I didn't enjoy that part, but it's wasn't actually a problem. I would have preferred to be within the city walls of Lucca but other places were full, out of our price range, or didn't have as good reviews- so Eurostars Toscana fit what we wanted. Staff spoke English and were very helpful. Bar and Restaurant didn't open until 7.30pm. It appeared that the staff there were limited as it took a couple of hours to have an evening meal.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very freindly and helpful. Good breakfast, and free Wi-Fi. Location was convienient to the Auto Strada, but quite a hike from the train station carrying luggage.

Eurostars Toscana was really great for the value. It was clean and a 15 min walk to inside the walls of Lucca. It's a bit tricky to find by car but once there it is a convenient place to stay for visiting Lucca. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good too.

very difficult to find due to no signposts once you were directed into a housing estate. Once you found the road no number was given with the hotel information. The road started at no 42 the hotel was around no1240. Why was there no mention of the fact that it is next door to McDonalds? The hotel backs onto a major road with the hotel name about fifty […] feet in the air this makes it difficult to see when you are in a car. "Great One Night Stay on Your Way To Somewhere Else"
When we arrived in Lucca our first attempt to reach the hotel put us in the MacDonald parking lot next door to the Eurostar. The pictures I saw on Hotels.com looked a lot more razzle dazzle. Could this be the sparkling red brick building in the picture? Our room on the second floor lacked the charm of the “room with a view’ in Florence. Our view was […] the A11 cloverleaf and the MacDonald. But I must say I came around to being very pleased with my choice. The room was clean and modern although the free WiFi only reached the first floor of guest rooms. But I took my laptop down to the lobby and was easily able to download my email. The firm, not hard, mattress offered a good nights sleep. But the best of all was the hotel staff. The front desk clerk who checked us in was most helpful and spent a lot of time answering questions. He made every effort to make our stay pleasant. The maids were great as well. Always offering a smile and a cheerful “Bon giorno”. The included breakfast was a truly varied spread of cheeses, meats, fruits & veggies, breads, yogurt and cereals. Would I stay a week...probably not. But if you were on your way to Florence or points north or south and you wanted to spend the night and take a stroll along the wall of Lucca...the EuroStar Toscana would be a very good choice. "Everything was good, but location..."
My husband and I liked the hotel: good service, friendly front desk, good breakfast, free wi-fi. Only one negative was the location. The hotel is about 15-20 min walk and two blocks right by the hotel was kind of industrial.... but this shouldn't stop you from booking this hotel. We enjoyed staying here. We were very pleased with our stay in Eurostar Toscana! The hotel is great, the price is good, service was also very good. It is close to Lucca, only 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We were very pleased with our stay. Some remarks: Some of the rooms faces a noisy road which is a bit disturbing at night time. We've stayed in a handful of EuroStar hotels mostly in Spain and decided to stay here on our Trip to Italy. We were not disappointed. Clean and modern like we were expecting. Good breakfast. "Fantastic bargain, very nice hotel"
This was our best buy hotel in Italy, and we travelled all over. It's obviously a business travellers hotel as the fixtures and furnishings are very modern and smart. But the quality of the hotel and room was fantastic considering it was our cheapest rate we paided (and we stayed in some pretty average spots). a 10-15 minute walk into the city walls, […] but the hotel cheaply rent out bicycles which are all the rage in Lucca. We returned them after less than 2 hours so they said it was free! Breakfast was a full spread, even hot food, which we didn't encounter elsewhere. "Eurostar Lucca clean, comfortable and convenient"
Rooms were small and modern, while nothing fancy, they were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, my husband enjoyed 2 dinners in the restaurant and felt they were good value (he tried the set menu special- I was sleeping jet lag girl). So conveniently located 5 minutes to the Autostrade entrance/exit, yet suprisingly not too much traffic noise. […] The walled town of Lucca was a 15 minute walk away which we also highly recommend. "Decent place to stay in Lucca"
We only had a quick stay here during our Italian vacation. It was a clean, convenient hotel close to the city of Lucca. It wasn't a fancy hotel by any means, but it was quiet and close to the city. The staff was helpful and friendly as well.

They state this hotel is convenient...only for those driving, as it sits on the exit of the highway, adjacent to the McDonald's parking lot! Not convenient to town at all! The staff is not overly friendly, infact downright bothered by your presence. Air conditioning is NON-EXISTANT! You must keep your key in the slot for power to your room, so when […] your not in your room, it converts to a covection oven! The decor is Scandanavian Holiday Inn....or maybe even the "W" of the Red Roof Inn catagory! The hotel is just off the motorway but the signs for the hotel are a little confusing so it took us a while to find it. I would definately stay here again. It's about 15 minutes walk into the lovely walled city. My wife and I decided to stay at this hotel after reading all the reviews. Parking is available on site and the city centre is within walking distance. A part le bruit de l'autoroute, qui n'empêche pas de dormir, cet hotel est très pas mal du tout.

Ottimo hotel.Ottima la posizione:molto vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada (Lucca Est),molto comodo al centro storico di Lucca (5 minuti a piedi). Ottima la pulizia delle camere.Buona anche,e per qualità e per quantità,la colazione (ho soggiornato usufruendo di Bed and Breakfast ). Possibilità di Internet Point gratuito. Da consigliare.

Das Hotel liegt direkt bei der Autobahnabfahrt und ist daher sehr leicht zu finden. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze und ins wunderschöne Stadtzentrum sind es lediglich 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Quarto amplo, limpo, moderno. Banheiro também com boa apresentação. O principal é que seu centro histórico fica há 15 minutos do hotel, indo por rua com menor movimento.

Hotel liegt direkt am Verkehrsknotenpunkt. Damit ist die Westseite ist sehr laut. Der McDonald läßt morgens seinen Parkplatz reinigen; das erzeugt zusätzlich morgendlichen Lärm;-( Für Lucca Besucher ist die optimale Lage zur Altstadt (10 Gehminuten) natürlich ausschlaggebend und damit dieser Gruppe sehr zu empfehlen... Note negative: pulizie che si protraggono anche nel primo pomeriggio con relativi rumori; camere poco insonorizzate tra loro; posizione hotel a ridosso della via ma con una generica scritta "hotel" che rende difficoltosa la corretta individuazione; la mancanza dello scopino del gabinetto. Note positive: buona colazione.

"Fint ophold"
Et fint hotel og en god standard. Det ligger dog så det er lidt svært at komme til, men ellers meget nemt med motor vejen. Vi kørte til byen, men kunne have lånt cykler. Der er ikke noget at gå efter i nærheden af hotellet, og omgivelserne er ikke rigtig charmerende. Men kan ikke udelukkes at vi vil besøge hotellet igen.

l'hotel è comodo, pulito, nuovo e confortevole. peccato la location, assolutamente non bella con vista su strada e su edifici dalla pessima manutenzione. troppo costoso per essere un hotel non centrale e su strada provinciale. Assolutamente da ridimensionare.
