This hotel should not be on hotels.com. This was surely a hotel for families of admitted patients to the adjacent medical center. If this is why i was stayig there then the hotel would have been fine. A friend and i took the trip from buffalo to boston for the yankees-red sox matchup on the saturday we were there. Hotel room smelled like the cleaner […] used in hospitals, the bathroom of a strong musk, parking situation was pretty poor as well. Location was the only bonus being a 10 minute walk to fenway. Nothing really stands out at this hotel. Hotel restaurant was OK, nothing really stood out, though the food was warm and fresh. Staff at front desk were not as welcoming as I would like, however, they were not rude at all...All in all this hotel is passable, but nothing special.

Hello, thank you for the comfortable and clean room. I also appreciated the Inn being so close to inexpensive food choices.

We paid a fortune for this hotel, as it was the last room available and we needed to be near the hospital. Our room key didn't work when we first got them, the toilet was plugged when we got in our room and the food from the hotel restaurant was HORRIBLE and EXPENSIVE. Stayed bc family member admitted to local hospital across street- staff very kind and accommodating, lots of food options and a good restaurant, hotel clean and comfie :)

Great vicinity to Fenway college network but not situated for a good tourist experience. Met my expectations but then, I live in the Boston area and am familiar with the neighborhoods. Booked this hotel for ease of walking to my daughter's campus for performance. Had my mom with me who is in good health but has poor vision. it was in a good location as the college my daughter wants to attend that we were visitng was less than a mile so we could walk and we could have a great choic of places to eat and the staff was great i would definitely stay there again

When we arrived they said that we got an upgrade to the apartment. The lights didn't turn on and the fuse box was left open. We asked to not be upgraded and get the regular hotel rooms, and they gave us a satisfactory hotel room. If you stay here, make sure to not get the upgrade to the apartment.

Hotel in center of medical centers -- would be great location if loved one hospitalized, otherwise, nothing nearby -- no restaurants, shopping, or sight-seeing. Very quiet, like a ghost town in the hotel itself. Restaurant was empty on Saturday night.

The first room I was given had a window overlooking an interior corridor. Dark and depressing. Also, no microwave/fridge, which was promised when I made the reservation. I requested a room change and was moved to a room with a great view of an a big air shaft, but at least a little natural light entered the room when the drapes were open and it certainly […] felt more private than the first room. Teeny tiny bathroom with a tub that needed scrubbing and absolutely no space to place toiletries. The saving grace was a staff that seemed genuinely warm and friendly, but that is not enough. Good place to stay a night or so; comfortable room and good mattresses. Within walking distance of the Longwood stop of the Green line. However, the food court is not open late and the drink machines were completely out of several things, and it was almost impossible to get a bottle of water. I would suggest to plan ahead and bring drinks and snacks […] if you are arriving late. All in all, my stay was comfortable and I would go there again, and recommend it to anyone who needs to be close to the Longwood medical area. Lees meer

My son & I had an afternoon/evening;/morning stay at this hotel. Staff was efficient and helpful and dutiful-- but surprisingly not warm at all. Strictly business (we found this to be more or less the case throughout the Boston service-industry world, though), although the concierge on the 2nd day was the very notable exception-- nice job. The room […] itself was very large and comfortable and well-appointed-- but the bathroom was almost comically small, and 0 stars for absurdly poor water pressure in the shower. A wash tub would really have been more efficient. Also need some kind of non-slip mat for the shower. The cable TV selections were awfully spare, as well-- very uninspired package; our free digital broadcast selection at home is far superior, in fact. The adjoining food court was much appreciated; the hotel restaurant looked lovely, but we were being a bit economical; the free wi-fi was a god-send, believe me-! Kinda wish the construction across the street hadn't kicked in at about 7:30 a.m.-- but I'm sure the hotel has very little say in that matter. . . Lees meer

Inn's rooms were very clean, well appointed carpet, linens, bed comfy, rates reasonable. Easy 10 min walk to Fenway. A bit noisy on account of traffic and ambulances going to adjacent hospitals

Within walking distance to the medical facilities and also Fenway Park. Great dinning area with food court attached for quick meals. Would stay here again.

The Inn was very conveniently located near major medical centers (Dana-Farber, Beth Israel, Joslin, B&W, Children's, etc.) The downside to this being that you can hear ambulances all the time. My only other issue was that the walls were very thin. I could hear my neighbor snoring, and knew that they were watching "The Office" because I could hear it […] quite clearly. The staff was beyond accomodating and friendly. The location was great, and the price was appropriate. My one complaint was that the parking is $18 a night with hotel validation, and there were very few spots due to construciton in the structure. This hotel was pricey, especially for what you got, but it was a comfortable room and a short walk to Fenway. There is a food court attached which made breakfast convenient, There was no fan in the bathroom and the A/C was not strong so showers steamed up the room. The parking garage was small and under construction so I parked across the street at […] twice the price. I didn't love the idea of an attendant trying to squeeze my car in. My husband and I stayed at this hotel because I was working at a lab near Beth Israel for a few days. It was close to the subway, which was convenient for getting around, but the noise from all of the ambulances was impossible to sleep through without earplugs. Nice clean room.

The room was comfortable. My complain was that the bed was never made. I have to request enough towel even though it was known that it was a family of four in the room. I reallly liked that it was 5 minutes walk to the train.

If you are working in the Longwood area and want to minimize your commute, this is the place to stay. You're away from the night life, but right on the green line as well if you want to go downtown.

the only compaint I have about the hotel is the lighting in the hallways and that the towels were rough.

Let's face it Boston is a prime location for travelers and they can command the higher prices. This hotel was a surprize in that it was in the middle of the Medical services and research communities. And a bonus of it really is within walking distance to Fenway. The restaurant is quite good and room service breakfast was a great value and quality. Rented this room to see a Red Sox game at Fenway. It's about a 15 minute walk to Fenway and easy to get to from South Station. I would stay again, but I think it's a little over priced. Also the lounge is pretty comfortable.

Hotel was between the Green E/D lines-about 4 blocks each way. We were able to walk to Fenway Park and the Museum of Fine Arts. My only complaint about this hotel was the fact that the front desk didn't seem to know policies, We recieved a coupon for a free breakfast when we checked in..it was good for 2 but we had a child. We were told it didn't matter, […] the child was free. So first morning we all had a complimentary breakfast...Then we asked for the coupon for the next day..but when we went to breakfast, we were told the children were not entitled to breakfast. Their meals were only free at lunch and dinner. The next day we were told we were not entitled to free breakfast. It would be nice to have some consistency. (I believe if you asked 4 people you would get 4 different answers.) We also had a difficult time trying to get a cab...the concierge seemed very reluctant to call one. I wish I had called my self. The first room I was given was smelly. I noticed a wet towel under the air conditioner and a big area of the carpet was wet . When I called the front desk, they said "oh, you weren't told?" If I was told, would I have taken such a room? I had to pack my bags and go down stairs to get a different room. The hotel needs new/better air conditioning, so […] that it is not smelly. Very nice hotel for the price; excellently located near green-line E and D train stations and bus lines. Although some furnishings were a bit dated, hotel was clean and staff very helpful.

Great hotel in a great location. Very clean, staff is great and does everything possible to accommodate your needs. The only word of caution I would give is to confirm where your room is located. Our first night there, we were in the apartment section, which is not connected to the hotel, well it is but you walk through a food court that is not part […] of the hotel, need a key to get into the apartment section then to your room.
