One worker at the desk(red-headed female) was excellent. The housekeeper was lazy and had no interest in cleaning.

We got what we expected to get for the price of the hotel everything for the most part was good but not spectacular. The room was clean and the contential breakfast was good. This hotel was as close as I could get to the U of M hospital due to graduation. Despite being on the 3rd floor facing 94 I felt it would have been nice to have curtains! While in the shower I noticed no large towels and had to dry off with a hand towel. Otherwise it was an easy on to I-94.

The room smelled like cigarettes but there was a sign posted stating that the hotel was non-smoking. There was an empty pack of cigarettes behind the nightstand, someone's old keycard and keycard holder, every time I used the bathroom I had to shake the handle, the roof of the hotel was in serious disrepair. overall a very nice visit. only bad thing was a wasp in the bathroom in the middle of the night.

The staff was very friendly and did plenty to make our group feel at home. We arrived in an RV and they allowed us to park in the lot and use the dining area for the meals we prepared in our RV. The rooms were a little small but clean.

First day there for me and a new employee on their first night flying solo, there was a mix up with my online reservation but that quickly got that resolved. the first room (101) smelled a little funny which didnt bother me much since i just planned to sleep there but saw the window was also stuck open. talked to the front desk again and got that switched […] out to 301 much better, no smell, with a decent view over the area facing the sunrise. that ended the worst of things if you could call it that. the rest of my stay there was great. early breakfast, quiet place to sleep. id come back if i was staying out there again Lees meer

Everything was great but bed was hard as a rock. Could hear people next to us as well.

To much traffic noise the first night, heater on low speed the second night. Only because we are not used to noise were we live. Overall I would stay there again.

Stayed there the night after the Michigan vs. ND football game. Was only in my hotel, awake, for about 3 hours, but the room was very clean and hotel, in general was very clean. The employees were all very nice and accommodating. I'd recommend to my friends/family.

All of our "non-smoking" rooms smelled like a dog had died while smoking a carton of cigarettes. The bedspreads were dirty with holes and, also, reeked of smoke.

The only real problem I had here was the rather uncomfortable bed - super hard at the Super 8! Also two smallish pillows, one thin, the other lumpy. So I didn't really sleep that well. Oh yeah, and the coffee was terrible. But a nice clean room, good A/C, continental breakfast (I wished I'd had time to try the make-it-yourself waffles!), so it was a […] great value. Lees meer

the dirty toilet didn't work so they gave me another room... but that toilet ran the entire night, and had previous pee stains on there. the bed was not comfy and the pillows were the worst pillows I have ever slept on. had a fridge and microwave so that was a plus

The hotel all in all was fine for quick over night stay very reasonably priced as well. The lobby was hot and smelled odd and the area surrounding the hotel did not feel as safe as I'm used to but the rooms we fine and very clean that's what matters most.

It was good to stay there. Hotel was clean, stuff was nice. location is very good. I may back if I came back Ann Arbor, MI next year.

It was clean and quiet, nothing fancy. We took our dog and they are great about pets. There are restaurants nearby and it is a short hop to Detroit for shopping or the Cobo Center.

I felt the condition of the room at a glance was clean, however, with a detailed eye; the sink had hair and crud around the base. The shower handle was the same. Luckily I had some cleaning products on hand. The rooms need to be deep cleaned on a regular schedule not just straightened up. The staff was very helpful and polite. However, the room was terrible. The toilet seat needed to be replaced, the trash needed to be emptied, oh yeah and there was a used condom wrapper on the floor.
