Very nice. Convient

We had to be in Noblesville on Saturday and Anderson on Sunday. This hotel was not too far from either location. Hotel was clean and relaxing. The "heated" pool was a little chilly, there is no hot tub. They tell you not to bring in a towel to the pool area, yet the towels are never fully stocked. front desk ladies super nice TOILET WAS NOT CLEAN

Everything was very good only thing is the towels for the pool and so small you can hardly dry off with just one towel.

My husband and I arrived around 10pm on Thursday night. The hotel clerk (Gretchen) was full of smiles and great personality. The King room was decent. Looked clean, however I dislike when they use flat sheets instead of fitted on the mattress, as they always seem to come undone through out the night....YUCK :/ The bathroom was nice & clean. No remote for the TV...called Gretchen & she offered another....it didn't work either, but not her fault. All we needed was a place for a good night's rest, some relaxation with a TV and a nice hot shower. Didn't really get any of that, but I guess you get what you pay for. thinking of saving money and still being satisfied in the same sentence is almost unheard these days, but I can say it happened for us New years eve. We were quite confortable. we even decided to stay in and go to the casino on New Years Day. We stayed 2 nights for half the price of one night at the surrounding hotels. all the rooms have micro waves […] and fridges. the heater was so quiet we hardly knew it kicked on, Needless to report we will be returning more often for our gaming nights out. thanks so much Super 8 for making your guests so comfortable. This hotel obviously cuts corners to reduce costs, Room was not very clean, and towels were nearly worn. Typical of a "budget hotel" but I believe they can do a little better.

Overall the hotel was good. The only issue we had was people coming back from the casino at all hours of the night. We were woken up several times by loud groups coming in.

I have never stayed at a Motel 8 before and I was just a little scared of what it would be like. We were very satisfied for the money we paid for the room. However, the carpets were in bad need of replacement, but the overall of the room was more than satisfactory. I would not let my dog stay there. It was nasty!

The hotel was very convenient to our venue and to the interstate when we got ready to leave the next morning. It was very clean and the amenities were very nice. There was a decent breakfast the next morning and the personnel were very polite. For the price, we plan to come back here next year also.

Stayed for local triathlon, just needed a quick, cheap place. Stayed previous year. Room shower did not drain, room smelled like smoke, ice machine was broken in the morning. Stayed this last weekend. . it was okay. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the lobby was nice and clean. The hotel is right off the expressway, and was close to where we needed to be that weekend. The hotel is a good value, and is located in an area of many restaurants and shopping plazas. VERY comfy king-sized bed. Good breakfast. Computer for guests located in lobby, a real plus for me since I own no gadgetry that gets me online.

The room was very comfortable. The frig was bigger than expected. The pool was small but perfect for two young children. The breakfast was nice. The gym was not up to my husbands standards but would work for someone that is not a weight lifter. We enjoyed this hotel and would go back!

Only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that their staff is very friendly and they are the only pet-friendly hotel in this area. The room was filthy. I have found smashed pieces of crackers and cereals around the furnitures - I had to get on my knees and pick them up since I didn't want my dogs to eat them. The toilet seat cover was broken […] off from the joint where toliet seat cover and the lid is bolted down to the toilet bowl, but instead of changing it out, it was just left sitting on top of the toilet. I almost fell off of the toilet because toilet cover slipped right off as I was about to sit on it. Water pressure is very low in the shower. It took me forever to rince out shampoo out of my hair. I would pick several of the other hotels in the area before ever going back to this one. worth paying a little more for comfortable beds and cleanliness. Mattresses need replaced.

This hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants. it is about the only hotel in the area that takes pets. there is a pet charge. clean and friendly. the pillows were a little lumpy. overall, we would stay there again.

I consider my travel experience and my review as one and the same.

Hotel staff didn't respect our privacy and kept entering our room at our discretion. Teenagers partying and underaged drinking across the hall kept us up, although I believe the staff was propmt on kicking them out when someone complained.

This hotel is reasonably priced and the only pet friendly hotel I could find in the Anderson area. The room was quiet, clean, neat, and had no odor. This isn't the most modern hotel but it meets your needs. Only 3 flat pillows adorned the king sized bed but that is my only complaint. The pool was open and clean. Have been to Super *'s over the years noting how simple and clean they were when they first came on the scene. This location showed the signs of wear and tear, however, noted by the toilet seat, which became detached while in use. The covers on the beds did not appear clean and the "blanket" underneath was barely large enough. Though spacious the bathroom […] floor was swashed over one too many time with grayish dirt stains ingrained at the base. The whole scene just felt iffy. As for the clerks at the front desk, they were courteous and friendly. This was the best hotel for the best price. We were expecting the hotel to be a little run down, etc. We checked in at night with 2 toddlers. The front desk clerk, was very friendly and nice, and EXTREMELY helpful. She brought up extra blankets and pillows to make up a bed for the kids. Our room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Two mornings […] later, when our vehicle broke down after we had checked out, the front desk clerk allowed us to come in out of the cold, let me fix some oatmeal for the kids even though breakfast hours were over, poured some milk for the kids, and put the lobby TV on Sesame Street to keep them entertained while we worked on getting our vehicle repaired. We enjoyed our stay at the Super 8 in Anderson, IN. The room was clean, nicely furnished, and spacious. The motel smelled fresh and clean. Everyone was friendly and breakfast (waffle makers are the best) was good. We would stay again!

Hotel was fine but the night shift clerk was VERY rude. She was so busy watching TV in the lobby that she didn't even want to take time to acknowledge us as we stood at the counter waiting for service. She finally did say "What do you want?" Like we were an inconvenience. Many people need jobs and someone else should take hers.

My family came to Anderson for Parents weekend at Ball State where are daughter goes. The room was filthy, no cups, roll away bed smelled awful and was extremely uncomfortable. Pillows and rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. Resevervation was for 2 nights, we left after 1. Very very disappointing trip.

This hotel is a very good value for the price in Anderson, IN. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, the location is close to Indianapolis-Muncie-Anderson. I would absolutely stay here again!!

As stated, everything was perfect. Nice people, great room and great price.

We've stayed in a number of hotels in Anderson, IN. This is less expensive than most of the better chains, but it's fine. We checked the beds for bed bugs, and they were clean. The free continental breakfast was typical, though without any eggs. Their waffle maker made up for it. Love those waffles!

It is what it is for the price. Our room was average, the service was average, and the cost was low. I wasn't expecting 5 star treatment. It served it's purpose, we were only staying overnite, not an extended vacation.

All of the information at check in was listed incorrectly. The room provided did not accomodate 5 people as it stated in my reservation. The Assistant Manager (Sheri) was EXTREMELY unprofessional. She had a very bad disposition. She made angry remarks to me and did not conduct herself as an Assistant Manager AT ALL. That experience alone was a huge […] disappointment. Lees meer

Was pleasantly surprised by the improvement of the Super 8 brand.Personel were pleasant.Room was very clean & modern.Bathroom was very clean and had plenty clean towels and supplies.The breakfast was fresh & plentiful.The rate was about 60% less than neighboring motels.Cannot get a better bargain. GOOD RATE 7 GOOD FACILITY.

The price was comfort....The room was NASTY....Thankfully I have learned in the past to always bring your own sheets. I guess the only pet rooms were also smoking rooms...GROSS. It smelt like a stale, smoke infested nursing home. The people that worked there were very nice, but the room was awful. I wouldn't even feed the breakfast they offered to my […] dog, and the free "24 hour coffee" was so bad, i just assume not drink anything. Had we not been so tired and exhausted at our 1am arrival, I would have left and went somehwere else....Luckily we were only there for about 8 hours.....anyone can survive anything for 8 hours, so we did. We were very happy with how close we were to what we wanted to be and the price was great as well.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and it was very comfortable and clean. The tile in the bathroom needed a little work but overall we were very surprised at how nice it was. The price was excellent and the neighborhood felt very safe. The breakfast had a nice selection with fresh waffles and other items. We felt very satisfied with what we had […] for breakfast. There was an extra convenience of a computer with internet in the lobby. The staff was also very nice and helpful. My only criticism really is the blanket on the bed.
