Good

Staff was rude upon arrival, but was better in the morning. Hotel was good for the 6 hours we were there to sleep. Continental breakfast could have been better.

I arrived at 2:15 (checkin being 3pm) and they would no let me check in a room, stating none were clean yet. I rquested a ground floor room and recieved one on the top floor. They stated none were available even though 5 hours later my inlaws recieved one on the lower level. Our room smelled like cigarett smoke (in a non smoking building) my inlaws […] room smelled like bad body odor. The staff was rude and not helpful, and when asked about our 3 queen rooms they said in a rude tone talk to hotels.com. One of the staff was complaining the whole time my family was eating breakfast.

we arrived earlier than the check in time and the hostess let us into the room since it was ready. That gave us a chance to refresh after our long drive there since we were going on a tour of WVU.

It was a short stay. I got pretty much what I expected. Reasonable rate. Quiet night. Wifi worked. TV worked. Courteous staff.

Good Clean room. Lots of places to dine out around the area.

Simple, just what we were looking for.

Stayed over night it was a nice place it's a super 8 so don't expect major luxury but was very nice for places I have stayed at

My room had a recliner a mini-fridge, and a microwave. The room was comfortable. Nice flat screen tv. Quite frankly this was the nicest super 8 I've ever stayed at. I was kind of bummed that this was the only hotel available within my company budget when I looked but pleasantly surprised when I got to the room.

this hotel served its purpose. nice room and a good price. morgantown overall is a great area. the staff was a little unprofessional looking. i couldn't tell them apart from the customers. no iron in the room, i had to go down and get an iron and board and take it up to the room. the area is safe and clean which counts the most for me.

Checking is not until 3 PM...could move it up after riding to get there but all in all Super 8 in Morgantown is a nice place to stay for Mountainfest...Plenty of eateries and close to Triple SS Harley Davidson..Quick stop shop and fuel station....Not hard to find and easy to get to from I68...

Soiled carpeting, soiled furniture in the room. I was afraid to touch anything. The bathroom was clean although the face clothes were grayish. Definitely wear shoes in your room, and don't sit on the furniture with shorts on. Seems to be a favorite of construction workers who like to drink and have loud parties at night. Stay elsewhere.

This place was simply awful. Perhaps the worst Super 8 I have been to. I booked it because I associated Super 8 with no-frills, but clean and polite. Never again. This place was a dive, and one of the worst motels we have ever been to - ever. The staff was rude. We were made to sign a document saying we would not smoke, yet the room was nauseatingly […] smoky. The hotel was fine. Only thing is the coffee pot and some electrical outlets wouldn't work. On check out day which is at 11:00 a.m. the cleaning guy just barged right on in around 9:30 a.m. without even knocking first. Short drive to Mountaineer field and surrounded by restaraunts and shopping, which was very nice. I would stay again.

Hotel was clean with a light breakfast included. The location was extremely close to the highway with places to eat and fuel up close by.

For the rate I paid it was a very good value. Clean room and good service.

Yelling screaming fight in parking lot between a man and a woman - migrated inside to room above me. Stomping, threats, and foul language - Police had to be called around midnight. Then I got to listen to one or both of them vomiting in bathroom above me around 5 a.m. Didn't make for a good night's sleep.

Hotel was completely adequate. Fridge and microwave were unexpected. Bedding was comfortable, room was clean. Breakfast was nice. Good value for a quick overnight on the road.

the hotel was fine. the room was fine except for the fact it smelled like cat pee. i would recommend it though. they need to do something with that room.

Good room fot the money and the convience to the football stadium.

Great customer service and location. The building could use some maintenance. Our Bathroom faucet was missing the screen, but when I requested some maintenance, they took care of it right away.

Nice stay.

Even though we requested a non-smoking room, our room in this hotel had several burns on the comforter and stains in the restroom. The complimentary breakfast had extremely limited options and the quality was lacking, particularly in the appliance area.
