Holiday Inn Express Bothell-Canyon Park (I-405) in Bothell

Het hotel zag er mooi uit, zowel van buiten als van binnen. Eigenlijk zijn wij niet anders gewend van dit hotelketen. De badkamer met wastafel in één kamer (hadden wij niet in de vorige hotels) beviel goed. Wij hadden een kamer voor niet-rokers, maar er hing een vage rokerslucht in de kamer. Met het schaamrood op de kaken probeerde de receptie dit te […] herstellen. Opgelost middels citroen verfrisser: wellicht toch ontstaan door de kleding van een zware roker vóór ons. De bedden waren perfect en wifi en de beschikbare parkeerruimte waren goed. We hebben door een technische storing een dag zonder wifi gezeten: erg vervelend maar éénmalig. Het raam kon open voor frisse lucht en geluiden uit de natuur: prettig. Het ontbijt was basic (continental breakfast), maar goed genoeg om de dag te beginnen. Het personeel was echter steeds vriendelijk en gaf je een goed thuisgevoel. Wij zijn hier 6 nachten gebleven. Great room, great location, AWESOME BREAKFAST! Super friendly staff. Already booked again for our next stay.

I have stayed at several different Holiday Inns, but this one did not compare to them. The previous hotels all had high quality being, this one was cheap 200 count sheets and the coverlet was thin. Otherwise, it was a beautiful hotel with convenient access to everything.

This is a nice Hotel, it's not as costly as others and still is high quality!

The building is a little bit old, and when we check in to our room, still water bottles and other stuff from last guest. will not pick this hotel again.

Real nice and clean hotel! Extremely comfy beds! Excellent location, close to 405 but private and safe! Nice neighborhoods, safe to jog and excellent restaurants nearby! Even a top shelf seafood! Highly recomend a stay!

A comfortable hotel, although a small pool (really meant for kids). Good breakfast.,nice room, good WiFi connection. Not a bargain price, though.

Following my "upgrade" to a jacuzzi room...which I see is a common precursor to terrible service, the front desk made their first attempt at double billing me (once from hotels.com and another by their front desk). Now....a month later I find another unusually large charge from the hotel on my credit card statement. According to them, I have stolen […] a blanket. Really??? Who would ever want a hotel blanket? Ick. On a business trip, I stayed one night, and went on my merry way. The mistake is forgivable. I understand that things are taken from hotels and that hotels inevitably make mistakes in such transactions. The sad part is that the management team (spoke with front desk manager and GM) feels that this is a completely acceptable way to treat their guests...considering them thieves and liars if the housekeeping crew turns in a checklist missing a check by a blanket for who knows what reason. As it stands, I am left to pay for something that I didn't do. I have never posted anything negative online about a business because I would like to think that most people would like to right a wrong situation. This is clearly the exception. I reserved three non-smoking rooms but when I checked in, one of them was a smoking room. We ended up having to cancel the smoking room and got a full refund from hotels.com. We were lucky that we had friends nearby who could put two people up for one night.

I stayed overnight and really enjoyed the hotel. The room was very clean, and I liked the fact that this hotel had a DVD in the room, as opposed to the regular high priced, Holiday Inn's. Yummy baked goods, cookies in the lobby were great, too. The customer service of the hotel staff was wonderful and they were very accomodating. For the price, I did think it was a little overpriced. There isn't much around in Bothell, but aside from that, the bed was very comfy, room was just what we needed for a one night stay. Friendly staff and late night check in was no problem. Be careful when booking - on Hotels.com they just booked me in a smoking room without giving me a choice. We specifically chose to come back to this Holiday Express in Bothel because we were very pleased with our stay last time. The managing staff were very helpful and friendly providing detailed directions of places we wanted to visit. The continental breakfast was really good. We had an excellent time. Thank you.

We were assigned a handicapped room because we had requested a raised commode. However, we were not in need of other disability accommodations. Actually the accommodations were a hindrance. The room was ok however, the housekeeping was atrocious! The room was never vacuumed during our stay, 5 days, the waste baskets were not emptied each day, the bed […] was not made up one day and there were no clean towels. We had to go out to the front desk and request towels and could not have housekeeping chores done until the next day. We never received a bill for the stay and still are not aware of the total charges. We were told it would be under our door and when it wasn't the clerk at the front desk in the morning became quite argumentative with my husband and could not offer any sort of explanation nor a receipt. He also spoke very poor English and had trouble in general with communication. We would not stay here at all in the future and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Lees meer

Outstanding hotel. Rooms very clean and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

Our room was spotlessly clean. The staff was very helpfull and friendly, going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. They even had soft and hard pillows on the bed, with pillow cases stating which pillow was soft and which pillow was hard. We'll be staying here everytime we come to Seattle.

Great hotel but pool was not working. Was not a huge deal to us. Breakfast was great for this level of hotel. Beds are always great at Holiday Inn Express.

The room and hotel were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the hotel managers and staff were very nice and helpful. It was in an excellent location and in walking distance to a grocery store and several restaurants. The breakfast bar had many options including healthy foods. It was a very nice home away from home!
