One thing I have to say: bedbugs everywhere.

Hotel was fine and convenient located little outdated but was clean

Room was clean and inexpensive. Location was great with 24 hr Walmart next door, lots of other places you may need to go as well. During the day, seemed like a great location. At night, some shady characters were about...but none that seemed scary or threatening...just drunk, dirty and disoriented. I think it's a nice buy for the money.

This was overall a good experience for the price. Rooms were very clean and staff were very considirate and attentative to our needs. The need of improvements are needed such as : Iron and Ironing board in rooms, coffee machine in room, and most of all better pillows on the beds.

Free WiFi was awful. Tjey front deskperson was unable to provide extra pillows and towles since housekeeping was closed. All in all, this hotel still needs to improve

My room was cleaned at all time, not bad for the price. I will stay at this hotel again.

Hotel was a bit dated. Seems to be in process of updating. Good room for price. No frills. Convenient to highway and food.

was very unsatisfied the hotel room had numerous sets of cobb webs along celing in different spots my wake up call was a half hour early the ac unit was working but damaged pulled away from wall no shampoo in the room it was just an overall bad experiance wont be staying there again

My room was clean and serviceable. The property is old, but kept up. It's apparent that they are beginning to renovate, so there are container boxes and equipment scattered about. Overall, it's a good location. I'd stay there again.

It was simple and good - perfect for this price. Gas station, shopping, restaurant around in walking distance and around 10min to Ft. Meade. Staff was friendly and helpful. Internet is free and there is a pool, so don't forget your swim suit. :) Bed was ok, I didn't like'd the pillows (not with down feathers).

I stay here a lot. It is economical and adequately comfortable, in other words, a good value. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is clean, safe, and the staff is responsive.

Our stay at this motel was not very satisfing. We asked when we made the reseveration if there was a pool. There was a seasonal pool. No one let us know it was only open till labor day. Our stay was the weekend after and the weather was beautiful. Also there were ants in the room, we had 5 people and only 2 towels asked for more and never recieved. […] Had a light go out we reported and it was never replaced. The hair drier didn't work. When they titied the room we came back and needed to shower and there were no towels they had to wash and dry them before we got them back. Air conditioner would kick on and off. We were not very happy and will not stay at this motel again nor recommend it to anyone.!!!!! Lees meer

Absolutlely horrible! The place was crawling with ants and when you went to tell them they asked us what we expected them to do about it! We left and found a new hotel without even a refund!

Is a great hotel, and is located in a great neighborhood. Close to all shopping areas and restaurants. I am totally satisfied with the excellent customer service that was provided and the way the representative handled my reservation.

the location of the hotel is excellent. it is a walking distance to target, walmart, sams and other low price store. getting food is not a problem at this hotel as it is surrounded by various fast food resturant. the front desk staffs are very good they always attend to the needs of the customers when request. the price is not bad at all. you can always […] stuff you refrigiraton with food and eat anytime you want. the microwaves are clean. on thing that i know is that the hotel need some TLC as some of the painting in the rooms were peeling and the carpet smells moddy. Checked in at 12:30am & slept very well. I think someone reviewed the hotel as having bed bugs but none were in my room. The room had amenities such as a fridge, a/c, microwave & an old TV. It is an old motel but kept clean. The only thing missing was some shampoo (I am hoping this was an over site buy the cleaning staff. When I booked the hotel I asked Mike (hotels.com) when I got there if I didnt like the place if I could cancel my reservations and go somewhere else and he told me I couldn't and if I did I would lose my money. I was uncertain about booking the room but did it anyways. I was shocked when I got into my room, there was nothing wrong, clean all thru! […] No Odors No Bugs unbelievable!! My room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked as it should. For the price, I can tolerate a little "cosmetic" deficiency. I will stay here again without question.

Room was nice and clean. Everything was functional. Would recommend for those traveling on a budget.

This hotel is conveniently located to Ft Meade, MD, and a good value. It is clean, comfortable and inexpensive. It is within blocks of shopping and restaurants and close to the BW Parkway. I stay here a lot and would recommend it to others.

First, my trip was business-related, and I really just wanted a place to sleep, as my schedule allowed no time for anything else. I also was on a tight allowance from my employer. Bad -- The service is terrible. When I entered the hotel, the front desk clerk blew me off to take a phone call. Another customer arrived and complained he did not have a […] ice bucket. I arrived at the hotel at 6 p.m., and did not have a bedspread or towels upon entering my room. It was not another hour until I got my bedspread. If it were not for the other positives, I would not stay at the hotel again. Good -- The location cannot be beat. It is right off the BW Parkway, and within walking distance (or less than three minute drive) to a Walmart, Target, McDonalds, Panera Bread, Weis Grocery store and a host of other places to eat. A liquor store and multiple gas stations are also within a five minute walk. The rooms are very large, and come with a fridge, couch and free wireless internet. The decor is dated, but my room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The place also did not have the stench of old cigarettes like some older places. My room was also cleaned very well the next day. Someone said it was in a bad neighborhood. Obviously, this was a traveler who is not comfortable rooming next to anyone who is not white, white-collar and driving a luxury car. It's an inexpensive place. Working-class people stay there. But to suggest the hotel is dangerous or in a bad neighborhood is absurd. My neighbors were not loud, no one tried to break into my room, and my car was untouched. It's right in front of, in fact a posh housing development, one which offers nice scenery for a morning jog. So unless you are uncomfortable with "others," it's a fine place to stay. Not only would I reccomend it, I've already booked it again for another trip to the area I would't take someone there for a romantic trip, but if you just need a cheap place to crash for a day or two, and don't require a lot of Lees meer

The hotel was not in a bad location. It seemed a bit dirty though. The couch was in bad shape and had stains. However, I was not disturbed. There was nothing sketchy that happened. The location was convenient for fast food and gas. Overall, I enjoyed my stay - just would request a cleaner room.

Overall my one night stay was pleasant. The room was spacious and had the ammenities of most hotels. The only downside was that the pillows were extremley low grade and the comforter was tattered. Also, I had requested a non smoking room but was booked for a smoking room. However, the staff quickly switched my room.

This is an older property that obviously has not been rennovated for some time. Furniture, carpet, etc. are looking pretty tired. However, the room was reasonably well-apportioned wih cable TV, free wireless internet, microwave, and fridge. Bathroom fixtures and everything were in good order and the room was vary clean. AC was a little noisy but worked […] well on very hot and humid noghts. Overall, a really good value, especially considering the proximity to both DC and Baltimore and easy access to the BW Parkway. Staff here were good...attentive enough for my needs. Close to stores and restaurants. My stay here was a good one. This is a motel (i.e., outdoor entry to your room), so don't expect more than that. Older bed, but it slept well enough for me--it was clean, so I was fine. I was permitted to check-in early. I'd suggest you take your printed reservation […] along. When I arrived and checked in, I was assigned a smoker's room (that's what they had down), but I reserved a non-smoker's room. This was promptly corrected with no hassles, but there was a night and day difference in the rooms. Smoker's room not only smelled, but was very poorly maintained (stained ceiling tiles, carpet, lampshades, and cigarette-burned furnishings). Once I was switched over, my non-smoker room (on the front of the property) was brighter, much cleaner, with a marble counter top and shower stall. I would return again, but would again insist on one of the better units. FYI: Apparently, there are some families living on this property as well. Lees meer

Good value for money and close to both BWI, Baltimore and D.C. The sournding area has many places to eat and hotel staff are helpful.

I stayed at the Knights Inn from 4-22-2011 to 4-24-2011. I asked for a smoking and got just that. Upon entering the room smelled of stale cigarettes, and had burn stains and mark throughout the room. Air freshner and time in the room took acre of that problem, but everytime we left and came back in we had to spray. There were a few items that could […] stand to be painted and dusted, maybe even replaced. Overall, the stay was great. There was no loud noise, guest services were great, and the location is great;. close 2 Walmart, About 15 food places, grocery stores, and a McDonalds just about on the grounds of the property. I would stay there again, the only things I would change is the lighting in the rooms (rather dim), the smell of the smoking room, and painting the walls. Lees meer

This was a nice place to stay and inexpensive too. You can park your car in front of your room. Provides free internet, microwave and fridge so it really convenient. Restaurants, Walmart, gas-station, car wash and Target nearby. 20 miles to DC. Only drawback no dental kit is provided do carry your own.

Inexpensive and clean hotel room. Not too far from the DC metro. I probably stay there again if I go to DC and I'm still a poor student.

Everything was good, my stay was okay.

Hotel was not that great looking inside. Bed was very hard and not comfortable and pillows very flat, although we asked for more pillows and got them the next day. Bathroom and sinks were clean but stains on ceilings and carpets were bad. Stains running down the wall that could have been wiped off. I found the hotel staff to be excellent. There was a mix-up with my reservation that was my fault. They could have given me a lot of grief, but they worked with me and hotels.com to make the changes I needed made. I recommend them heartily, and I'll stay with them again.

Not a good hotel. It is in a bad area. The room did not have an alarm clock, iron and board. There were cigarette burns in the blanket. There was also a pan handler in the parking lot. The bed was one of worst I have ever tried to sleep in. However, the place was near the freeway and a metro stop. It was easy getting into DC by the train.

This was more of a motel not a hotel as I thought. The room smelled like an old wet basement and the curtain was torn and soiled with what looked to be chewing tobacco (that someone had spit there). People obviously live at this motel because one of the near by rooms had bags of trash, bicycles and toys pile in front of it. I was so dissatisfied with […] the accommodations at the Knights Inn that I was forced to make other arrangements elsewhere (never stayed one night). DO NOT STAY HERE! Lees meer

The hotel was what I expected. It was clean and safe, not as nice as more expensive places, but in every way adequate. It was a good value, and I'd stay again.

I have stayed here before, and enjoyed my stay this time. It is a budget motel, and I received the services I expected.
