Knights Inn Orlando East in Kissimmee

I would never recommended to anyone at this HOTEL. The housekeeper wasnt that friendly and when you ask for something they never came back at all. Beside, the beds never change daily and ask for some towels, they ran out and never gave you what you ask for? This is so terrible and this is my first time travel to ORLANDO, FL and thought this people here […] are so friendly but they acted like they dont know nothing.Also, i spoke to the manager...he was so RUDE and said ;"you get what you pay for?" The hygiene of the hotel room was very poor, the room even stinks. As soon as I notice all the inconvenience I went to Walgreens that was right next to it (THANKS GOD!), and bough cleaning products to clean the room. The "housekeeper" did not clean the room at all, and even let the beds undone!!!. It was a very disgraceful impression, I DO NOT RECOMEND […] THIS HOTEL!!! Lees meer

First off it was very, very inexpensive, so i wasn't expecting much. Only recommend it for people looking to save money on a family vacation. The place was very old looking but it had all the basics. The fridge, microwave, free wireless internet, phone, beds, A/C, cable TV, shower, 2 person table, and a (bean shape) swimming pool. Room service was […] every morning for fresh towels. The bathroom was decent and the size of the room was small. The area was next to a gas station, stores, bus stop, restaurants, etc. It was fairly quiet at night. The staff were friendly there as well. The only time i spent in this place was to sleep, shower, and change. Overall, i would stay here again if i need to save money. If you do decide to stay here, i suggest checking into the room an hour before you plan on staying there to turn on the A/C, since it take a while for the room to get cold (very hot and humid in FL). When I first enter the room, it had a rainy day smell to it, but once the A/C was on it went away (rains at lease once a day in FL). Lees meer

The hotel was nasty! The smeel was horrible...it smelled like pi-pi! ): So, we had to drive away to a better hotel. The hotel is so awful! The Bathroom was dirty-It had roaches & bugs! PLEASE stay away from the hotel or else you might regret !

Very good for the price and room was clean and the pool was great also close to great resturants

Locatioin was near all conviniences, retaurants, pharmacy, malls, and easy road access to main roads. Well worth the price. Reception personnel were quite curtous and charming. Old facilities but well kept. For the urgency of a couple of overnight stay I would recommend to anyone. Manny

was just was we needed. a place to spend the night after the grueling days in the theme parks.it didnt had the smell others said it had or any inconvenience at all.. its great for the price. but they should have glasses,forks, and stuff in the room, and they dont. except for that everything was great

We really didn't expect the BEST for the price.. but what we got was even less. Although the room was clean in the important areas, bath, and sheets, w/ new mattresses,,, the Air conditioner was horribly musty, BAD!! and everything else was pretty sad, and dirty.( Plain washable Dirt on doors, windows, walls.) No tissues, cups (Are two plasic cups per […] room too much to ask?) and there was NO BREAKFAST!!! although there was a "breakfast bar" in the lobby...and when we asked about it and the lack of cups, the "morning manager" told us that was why they are so inexpensive. When told him the other Knights Inn down the road was less and had breakfast , We were told by him that "we had the option to stay at the other one!!" Great customer service skills.!!!..and Not the least interested in our needs or wants. I hope they promote the night guy,,who was very interested in our comfort , and get rid of the ones that don't give a darned about the customer. Just because it's old,, doesn't mean that it couldn't be CLEANER,, But obviously it won't get better a long as they have managers that don't care about their clientele. Some donuts or muffins wouldn't cost that much for them and would at least show some effort on their part. Happy customers spread the word... BUT UNHAPPY ONES SPREAD IT LOUDER.!!!! First night's receptionist was great; everyone else was horrible, especially male night attendant the following nights; bed linen was never changed, room never cleaned, holes in walls, toilet never work properly. Microwave nearly caught fire! Hardly any channels to view on TV. Will tell everyone on internet how bad a stay this was!!!!

Was good for the price as it included Microwave/fridge and 2 full beds that we asked for. The Beds seem old and was having smell although it was supposed to be non-smoking room. This is an older property and if I was staying here a week or longer I may have chose a different place. However the lady who checked us in was very nice. We just needed a place to crash for the night. It was a fine hotel for the price. I would stay here again if we were looking for a cheap place to sleep. It is one thing to be an outdated hotel but it is inexcusable to be uncleanly. The hotel portrayed on the website is not the hotel in reality. It is a shame that they would falsely advertise. The hotel was cheap but that is no reason to not provide guests with truthful information about the hotel and a clean room. Dirty sheets, towels and rugs is not […] acceptable. The rooms were rented out to people to live in. This is not acceptable for a hotel that advertises to vacationers. Clotheslines, grills and other household items should not be left all over the parking lot by residents of a hotel. In addition no pool exists that was shown in the advertisement. Lees meer

Overall, it was a good experience. When we arrived the light of the bathroom and the TV were not working. So the manager ( very nice man) moved us to another room. There the microwave was not working but I didn't tell them manager anything. It seemed that people were living at the hotel instead of being on vacation. They were all very nice. The hotel clerk was very nice and the location was great. However, the room was dingy and old and the property is generally beat-up. The hotel sign did not light at night making it a bit difficult to find it in the dark. Mesmo para um hotel de passagem, está abaixo da critica Pessimamente conservado , sem manutenção e limpeza inexistente. Há hoteis mais baratos e muito melhores. Não recomendo para ninguém
