The hotel employees were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was excellent although crowded. The location was convenient to the Biltmore and downtown Asheville. The only draw-back had to do with the sleeper sofa. There were six of us in total so we had to use the sleeper sofa. When opened, the foot of the bed almost touched a wall […] so it was impossible to walk around it. It was also not very comfortable. Otherwise, my kids enjoyed the pool and it was a good stay. This hotel provided a very acceptible experience but very cookie-cutter and ordinary. The bed seemed a bit aged and uncomfortable. Breakfast was adaquate as well. Would likely look for a little better experience in the sam eprice range elsewhere next time.

Great place to stay. The nice lady that handled the breakfast area was the greatest. If you did not like the hot breakfast available she would prepare you something else.

The first room we got had a funny smell so we switched rooms. The next room was better, but it was difficult to control the room temperature since the room didn't have a thermostat on the wall. It had the air conditioner/heater attached to the wall under the window - like older hotels. I was happily surprised... outside is very typical, inside is newly renovated with hip retro feel. Room was very clean, comfy and tastefully decorated. Top of the line bedding and towels. Conveniently located to everything I was interested in seeing, mostly downtown. I will definitely stay again.

After being in Asheville many times over the last 5 years, I am sorry that this was my first stay at the SpringHill Suites! Very friendly staff, especially at breakfast. Clean and a good value for the money. Just a little hard to see the sign, but worth the effort. Will definitely stay here again!

The rooms are configured in a very strange manner...the room pinches in and the TV is wedge in the tight area...making viewing difficult. The beds are pushed up against the AC - so it blows on the person sleeping. I stay in hotels worldwide and found this to be a major disappointment. The staff however was great...nice check in and breakfast staff (Patricia?) […] could not have been more welcoming, which helped to offset the terrible room set up Lees meer

We stayed at the Spring Hill Suites because it could accommodate a family of five. Although the staff was helpful and courteous, we felt that the cleanliness of the hotel was lacking compared to other similarly priced hotels. There were stains on the upholestry of the couch in our room, as well as stains on the carpet. There was hardly any counter space […] in the bathroom area and the bathroom fixtures seemed older compared to the rest of the furnishings. The included breakfast was decent although seating was limited for the number of guests. And lastly, the chemical levels in the pool were ridiculous!!!! My kids' eyes were bright red after only being in the pool for five minutes. I don't think that we would stay there again or recommend this hotels to others. Lees meer

This local was great for what we needed...breakfast downstairs was great and more than just a muffin. The Lady taking care of it all was lovely and very good at keeping things full and clean. the only thing that was in question about the cleaning in our room was we found used soap in the corner of the shower! not good for me, other than that it was […] top notch. and Hotel.com was the way to go. Great place to stay. Nice, clean.

The family decided to take a spur of the moment trip to the NC mtns to go snowboarding, even though a business meeting was involved. We arrived in Asheville around 1 a.m. ish. Fantastic location, walking distance to many local restaurants, the room was very comfortable & spacious. Had a mini fridge, microwave, & internet access. Delightful staff and […] the morning breakfast couldn't be beat! One of the best breakfast in a while. The heated indoor pool could have been much hotter, felt like it was around 60s. The whirlpool was very relaxing. Did not make it to the work out room, we worked out - snowboarding :) We were very pleased with this hotel and would recommend it to any one. Lees meer

Close to everything by car. Slept 3 adults comfortably with the pull out couch in separate area. The decor was like being in Ikea, more like a boutique hotel feel. A great stay.

This hotel was in a great location, close to downtown, close to interstate highway, and other attractions

My wife was pregnant when we stayed at the hotel. She wanted a nice room, good food, and shopping. This was the perfect choice for a weekend getaway. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. Food and shopping were less than a mile from the hotel. This eased my wife's pains if only for a weekend.

Loved the cleanliness, style & appearance of the hotel. Staff is very friendly & takes care of any concerns promptly!

The Marriott Courtyard is right next to the SpringHill Suites. They are virtually identical and the same price, but the SpringHill offers free breakfast included.

When we stayed, they were renovating, so it was not a great situation for check in, breakfast, etc. The rooms were pretty and clean but the AC unit is right next to the bed and it blows in your face! I imagine most rooms are designed the same way.

We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed the amenities in the rooms. The only problem was the traffic on the road leading in and out of the property. It could be difficult to negotiate.
