Niet ver van Little India en China Town. Erg vriendelijke receptie. Een heerlijk uitgebreid onbijt, met redelijk onervaren personeel. De kamers zijn luxueus, maar wel erg klein.

Swiss Garden Hotel Kuala Lumpur ligt in Golden Triangle in Kuala Lumpur. dit hotel is een gezinsvriendelijke accommodatie in de buurt van Low Yat-plein, Sungei Wang Plaza en Fahrenheit 88 Shopping Mall. In de buurt bevinden zich ook Petaling Street en Starhill Gallery.

Swiss Garden Hotel Kuala Lumpur heeft een healthclub, een buitenzwembad en een sauna. Een draadloze internetverbinding is beschikbaar in openbare ruimtes (tegen betaling). "ons verwachting van ht hotel eas hoger."
De service was niet optimaal. de wc pot van ons kamer was niet schoo.gemaakt...was geen goede binne.komertje. Toeristen informatie evenmon. maar ht ontbijt was heel uitgebereid en voor ieder wat wil. ook de locatie was perfect.

Swiss Garden Hotel is een aanrader. Vriendelijk personeel, elke dag schone handdoeken, zeer uitgebreid luxe ontbijt, airco, schone kamers en op loopafstand van het centrum. veel plezier!
"Prima plek voor een kort verblijf"
Dit hotel ligt centraal. De familiekamer heeft een onlogisch indeling met een voor en achterkamer, maar de bedden zijn goed. De sanitaire voorzieningen zijn ook goed. Het zwembadje is wel heel erg klein (8 meter doorsnee). Het hotel heeft een prima ontbijtbuffet.

Inchecken ging voorspoedig, echter kregen wij een kamer met 2x eenpersoonsbedden. Na wat overleg kregen wij toch een 2persoonsbed toegewezen. Onze safe werkte niet, en we hadden gevraagd hen deze te fixen, maar dat was niet gebeurt. Het was niet erg verder, maar iets beloven en niet doen is een minder netjes. Verder ontbijt viel tegen helaas, dit […] was ons 2e verblijf in het hotel, waarbij ons 1e keer het ontbijt nog erg goed was, viel dit tegen. Uiteraard was het wel gewoon goed te eten. Concierge bij receptie was aardig en behulpzaam. Verder lijkt het alsof er wat minder ervaren mensen op receptie werken, waardoor zij vaak alles volgens het boekje willen doen, en minder flexibel zijn, waardoor dit minder gastvriendelijk over kan komen. Voor de rest prima. Kamer was schoon, het is een wat ouder hotel, maar op zich nog wel ok, sterke chloorgeur in het begin van de kamer, maar betekent dat het goed werd schoongehouden. Verder heeft hotel een centrale ligging nabij bukit bintang, maar toch nog ver genoeg van de drukte, het is plusminus 5 min lopen naar de dichtbijzijnde plaza. Tegenover het hotel is een 24-uur supermarket, Chinees restaurantje tegenover is ook prima voor een snelle hap (ontbijt/lunch). Lees meer
Our stay was pleasant, hotel is nice, very good breakfast, rooms big and comfortable. We had though one problem, that had destroyed our mood, thats every second time the toilet won't flush………and they didn't worked to much to fix it.

Poor maintenance ... Old outdated rooms with filthy smell all around. Hotel needs massive refurbishment. Avoid this hotel at any cost.

"Good location, hotel ok"
Quite close to jalan alor, a street filled with local restaurants. Hotel is good, worthy of the price. Also tried some other locations in kl but bukit bintang area is definitely the best location for leisure.

"swiss hotel kuala lampur"
overall the hotel is good ,clean and quite just accross the road you got a supermarket a restaurant and local food stall.walking distance to the main road. Breakfast is very good everything fresh and lots of choice. internet free of charge and complimentary bottle of water.

Overall I am very satisfy with this hotel. The room is clean and the hotel is near Pudu Station which very convenience to the traveller.

"A good hotel for a short getaway"
Booked the family rooms for a weekend getaway. The 1st room we checked into was out of electric however, they’re pretty efficient in getting us a new room. Room is clean, however not much facilities are available in the hotel, the pool was really small and so was the Sauna Room & the gym. Washroom on level 3 (Gym/Pool area) wasn’t really well maintained, […] shower tap wasn’t working very well and cleanliness was not there. However, I’m glad the room’s toilet and the others are generally clean and well maintained. Breakfast services was not as good as compared to other 4stars hotel in KL, it’s a free sitting dining buffet in the restaurant and tables were left unclean even when guest have left. Food choice is ok for us since it’s only for 1day. The hotel was located in the middle of the shopping district(Bukit Bintang) / Chinatown hence it’s a walking distance to everywhere. Swiss Garden Hotel is reasonable and convnient hotel for families and honeymooners also. I enjoyed my stay and it was very comfortable and the breakfast was good tasty. the hotel is close to all the attraction which is needed to go to and also close to the LRT which you can travell to other places if you need and dont need for taxis

Cheap price but the rooms were old and not maintained with a lot of staining in the bathtub, shower curtains, etc. Nearby skytrain station (7 min walk) but on a very busy congested road, which had lots of road works, lots of cars and no proper pavements to walk on so if you are carrying any luggages - definitely a no. wouldnt recommend this hotel […] unless you are on a budget otherwise i would categorise this as a 3 star hotel only and definitely nothing more based on its maintenance and surrounding areas Lees meer

"Good hotel for the price"
It was a good stay for two nights. Overall condition was good for the money. Only thing I noticed was there were visiable mold on bathtub caulking. It looked bad but other than that it was okay.

"Good hotel in central area of KL"
My wife and me had a good stay for 2 weeks at this hotel, it is 3rd time we use Swiss Garden. The hotel is very central located between Bukit Bintang and Chinatown and near Pudu Sentral bus station. Very good breakfast and good service. Twice we needed a plumber for small repair at toilet and each time it took less than 5 minutes from I phoned for service […] till the help was there - very good. "Overall Service of Hotel"
1. Inavailability of doorbell at the door makes it inconvenient for movement into the room. 2. Housekeeping takes long time to answer call. 3. On check out day call for bell hop did not turn up so got to struggle with luggages to lobby. 4. Overall, it is just okay only to stay in this hotel. Perhaps they can improve on the above remarks.

"An unpleasant place!"
Staff are rude. Sound insulation between rooms was very poor that you can hear people chatting next dooor. Windows have not been cleaned for a long time. Bath tub is dirty and old. Buffet breakfast is messy and feel like one is in refugee camps.

"Cool & Quiet"
Our family room was cool, quiet & comfortable - just what we needed at the end of our on the go holiday. The room was really dark to sleep in - lost track of time. The pool was small, but served it's purpose well - a must in boiling Kuala Lumpur!

Swiss Garden is middling, and barely. Mediocre rooms, the not-quite-where-you-really-want-to-be location, listless staff. This is a tourist hotel (not business) which means the staff doesn't expect you to return and treats you with that in mind. The worst was internet access which dates to circa 1999 even though the hotel was recently renovated. Signing […] on every day required a round of calls, the occasional visit by staff, rebooting the laptop, and checking in with their IT in the Philippines. Simply wanting to check email became an ordeal. The management no doubt feels it can save money by not installing Wi-Fi, but obviously has no qualms about making guests pay -- both in wasted time and money -- for inconvenient and painfully slow internet access. Since they won't spend the money and improve service, internet and otherwise, I'd advise you to spend your ringgit elsewhere. Lees meer

Front desk not helpful at all! They let us wait for hours to check-in due to room mixed up. Don't be fooled by the outside appearance of the hotel, wait until you get inside. Look for a better one! Not this...

Now, I wouldn't say that this hotel is in the heart of the hustle and bustle, but I would love to add that it is just a 5 minutes walk from the main stuff. Just around the corner to be precise. Tickets to various tours (Hop on, hop off) can be purchased from here as well. The main bus stop is opposite. A little away from the station. Street food is just a 5 minute walk. Swiss Garden has always been my favorite hotel. I have stayed there in 2009 and i enjoyed it as i have always did. Its location concidered the best cause its like a walking distance of 5 min to Pukit Pentang and 15 min walk to china town and also all the big shopping mall around like Pavillion, Time Square etc. In terms of food there is not nothing […] to complain cause all type of resutrants you would like to have are around that area.
