Zeer plezierig hotel. Uitstekende sfeer en service. 's Ochtends New York Times voor de deur; Prima ontbijt. 's Middags gratis thee/koffie en iets erbij tussen 15-18 uur en een glaasje wijn met toastje tussen 17-18 uur. En wifi. Alles bij hotelboeking inbegrepen. Vlakbij hotel is een enorme, geweldige boekwinkel (Powells) en een fantastische Whole Foods supermarkt.

Prima ligging, 6 minuten met shuttlebus van Airport. Leuk zicht op zowel Mnt Hood als Mnt St. Helens. Perfecte aanrijroute met behulp van navigatie. zowel vanuit Oost als West.

Ligging.
Super 8 Motel Portland Airport ligt heel handig vlak bij de luchthaven in Portland, dicht bij Grotto. Een andere bezienswaardigheid in de buurt is Concordia University.
Accommodatievoorzieningen.
Elke ochtend wordt gratis ontbijt geserveerd. De voorzieningen bij Super 8 Motel Portland Airport zijn onder andere koffie in de lobby. Gasten kunnen gratis gebruikmaken van een luchthavenshuttle ((24 uur beschikbaar)). Gasten kunnen gratis parkeren.
Hotelkamers.
Bij Super 8 Motel Portland Airport zijn kamers met airconditioning voorzien van onder andere een koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker en een föhn. Elke kamer is voorzien van een draadloze internetverbinding. Elke televisie heeft premiumkanalen via de kabel.

PDX, de internationale luchthaven van Portland, ligt ten noordoosten van de stad en is via het lightrailsysteem binnen 40 minuten bereikbaar. Het in de luchthaven gelegen Oregon Marketplace kent een groot winkelaanbod (waaronder een filiaal van Powell's Books) en talloze voedselkraampjes. Reizigers kunnen genieten van microbier, Duitse spijzen, sushi, en nog veel meer gerechten. De luchthaven werd geopend in 1958 en verwerkt jaarlijks 13 miljoen reizigers.

Well to be honest, the room was to hot, the air conditing barely worked the toilet when you flush it it wouldn't work .. I went to the front desk 3 times, after the third time the moved me to another room.. I think that i should have be comped but overall it was ok..
"PORTLAND STAY"
Extremely comfortable, clean, relaxing...Had breakfast in the hotel 1x and rated it as a 3+ but had to request more things from my server that should have been an automatic. I was the only one in their establishment @ 10am....disappointed in my server:(
"Not for the mobility challenged"
All rooms require going up and down steps. The breakfast was a joke. It was supposed to be ready at 5:00 am. It was 5:30 at best. The 24 hour coffee also was not available.
"The parking was a dissapointment"
We always stay at the Super 8 because of being able to leave your car while gone for less then a week. I was surprised at the change. We have not stayed there for a while.

"Super 8 Portland Airport"
The hotel was average but convenient when I needed to get to the airport by 4:30 AM. It was a short night as I checked in about 8 PM or so. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful when I had inquiries. Otherwise I don't think I would stay there if I had a need to stay more than 1 night at a time.

The super 8 is convenient for PDX airport, with good shuttle service. Long wait to check in at 8pm on Friday, but staff pleasant and helpful. Amenities are basic, but clean and comfortable, so good value.

This is a great place to stay if you are on a lay over at the airport for the night. The shuttledrivers are very nice as well as the front desk people. If you are a disabled person there are no elevators to the floors that I saw so this might not be for you. All in all as we were there for aproximately 10 hours it was a pleasant stay.
"Very disappointed..."
The free parking that you advertised was not free. The reason I chose this hotel was for the free parking and it was the least expensive. The room was on the first floor and smelled musty. The breakfast had only 1 kind of cereal and not many other choices of food for my family to eat.

I travel all over oregon/Wahingtion on business and have stayed at a few super 8 hotels and this is by far the worst. The staff seemed like they lived in the hotel, the room reeked of smoke even though I was told it was non-smoking. "A mixed bag"
The Super 8 Motel Portland Airport is passable if you're only going to be there for a night or maybe two. The furnishings and decor are basic. There is no elevator (as best as I could see) so you have to haul your luggage up/down a half-flight of stairs. The desk clerk was clearly inexperienced and flustered by a minor registration glitch; since she […] was the only one on duty, she had to call a central office for assistance, so the info she needed took 5 min instead of 30 seconds. There's only one restaurant in the area -- diner fare, so plan on nothing fancy (though they do have an exceptional assortment of desserts). The shuttle may take 15 min to pick you up. "Hotel close to PDX portland airport"
The hotel is very close to the airport and provides to and from free shuttle. The rate was cheapest in the area and staff was very nice.

"Great for the price"
Can't beat this hotel for the price. Tried other hotels when visiting Portland and that other hotel is only $5.00 cheaper but a piece of junk. This one was great. Only complaint was that the room smelled a little bit.
