it was quite convenient for my 10 hour stay. The room was sufficient, clean and the bed comfortable.

Room was outdated. Turned TV on, the whole screen turned RED after about 10 minutes and wouldn't go back to normal. Called the front desk (about 10pm) and they had no one who could look at or switch it out. (Old big box TV). So, watched a RED tv......

I was disappointed that there was no iron/ironing board in the room. The front desk let me borrow theirs, but the iron leaked all over my business clothes. Also, there's no elevator in this place! I had to lug my suitcase up to the second floor by myself. However, the continental breakfast had a decent spread and was well stocked. The location was perfect for our needs but felt it was not the cleanest we stayed on this trip. Saw very little of other people and not any families. Did not partake of the breakfast, but the aroma was very good. Some difficulty to get to but we made it as my daughter had stayed there before.

The non smoking rooms smelled like smoking rooms. Misunderstood the free parking. Not free for extended stay. Shuttle was quick and efficient.

pleasant staff and very helpful. Room is small and no fridge or microwave. Would be nice to have either of them in rooms

Perfect for an inexpensive overnight stay, close to everything in the area.

Decent place to crash for an early am flight. Shuttle starts at 4 am, close to airport. There's one 24-hour restaurant a few blocks walk away, otherwise just other hotels and a couple businesses. No elevator. Can't speak to breakfast or plumbing quality because we left too early to shower or eat. :-)

The hotel is located near the Cascades shopping center and the Maxx. It is an easy walk or drive to either. The hotel is clean and does offer self service laundry service. They do have breakfast - but I'm not a breakfast eater so I dont know how it was. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. The room does have a one cup coffee maker which […] was great. I would absolutely stay there again and again. The parking is safe and had no problems leaving my car unattended all day, The shopping center offers a Target, Red Robin, Starbucks, Sushi, Supercuts, Ikea and so much more so if you are in need of anything you can certainly get it, As for the Maxx - the most easiest system ever to use. Takes about 30 minutes to get to downtown Portland and it is very safe and clean. The hotel shuttle which runs 24 hr. service will drop you off and pick you up if you arent up for walking to and from. I had a non smoking room - they do offer smoking rooms but I never smelled smoke in my room or the hallway. They also do allow pets but again the room was quite clean and I never had any pet odor or dandor in my room. The staff was great and the sheets and towels were replaced daily.
