Good Value family hotel. Clean and comfy in suites with a good Restaurant for your convenience Good shuttle service

The service was exceptional at the front desk at 3:30 am. The junior suite was a good size, with comfortable beds. The only concern was in the morning i did notice the walls and floors were dirty. There was no regular coffee pods, only two decaf. This was frustrating as it was a suite. Hotel was great! The only downfall is there Resturant does not open till five, so we had to go else where for something to eat.... But overall the stay was good!

Horrible place to stay. This hotel has very few non-smoking rooms. I could hardly believe this when I checked in. Hallways smell like an iron lung. The room was dated, old, and equally smelly. I will not be back.

I was very disappointed at this hotel because our room specifically says non-smoking yet when you turn on the air conditioning it smells like cigarette smoke! I asked to be switched to a different room but the front desk said it will be the same for all rooms because they have a centralized ventilation system. Everyone was more than accommodating and John at the front desk was amazing in all aspects. The only thing that was missing in your rooms is a microwave. I would like to suggest that a microwave be put in all of your rooms. Other than that I congratulate you all on your professionalism. Thanks again and I will plan to return. We liked the layout of the room. It was generous, suited our needs. A microwave would have been appreciated.

I was very impressed with the room I received. It was clean, large and very comfortable. Even though it's very close to a flight path, the would never know it. I live in the country and am used to quiet, so this was important to me. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

During a snow storm, we recently made a last minute booking with this hotel. We were impressed with the size, cleaniness and comfort of our accommodation. It was nice to find a small fridge in the room. We were a bit disappointed that we could not access wireless internet from our room but the hotel did have computers with internet access plus our own […] computer could have access within the lobby. Lots of excellent choices for restaurants close-by. Can't go wrong with the Keg or Jack Astor's. I would recommend this hotel for it's price and accommodation. Lees meer

Excellent experience overall...took my daughters to stay overnight before vacation...we went to the hotel restaurant Graffiti, dinner and service were both excellent...check in was great and we pre-arranged a wake up call and shuttle service with vouchers for the very early hours in the next morning. My wife and I stayed here due to an overnight stay at Pearson Toronto Airport. It has a good shuttle service, is only about 5 minutes away from the airport, a good restaurant inside with several others within a two minute walk. Definitely the best value for the money anywhere near Pearson.

I was actually quite shocked that I had to pay $ to park in the hotel parking lot. I feel that this was a ridiculous charge and I would have not stayed there had this been disclosed before I booked the room. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent, breakfast was large and plentiful and the coffee was excellent. I visit Toronto often but will not stay […] here again due to the parking charge. when you travel on business you at least want to be comfortable. the room was ok, the hotel seemed a dirty and the facilities ( fitness center) needed to be updated.

This is the second time staying here. This was in the middle of March and the room was very cold, adjusting the thermostat didn't do anything. Although this was just any overnight stay, it was unpleasant and you didn't want to be in your room once you woke up because it was too cold. I think that the hotel should offer me another night free to make […] up for this as I do go to Toronto often and will need a place to stay. Will I go there again, probably not ! Lees meer

Front desk staff were all very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the attached restaurant served very good breakfasts. If you have your own transport or are not bothered about being in downtown Toronto, this is worth considering. Bear in mind though, that there's not a lot near the hotel itself.

the hotel is realatively clean, and good price also. It was a surprise that we have to pay parking ($15/day) and this information was not available when we booked the room online. One of the front desk staff is not very friendily.

Excellent value! The suites we had were huge--2 big beds and a pullout. The bathroom was decent size and clean. The airport was very close--we watched planes landing in the evening. Our son needed to be on a flight to Japan at 8:30am, so it was great to be that close to the airport. The restaurant was great--we only had breakfast, but the Italian menu […] looked really good. Although the tub backed up and it was last at night, they were good with getting us a new room. Room was a good size for the number of people we had 5.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We got a great deal for the money we paid through your site. The only thing to watch for is that, while the hotel is easy to see and get to when you're heading into the airport, there's no direct exit for it when you're heading OUT OF the airport.

Nous venions de vivre une soirée vraiment déplaisante en raison de l'hôtel que nous avions réservé et qui était impropre à l'habitation. Nous sommes donc arriver à 4h30 du matin à cet hotel pour pouvoir dormir et reprendre la route de retour. Dû à notre arrivée tardive et après avoir raconté notre mésaventure, ils nous ont généreusement offert la chambre […] jusqu'à 13h afin que l'on puisse se reposer avec nos enfants.
