Hilton Garden Inn Austin NW - Arboretum in Austin

I loved the pool, the room was clean, the rest of hotel was well kept, wanted to stay one more day because of the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel

Our room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The mattress was really nice-easy to sink into and fall fast asleep! What a great value too, compared to other hotels located near the Domain and Arboretum. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Austin.

This hotel is located in north Austin but is very convenient for all of the shopping (Arboretum mall, Dominion mall, etc.) and with it being close to the highway it is easy access to down-town (just a 15 - 20 minute drive w/o traffic to 6th street or Congress). Service not so great....and for the cost of the Suite you had to pay for breakfast. No free breakfast, juices, fruit.....nothing at all.

Love it

Stayed just for a night, but I really enjoyed it. The room was clean and comfortable. I forgot to bring my toothpaste, so they gave me one at the reception. I gave up trying to figure out the TV, but that's alright - I wasn't planning to watch tv anyway. I wish hotels had thinner/softer pillows, because I always wake up with a neck ache in the morning […] with the fatty pillows. I kind of improvised by sticking my head in the valley between two pillows. All in all, a good nights sleep! A mini-vacation almost! Lees meer

I really enjoyed my stay here. Everyone on staff was very courteous and helpful in making my stay a good one. The hotel was very nicely done and the beds were very comfy to me. Great stay!

Great location; great staff; good amenities--really like the hotel all around!

This place is nice. My parents stayed there over the holidays. I isn't close to downtown, but it is reasonably close to my house, and that was what mattered to us. The double bed room had a separate sitting room. The pool was great.

Recently renovated, comfortable bed and we enjoyed using the indoor hot tub and pool. About 10 to 20 min from downtown but worth the drive. We stayed for new years :)

Enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn it was a very nice surprise. I had stayed at the La Quinta a few weeks before in Austin for the same price and this room at the Hilton was 10 times better. It was modern and very up to date. Nice TV/radio..very clean and quiet. Bed was super comfy..the whole hotel was nice. The only thing was the breakfast buffet […] in the morning was $10 but other than that it was very good and I will stay there again! Lees meer

Excellent , clean, very upscale room for the price. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to others.

very nice hotel, very modern and clean. We stayed two nights and enjoyed everything about it. Had a little trouble with the adjustable beds, and also with the air conditioning thermostat, but overall we really liked it. There is a small room off the lobby with two computers so we could check our email. Breakfast was $10 but all you can eat and the omelets […] were amazing! Staff was friendly and parking was free. Location was about 25 minutes from downtown but pretty easy on/off the freeway. Close to restaurants and Walgreens, gas stations. Enjoyed it and good rate! Lees meer

I was surprised to hear that this place is ten years old! It is very well taken care of. The staff were delightful- particularly Pablo who has worked there for years.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything was very clean.

Generally very good in all regards. Wife smelled faint smoking residue in room and I found a pile of ashes on the floor by the bed. Everything else was better then expected.

Loved it. We stayed there to surprise a friend for her birthday that night and it was a great value. Easy access to everything! I would definitely stay there and at other Garden Inns.

Hotel breakfast was $9.99 and was not good.

Hotel was newly renovated, so lobby and room were both nice. Only downside is that it is a little bit far from downtown, but it is easily accessible. The only other thing was that the AC wasn't quite working right and it took them a while to come fix it. Overall, definitely worth the price we paid.

Bed was uncomfortable. Inspection certificate of elevators was expired by one day. Elevators should not have a lapse of inspection.

We stayed at this hotel and were blown away by it. It was so comfortable and recently renovated so it was absolutely gorgeous. Will stay here again and also recommend it to others.

I usually book an Extended Stay in the same neighborhood for about $25 less than I spent for the Hilton. My stay was absolutely worth the money spent. If you're staying in the Arboretum, this is the place for you.

Our stay was nice, except that I left my jacket in the room. I came back to get it the next day and the maids had not turned it in to the front desk.

We had a wonderful time! We even spent an extra night . My only discomfort was the bed. If you have lower back problems the bed may not be comfortable for you.

This hotel had not only super service and friendly staff but had just been rennovated and was a beautiful property. Rooms were very nice and we were very impressed with our overall stay. We will most definitely be staying here again.

We stayed in the same hotel this time last year and what a change! The hotel is going through major renovations. It is beautiful. The main lobby and the halls were extremely clean.The rooms were clean for the most part. The maid had kept forgetting to clean around the toilet from the last customer though. I had to report it after our two night stay. […] For the most part the hotel clerks were always friendly with the exception of one. I spoke to her twice about little things and she was uppity both times. She said that she would have discounted our overall price if we hadn't gone through hotels.com to book our stay. The breakfast was great. The price and quaility of the breakfast was better then the local IHop or Denny's. I would like to see them include breakfast into the nightly rates. Their weight room and pool area was also great. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others. Lees meer

Although the hotel is right off the freeway, the access is nor clearly marked. Of you can find Bone Daddy's, turn there and proceed o the Hilton

Very confortable stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Arboretum, room was very clean, service was excellent. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
