het hotel was goed gelegen in het centrum vanwaaruit ik naar diverse gelegenheden kon lopen. Ook was het op redelijke afstand van de plek waar ik mijn congres kon bijwonen. Er is dichtbij een ruime keus aan eetgelegenheden. De omgeving van downtown maakt een redelijk veilige indruk alhowel er regelmatig zwervers te zien zijn; ik liep wel vaak alleen wat ik in de vroege ochtend of na 20 uur savonds niet zou adviseren. Van binnen is het hotel wel oud en aaan renovatie toe, maar alles werkt en het is netjes. De staf is zeer behulpzaam en o zo vriendelijk. Wat ik ook zou adviseren is om het ontbijt gewoon in het hotel te gebruiken; makkelijk en goed voorzien en een prettige service. Ik zou zeker terugkeren naar dit hotel gr Asif

Great hotel 3 blocks from Inner Harbor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Businessdistrict means that some restaurants were only open mon. thru fri. But some really nice restaurants were open all week'. Complimentary hot and cold breakfastbuffet. I could recommand this hotel to everyone. I would definitely stay here again.

Country Inn & Suites by Carlson Bel Air East- I-95 Riverside ligt in het centrum van Bel Air. Plaatselijke bezienswaardigheden zijn onder andere Ripken Stadium en Cal Ripken Museum.

Country Inn & Suites by Carlson Bel Air East- I-95 Riverside heeft een buitenzwembad en een fitnesscentrum. In openbare ruimtes is een gratis snelle internetverbinding (draadloos en via kabel) beschikbaar, terwijl de accommodatie over een werkstation beschikt. Zakelijke voorzieningen zijn onder andere een businesscentrum met 24/7 toegang en een technisch supportteam. Gasten krijgen gratis ontbijt en op bepaalde dagen een lichte welkomstmaaltijd.Het personeel kan op verzoek een cateringdienst voor evenementen en zakelijke diensten regelen. Country Inn & Suites by Carlson Bel Air East- I-95 Riverside heeft 81 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van een gratis krant en een koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker. Alle bedden hebben een pillowtop-matras met designer beddengoed en een donsdeken. Gasten hebben gratis (draadloos) breedband internet op de kamer. Elke 32-inch lcd-televisie heeft premiumkanalen via de kabel. Alle kamers beschikken over een bureau met gratis lokale gesprekken (hiervoor kunnen beperkingen gelden). Elke badkamer is voorzien van een bad/douchecombinatie, een föhn en gratis toiletartikelen.
Elke kamer heeft een magnetron en een koelkast. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een strijkplank/strijkijzer en een klokradio. Bovendien kun je op verzoek gebruikmaken van voorzieningen zoals hypoallergeen beddengoed, extra handdoeken/beddengoed en een telefonische wekdienst. Een huishoudservice is dagelijks beschikbaar.

"Ideal in every way"
Location was convenient, bed was particularly comfortable, bathroom was spacious and clean, staff was polite and helpful, breakfast was easy and welcome.

"Liked it so much stayed four more nights."
A very good value. Staff was great. Very clean with lots of ammenities. Only wish they had an indoor pool.

"Country Inn I 95 Baltimore"
We had a late night check in. I specifically asked that a crib be set up so we could take our two year old out of the car and put her right in bed. The crib wasn't there and she woke up late at night. It was not fun.

I stayed in this hotel 3 years agao & also last week. The same ice maker on the first floor still doesn't work. The waffle maker still didn't work correctly. New this trip was a mal-functioning a/c unit. When set to 72 - the room should have been cold. It seemed to remain at 80 & was humid. When I told management, they went into the room & since the […] compressor kicked in when the temp was lowered to 65, they "determined" that the unit was working fine. Next time I have to stay in this area, we'll be staying in one of the other hotels in that same area. Lees meer
"Polite, Clean & Convenient"
The staff at this hotel should be commended for making sure that their customers are well taken care of. The simple fact that they ask "how is your stay" consistently is a sign that they indeed care. The staff also recognizes that a "complimentary" breakfast doesn't mean that you skimp on and provide the customer a garbage meal. The buffet was great […] and had a little of everything to cover each of my family members. The hot food was excellent as was the service which made sure the food did not run out or sit in the containers too long. My profession is a business coaching, and I have spent many nights in hotels and this one is a diamond! If I have enough folks to put together a workshop in the Bel Air area, I will not hesitate to use the conference room and recommend them to my clients. Finally, my son played at Ripken Stadium in Aberdeen and it was a quick 10 minute drive so I would highly advise anyone in this situation to choose the Country Inn. "Better at a Marriot"
First, the hotel looked like a good "bang for the buck," but I was wrong. Noisy rooms due to steel frame building and doors. TV resonated from neighbor's room, yet little response from management. Message service on telephone did not work. Front desk failed to deliver messages. Second, the telephone was not answered often. when it was, they could not […] give me more than one cab name to get to the hotel and I waited in the dark for 45 minutes. Third, and most condemningly, there were three different messages taken for me that were never delivered either the night of arrival or the following morning. I was forced to take a $20 cab ride to the college where I was a presenter because of this even though the school had called to arrange a pick-up for me and spoken to the front desk. Lees meer

"The Country Inn & Suites in Riverside Maryland"
I have once again enjoyed my stay at Country Inn & Suites. The staff is friendly, the rooms clean and the breakfast is great. I enjoyed making my own waffles. It is also walking distance to a very good resturant.

"Fantastic place to stay"
Staff was great...everyone from the front desk to room service were great to deal with. Hotel is clean and they take great care in making up your room. Pool was nice and refreshing, but the workout room machines were just okay to use. Can't beat the experience for the special price we paid through hotels.com

"Great Value"
The hotel was in a great location. It was away from the busy city, but close enough to my destination. The hotel staff was very helpful in finding directions for me to local business's. The breakfast was one of the best for a hotel.
"Aunt's Wedding"
My wife and I found this inn to be a good value and the complimentary breakfast was better than expected. Our aunt was getting married nearby and we needed a hotel for a brief stay. I'm glad that I selected the Country Inns and Suites.

Hotel was clean -- but pool was inoperable due to a "pump problem." Several times when I went to the front desk, no one was there, not even in the office adjacent to the check-in desk. PM employee was not particularly helpful when I asked her for suggestions on where to eat -- she didn't seem really interested and didn't appear to be knowledgable of […] the local eateries.
