Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Propere kamers, fantastisch ontbijt aanbod doch niet inbegrepen in de prijs. Tal van faciliteiten. Vlak bij metrostation.

The hotel was beautiful in the lobby. The staff super friendly. The breakfast buffet was HUGE. We had is included. You name it they had it. They also offered to set up tours and sell tickets to certain things although we didn't use it. The gym was small but got the job done. We definitely enjoyed our stay at Novotel Budapest Centrum. The main reason for our choosing this hotel was its proximity to the train station as we would continue to Vienna after Budapest. It is a nice hotel. Clean and tidy. The staff is friendly. But it is a bit far from the attraction of the city.

The location is excellent, easy access to the Airport and centrally located. We were easily able to walk to many of the sights - shopping/the Xmas market, the river etc... The hotel was excellent, very clean and the staff were very friendly. Overall a great base for a weekend away (or longer!)

Good hotel and very helpful staff. Room was comfortable for family with 2 kids. Overall our experience in this hotel was very good. Close to railway station (keleti) and also major attractions.

My daughter & I visited Budapest for the first time, and were very impressed with the hotel staff who were helpful & friendly. When asked to make a dinner booking & told it was in honour of daughter's birthday, this was obviously noted because, when we returned to our room 2 days later, she was greeted with a birthday message from the hotel staff, 2 […] glasses & a bottle of champagne on ice! Hotel is located right in the heart of Budapest - just a short distance from most of the major attractions and a few buildings away from the subway station. Room was clean, staff was courteous and breakfast was nice.

I was traveling with my 2 children and the Novotel was able to provide a family room. The Metro and Tram stop were 1 block away and we used them to get to all of our destinations. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Budapest.

Stay 25-29 Oct 2010, 2 adults & 2 children (B13 & G11). The location of the hotel is excellent 50m from metro line and 60m from tram line. The hotel was very safe with plenty of helpful staff on hand. Buffet breakfast choices were good. There is a childrens corner wich was a good idea because the children can go on either the x box or computer and we […] didn't have to worry about their safety. Spa facilities were adequate with no additional cost. Room size was adequate for a family of 3 or 4. Room was cleaned daily. The lifts were a bit inconsistent but there was always 1 in service. GOOD LOCATION NEXT TO METRO STATION. CLOSE TO RESTAURANT AND SHOPPING AREAS. THE ROOM WAS GOOD SIZE. SUPER COMFORTABLE BEDS. READ SOMEONE COMMENT ABOUT UNCOMFORTABLE BED. NOT TRUE. NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED UNLESS YOU ARE RICH. CLOSE TO A LOT OF RESTAURANTS.

Hotel was nice but we had some difficulty with the service. We made our reservation online and we were placed on the exec level, great we thought. Night one we had water in our room, terry robe in bath, coffee pot. Night two we had those items removed while we were out for the day. The mgr sent the maid into our room to retrieve them since we did not […] pay for "exec" items. I called down to the desk and he returned the water since I had to take some meds. If you plan to go it's a nice place but book online not at the desk it was alot more to stay the second night since we wanted to play it by ear on where to stay.....BIG MISTAKE. Good location but very noisy as it's on a busy road. It's geared up for business users who can put the 17.5 euro breakfast on expenses! Budapest itself is a busy, dirty city with little to recommend. Maybe it used to be cheap but not anymore. They now charge western prices but don't have the same quality of goods or services.

My colleague and I looked at the special offers for the hotel and were blown away. The outside is nice, the lobby and reception room are really nice. But the rooms are nothing like the pictures. We looked at 5 rooms in total after complaining on the first night. Every one had carpet stains, 'grey' towels etc. Front desk had great English skills […] and were very helpful... But do NOT consume anything at the hotel!! £11 for a Vodka and coke, £15 for a few slices of toast at breakfast. The hotel is opposite a supermarket which is handy, and a McDonalds round the corner, but everything else is a 3000 forint taxi ride away (£9). This was my 5th trip to Budapest, I'll be staying more central next time. Very very very poor value. Lees meer

Rummen var fina och hotellfrukosten perfekt. Läget var bra och det var inte långt till vare sig shopping eller sevädheterna. Visserligen gick en av de större vägarna utanför hotellet, men det störde inget särskilt och det var ju nära till transporter om man så ville.

Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla, metro ja ratikat lähellä. Aamiainen oli maittava. Huone oli siisti ja sängyt mukavat ja mikä parasta, yöllä ei kuulunut minkäänlaista meteliä joten kunnon yöuni oli taattu. Huoneemme tosin oli sisäpihalle päin. Mycket bra hotell till ett fantastiskt pris. De hjälper en med det nödvändigaste som boka shuttlebuss och svarar på frågor om sevärdheter m.m. Bra placering i anslutning till centrum och de judiska kvarteren samt nära till metro. Har inte ätit där och vet inget om det mer än att det verkar dyrt. Frokust på stan är 1 /3 av priset

Das Hotel hat eine Top-Lage in der Innenstadt. Das Haus ist sehr schön restauriert. Der Restaurant- Bereich ist besonders schön im alten Stil hergerichtet. Am Frühstücksbuffett ist für jeden etwas zu finden und bis zum Schluss wird alles aufgefüllt. Die Zimmer sind gut. Allerdings war der W-Lan Empfang im Anbau schlecht. Wir waren zu viert in einem angenehm großen Doppelzimmer, das zur Seitenstraße hinaus lag und dadurch nicht ganz so laut war. Der Preis war günstig, das Frühstück inbegriffen. Das Frühstücks-Buffet war leider sehr lieblos präsentiert und ohne jegliche Abwechslung. Die Auswahl des Frühstücks war eher unterdurchschnittlich - von anderen Novotel-Hotels […] waren wir besseres gewöhnt. Das Service-Personal beim Frühstück war wenig motivert. Bedingt durch die günstige Lage, von der aus vieles zu Fuß oder per Metro erreicht werden kann, würden wir trotzdem wieder dort übernachten. Lees meer

Trevligt hotell på lagom gångavstånd från centrum. Rummet var stort, men lite för varmt. Prisvärt och med bra frukost.

Bra standard, rent och fräscht. Frukosten dyr men med det lilla extra. Personalen kunde dock behöva en charmkurs och lära sig att se kunders behov. T.ex. inte rekommendera en familj med två små barn att gå till en restaurang där gästerna bestod av kostymklädda män en fredag kväll halv nio på kvällen och man vill ha något snabbt för alla är hungriga […] . Mycket fräscht och fint hotell, fina miljöer. Bra frukostbuffè. Enda nckdelen var att det var lite trångt i rummet då bäddsoffan var bäddad som säng för barnen.

Att vissa saker är bättre på bild än i verkligheten besannas när du bor på detta hotell. De rum man ser på webben finns säkert men inte till det "normala" priset. Rummen är små och kala Bord och fåtöljer saknades i vårt rum,.Städning ok men var beredd på att dela på en tvål i en vecka och att sängkläder byts 1 gång på 6 nätter. Allt finns vad gäller […] spa behandlingar. Du erbjuds 10 olika behandlingar men bokar du så existerar bara en som är möjlig att få. MEN hotellet har en otrolig vänlig och tillmötesgående personal DE VAR FANTASTISKA DE räddade vistelsen! Stämmer väl med beskrivningen. Ett snyggt och rent hotell. Även om det låg precis vid en mycket trafikerad väg, hördes inget i rummet. Centralt. Rekommenderar det.

Ett utmärkt hotell. Avsevärt över vad man kan vänta sig för priset vi betalade! Trevlig personal och en mycket hög kvalitet på både rum och hotellet i övrigt. En utmärkt frukost, så tveka inte att boka inklusive frukost. Läget var en aningen lång promenad från turistgatan Vaci utca, men å andra sidan har staden ett utmärkt kollektivt transportsystem. […] För övrigt ligger de berömda kaféerna Café New York och Astoria runt hörnet! Mycket trevligt hotell`med bra standard. Ligger nära till det mesta med inte alltför långt gångavstånd. Nära till övriga kommunikationer.

La habitacion algo pequeña para cuatro ,dos adultos y dos niños.Lo mejor el desayuno. Un poco alejado del centro es necesario coger el tranvía o metro que se encuentra muy cercano al hotel.

Hotellet standard var över förväntan, vilket även övriga två par som var med på resan tyckte. Läget mycket centralt till Metron, bussar o spårvagn.

Mia moglie ed io abbiamo soggiornato più volte in questo hotel. Vi ritorniamo sempre volentieri soprattutto per la gentilezza e l'efficienza del personale. Il quartiere circostante l'albergo, data anche la vicinanza ad una delle stazioni ferroviarie della città, non è dei migliori: tuttavia, i servizi pubblici (metro, bus, tram), disponibili a pochi […] passi, permettono di raggiungere in tempi brevissimi non soltanto il centro, ma qualsiasi luogo di interesse turistico della città. vi tillbringade 4 nätter i exlusive rum på detta hotel.vi är mycket tillfreds med hotellet ,bra läge till det mesta ca 15 min -20 min promenad så når man nästan allt centralt.trevlig personal, välstädat på rummet,utsökt mat och frukost i restaurangen,trevlig relax med bastuoch jacuzzi.väl värt att rekomendera.
