Quality Inn Yuba City in Yuba City

I already sent a report regarding the problems we encountered to Quality Inn.com. From king-size sheets & mattress pads that did not fit and needed to be put back in place all night leaving us sleeping on bare mattress most of the night ; previous persons food left in fridge ; no remote in room; advertized restaurant on property-closed; we did not even […] try the "free breakfast"-just coffee and donuts or muffins. I will never stay in Quality Inn Yuba City again. very poor communication nothing was organized. When we got in the room toilet was clogged we called front desk and response was you can come pickup plumbing snake and/or plunger if needed. instead sending some help to fix the issue. luckily we had 2 rooms so then we end up using other room's toilet and […] bath room. Only real complaint I have is the cable TV was not very good. There weren't many channels, and the reception on most of the channels sucked. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a small fridge and microwave in the room which was nice. Overall, it was fine. I would stay there again no problem.

In a good location and very comfortable very pleased we will be back

the coffee machine still had the coffee beans in the filter from who ever stayed before us. Stains on the bottom of the canister must of been there a couple days. There were spider webs in the shower. The sheets made me itch all night...we had no new coffee or creams or sugars or stir stick replacements, when we checked in. The coffee at the resteraunt […] they recommend right next door was a day old and tasted like mud. The man told us it was the day before stuff because he hadn't got around to changing it yet. the hotel location was 4 or five mile in middle of no where. i'll try to remember this place as a big NOOOOO WAY>>>> Lees meer

the quality Inn is located about 3 miles outside of town the hotel is quite old although it did appear clean except the shower curtains smelled sour. The cable service did not work in the rooms and when I tried to use the internet in the lobby the clerk said it was not working. Internet service has become a basic at most hotels and It was an inconvience […] not haveing the service available. when I went to check out I was told that they had tried to bill Hotels.com for my stay and the message kept coming up "declined" . They wanted me to pay again but I refused because Hotels.com had already deducted the entire bill from my credit card. Lees meer

Dirty place, would not stay here again. One of the worst hotels I've been to.

This Hotel ranks up there with hourly pay hotels!!!! The room smelled terriable, the carpets were stained and the bed was less than uncomfortable. The room needed painting and the smell of burnt diesel fuel from the truck stop next door was unbelieveable. The linens were stained and yellow in color!!!! I tried to fill a water bottle from the sink and […] ended up with a chocolate colored water. It did clear up in about 90 seconds (so did the shower) ! The room temp could not be controlled, as it was either to hot or cold. The screen on the window was bent and not secured. The pool had a couple inches of crap in the bottom. Lees meer
