My prepaid reservation for one king was not honored by the hotel, and I was placed in a 2-queen room, in spite of my late arrival reminder.

This was our first stay at this hotel and our first stay in Burbank. We love the west coast and L.A., and Cali in particular, so return often to different areas to escape the cold. We booked here because it was less expensive compared with Santa Monica and West Hollywood, yet everything (including the two just mentioned) was still conveniently accessible […] by car. Parking is free and that's important because a car is necessary if staying here but visiting different areas of L.A. We enjoyed Burbank. Shopping and food choices were abundant and the city itself is clean and feels very safe. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and the rooms give good value for money and are modern, clean and comfortable. Absolutely no complaints but one suggestion: if departing from LAX, you will need one full hour to navigate through L.A.'s nightmare traffic. We would stay here again, but not on the night before flying home! Great hotel! Lees meer

Very consistent place. This visit, it seemed like the housekeeping staff was a bit lax on the details when they cleaned my room. The back of the door, by the peephole, had smears all over it. We love the Marriott Courtyard for its family friendly atmosphere. The pool is great. The dining room is obviously used to kids. Everyone made us all feel welcome.

This was our first stay, but it won't be our last. Excellent property and professional staff. Very clean, well maintained rooms. A great value.

Very satisfied. Comfortable bed, very clean & ample towels. Always enjoy the breakfast buffet.

Nice, Clean, Spacious rooms. Stayed here after going to universal studios Halloween night. A bit out of the way if you're tired, but otherwise its's an easy drive back to hotel. I would stay again. Good value for the stay.

I found the hotel very convenient to airport, shopping, food and gym. A big problem was the aging air-conditioner. The hotel maintenance was very good about trying to correct the loud groaning of the unit. They came 2 times to try to correct it to no avail. It made sleeping very difficult.

Located 3 miles from the NBC studios - it's a clean, comfortable hotel for your visit. Loved that the hotel makes an effort to conserve water! Wish they would have soap dispensers in bathroom and get rid of those plastic bottles.

Service was outstanding and friendly. I downrated this slightly because the A/C was not working in our room and we were very uncomfortable the first night we were there. Asked a desk clerk about it and she promptly moved us to a nearby room that worked fine. The neighborhood is fine if you like shopping malls that look as if they could be anywhere […] in the USA. The room where we stayed was nice but noisy at night. We heard lawn mowers at 6 a.m. and complained to hotel. It was a little better the next night. The hotel is new and the room was very nice and clean. Walking distance to legoland which was a plus.

Easy to find and close to everything in the Burbank/Universal area.

The rooms were large and comfortable. I loved how close to shopping and restaurants. I would stay there again.

Great place ..very clean ...worth the price

The most important thing about staying at a hotel is the bed.. it was clean, comfortable and smelled lovely. I would give 5 for maintenance but they had some elevator issues. Very pretty hotel with a nice courtyard.

We arrived before check-in time and the staff was able to get us into our room quickly. We were tired from an east coast flight. Our room had two beds and a pull-out sofa as requested. The hotel pool was very nice with pleasant outdoor seating areas. The location of the hotel was great for us, 15min. to Universal Studios and Hollywood Walk of Fame etc. […] Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and good service, but did cost extra. Clean, quiet, reasonable

When we checked in there was a little mix up. Desk Rep thought we needed to pay for room(used Hotels.com and paid in advance). Charged our card for 2 nights, once he realized the mistake the Manager on duty was quick to try and rectify the situation. They called my credit card company to release the funds, provided us with free breakfast coupons for […] our stay and apologized for the inconvenience. I was very please with the way they handled the situation. The hotel was very nice. Updated décor, room service, Restaurant in hotel, Bar/Lounge, free parking, Coffee shop, Fireplaces inside and out, fitness center was open 24 hours and a nice size pool. Staff was really friendly! Love our stay at this hotel. Will stay here again. Hotedl staff was great. Lots of great restaurants in same block. Close to everything we needed to do.

Courtyard by Marriott has figured out the business hotel gig: Efficient, just what you need. Great location. This one is nestled next to a mall with Target and a couple restaurants. Just down the street from Bob Hope airport.

Very convenient for seeing the sights in Burbank. We were able to get into Los Angeles fairly easily, although we did allow time for traffic. The hotel was very nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub one evening.

An excellent hotel in a good location with great parking. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room we had was just like any hotel in this price range. The towels were fit for a Super 8 and the hot water in the sink took over 7 minutes to get warm, not hot at off peak hours. The shower hot water took about three to four minutes to get warm enough to step under.

The hotel was awesome and extremely accommodating. I needed additional chairs as my bridal party was getting make-up done their and the hotel provided whatever was asked without any questions. Nearby mall has good shopping and many restaurant choices. Only 15 minute drive to Corner of Hollywood and Highland. Only 15 minutes to Universal City and Warner Brothers Studio.

Check in was smooth the room was nice and the breafast facility was great . Very close to the airport. We will stay here again.

This hotel is conveniently located in the Burbank Empire Center with easy access and plenty of self parking (which I loved). Would recommend to friends and visitors coming to the Los Angeles area.

Nice hotel and nice location. Staff is a little cold during check-in but no biggie. Perfect if there would be complimentary breakfast.

This is my new favorite hotel in Burbank. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I arrived a little early, and the staff worked to get me a room to match my preferences. I was greeted when I entered the lobby. The rooms are very nice and kept very clean. Everything smelled fresh. One complaint, which really have nothing to do with the hotel […] itself, was the nearby train track. I'm not used to hearing trains whistle as they roll by at night. Located nicely to go to Universal Studios Hollywood, Hollywood Blvd, Sunset Blvd, Beverly Hills & Rodeo Dr. Also only 40 minutes to Disneyland. Several nice stores and restaurants within walking distance at the neighboring shopping center. Located nicely off of I-5. Hotel was very up to date and clean. We had a great time there.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff extremely helpful. PLENTY OF FREE PARKING which is rare these days. I hate paying one rate for a room and then having extra charges added on for parking. The Hotel was quiet, convenient to get to from the freeway, and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay, but next time will eat breakfast elsewhere

I decided I could live there. I spent 10 days at this hotel and cannot find anything to complain about. The service was excellent. The breakfast bar was well stocked and gave a wide variety of choice. It was close to shopping and in a safe neighborhood. I walked about 1 1/2 miles per day and never felt unsafe. It would be nice if the desk personnel […] were a little more knowledgeable about how to get around. I checked in for a two night stay and was extremely pleased. The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. The location is very convenient. It was "all good!"
