Quality Hotel Wembley in Wembley

De mensen aan het onthaal waren niet vriendelijk en om mijn wagen de dag bij vertrek tot 17 u te laten staan diende 15 pond betaald(vanaf14u betalend) .Terwijl er op de grote parking misschien 5 auto's stonden.Vind ik totaal geen klantenservice.Zal dit Hotel ook niet aanraden en ook niet meer terug reserveren.De kamers waren proper en het ontbijt was […] goed.Het viel heel erg op dat het personeel erg onvriendelijk was.Jammer vriendelijkheid kost niks , en die 15 pond gaan we echt niet van sterven maar wij vinden als je met 4personen 2 nachten reserveerd het een kleinigheid is om uw wagen een paar uurtjes kunt parkeren.Kan begrijpen als het druk en volzet is maar toch niet als het Hotel niet half vol zit.Jammer met een lach en even denken maak je soms vaste klanten :) :) Lees meer

The room was generous, clean and tidy, and the location was just few minutes away from tube station next to a big cheap car park, but there was problem with hot water from the shower, and the heater was very noise during the night.

I was there with my family. Good size room, shower didn't work, nor did iron but both were fixed. There is nowhere in walking distance from hotel to eat and the hotel restaurant looked uninspiring. Not great.

The hotel had good parking, was convenient to the Stadium and had a selection of restaurants very close by. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. However, the corridors were dark and dingy, there were rolls of unfitted carpet cluttering up doorways and used glasses were left by the lift for the entirety of our stay. One of us was a wheelchair […] user but we had not booked a disabled room - this proved not to be a problem as the lifts were in working order and the room was generously sized. The bathroom was obviously not adapted but was still useable for us. However, even for an able bodied person the shower controls were extremely difficult to use. Although a bit shabby the room was spotlessly clean with generous quantities of supplies of teabags etc. Breakfast, included, was continental but there was hot milk for coffee and the croissants were fresh. The selection was pretty meagre. For so close to Wembley Stadium the price was competitive and although the hotel was a bit basic it was generally clean, in the bits that mattered, and friendly. I was concerned about what I might find, given other reviews of the hotel. However, although the accommodation/decor is 'tired' the hotel represents very good value for money. Like some other guests, I didn't initially have any hot water but I spoke to the receptionist and she responded immediately by sending up a maintenance person and it was fixed […] within 10 minutes. I feel this hotel needs a make over for the price charged I really expected a better quality hotel. The continental breakfast was poor.

Upon approach to the Hotel, the online photo certainly did not represent how it looked from the outside. A lick of paint is in severe need! With that being my first impression, I was certainly ominous about how the hotel was going to be on the inside. To my surprise, the hotel was really quite nice inside and the rooms were spacious, well designed […] and planned out, clean and tidy and as expected from any other hotel I’ve stayed. The Quality Hotel was much better than the reviews I read lead us to believe! It was very close to our venue at Wembley Arena for The X Factor Final. We booked a 4-bed room for me, 2 daughters and 16yr old grandaughter which was more than adequate even tho the 4th bed was of the folding variety. It was declared 'comfortable' by the teenager. The other […] 3 beds were comfy and the bedding was adequate. The curtains could have been of better quality however and they barely met when closed but as we were not overlooked it didn't matter much! Two things in the bedroom/bathroom didn't work properly (a light and the shower tap) but a call to reception soon brought a maintenance man to fix. We were very happy with the continental breakfast and had more than enough to eat and we were glad we didn't pay extra for the full English! Great place to stay with free parking. Friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable and a spacious bathroom. Everything I was looking for for short stay accommodation.

i spent 3 nights here with my 2 children to see london so here are my tips. I was dreading it to be honest after reading some reviews but i only needed a place to sleep as we planned to be out all day and eat out. On arrival we had a car park space, spent the day in london and checked in at 7.30 pm the staff was courteous and helpful and confirmed the […] continental breakfast was included. Our room was MASSIVE ,2 double beds , table , chairs, tv and en suite. to put into context it could fit about 8 double beds with no space between them , so plenty of room. The single glazed window was to the front but that was better than the rear as building works going on next door. Both rads were on so nice and toasty. Turned off one rad to help the kids sleep. let the water run for a while for the bath as cold to start with. the shower is weird, turn it on then keep turning to the right, when it runs cooler turn it again and it heats up ? good pressure though, better than electric jobbies. Breakfast was great, cereals, coffee, tea, croissent, toast were free - although expensive to upgrade to cooked so we did not bother. 3 mins walk to underground, it is 30 min on jubilee line to zone 1 but we discovered it is quicker to take the metropolitan line to baker st and change there. honestly i have stayed at 5 star hotels and it is not a patch on those, but for the money i would use it again. The staff were great, I checked out at 8am and was only charged a nominal charge to collect the car 3hours after checkout (checkout time is 11am) - that is a cheap carpark! Good clean room - value for money but could do with updating. Well situated for Wembley but remember it takes a time to get into central London.

Stayed here on a snowy Saturday night in February ahead of a training session at Wembley Arena on Sunday morning. The hotel is very clean and tidy although there are one or two things that need updating, like the bath for example had a couple of rust spots and the lifts were showing signs of age. Great hotel but not ideal if visiting central london, but only 15 mins away with great regular commute links to central london

Both myself and my colleague were really impressed with the standard of service at the hotel. During our stay we were a little concerned at what we thought was a crack in our room window. Within 10 mins of reporting our concern a maintenance man appeared to reasure us that in fact it wasn't a crack (a fold in the window covering material). Not great but you need to bear in mind that it is low cost and convenient in terms of location. The room was very cold and the hotel is a bit shabby, but ok value for money.

The photo of the outside of the hotel look great however that’s about where it stops. The reception looked tired and dated , the carpet in the hallways was threadbare in places with a strange smell about the place. I am sure about 30 years ago this place was top class but the whole building is well past its sell by date. The rooms were just so tired […] and depressing I could not wait to leave. I have never stayed at a YMCA but I would guess this would be like this hotel. Its in a great location for the stadium and came with free parking but to be honest they were the only good things about this hotel. This hotel is in dyer need of notation. The room Had very old heaters that didn't work and the lift was out of order. I didn't eat here because the restaurant look awful so I didn't want to risk the food. The area around isn't the nicest, is right next to the stadium so with a group of lads for the rugby it's ideal but I would think twice for family […] or business trip. this hotel is easy to get to via public transport nad very close to wembley arena, which made our breif stay very easy. although the hotel wasn't the cleanest, the bedding/towels etc were, the beds comfortable and the room facilities good. however the general grubbiness of some of the areas in the hotel weren't too good. the basic continental breakfasts […] were good, with good choice and timings. the staff were very helpful and made our stay as comfortable as possible by letting us book in slightly early etc... would recommend to friends and family: overall and can't grumble about the price and the pros certainly out weighted the cons - woud book in there again! room perfect just one thing wrong the tv would only go on 2 channels but other than that it was perfect.staff were very good and everyone was so polite so very good and enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate staying again.

Evrything is old and damaged, floors on the corridor smells bad and are uneven, elevator, tv remote contr., bathrooms old and dingy. Continental breakfast means - yougurtwith jam and butter, so nothing to eat or you have to pay english breakfast - CHEATING. No internet, awful area. Worst place I ever been....

The room was very expensive. The staff were unhelpful, asked about the radio facility in the welcome pack. Staff did not know how to provide. Turned the noisy radiator on instead. Told me the manager would call me to explain, never did. The noisy radiator kept me up all night. The shower stall means that to turn on the bath taps you need to get into […] the bath. My wife and I were looking for a hotel for the weekend as we were visiting friends. This was the hotel we found closest to them, but still 5 miles away.....However, The hotel had BIG rooms and was well maintained, if not spanking new. However, the location is not 5 start as there was nothiong around the hotel - no cash machines, restaurants or entertainment. […] However, it is very close to the underground and the fast Metropolitan line into Central London (2 stops only), so the overall experience was quite ok. cheapest hotel on the net, fand still free parking and free continental breakfast thrown in, room are spacious and clean, stuff very friendly, highly recommended

The hotel needs a refit pretty soon, but the staff was very nice, the beds were reasonably comfortable and the food we had at dinner was pretty good. For the price and the location, it was a good experience. The elevators are entirely made of mirrors though and are quite scary - like being in a fun house! LOL I like that they are using energy saving […] things like lights that have motion detectors in the hallways, but it's disconcerting to walk into a dark hallway at first. Lees meer

We needed a clean comfortable hotel which was close to Wembly Arena for one night. This is what we got at The Quality Hotel. The staff were professional and friendly and we would stay there again - but only for one night at a time.

Rooms were large, bathroom tired, but good, bed really comfortable, breakfast really good

The bed linens were full of grit. If you took a shower with the bathroom door open it set off the fire alarm. That actually happened during our stay. It was disconcerting how mellow the staff was about the fire alarm going off.

Although it is only a 3* hotel the ground floor is very tatty and dated. On being given keys to our rooms we passed through double doors to reveal a damp smell. The whole of the rooms and corridors smelt damp and musty. The curtains were so dirty they felt as if they were made of cardboard and did not even fit the windows. Stayed here for Take That at wembley. Position of hotel is perfect for events at Stadium. But Hotel room was very poor. Needed re-decorating, Graffiti on wall! Restaurant was amazing! No problems with Hotel.com , will use them again but not this hotel.

Very large rooms. I booked a double room and was given a family room with 2 double beds! Even with 2 beds in it, the rooms are very very big with plenty of room to walk around, luggage,etc. This hotel is great for anyone on a budget. A major plus point is that car parking is FREE if you are staying in the hotel. There are plenty of spaces.

I booked this, as I couldn't be bothered to fight with the crowds or the traffic to get home after Coldplay. It was a great decision, as we were back in the hotel 25 mins after the concert ended and that included queuing to get down from our seats. Booked this hotel for a concert at Wembley Arena. It is well placed for this though there are hotels nearer to the venue. The room was a very good size; the beds were OK though I've experienced more comfortable ones and all in all it suited the purpose which was somewhere to stay overnight near to the venue. I can't comment on the food as breakfast […] was not included in the price and we wanted to sleep in a bit so we did not bother with it. If asked if I would choose it again, I probably would say only if I couldn't get somewhere nearer or cheaper or with breakfast included, though it was perfectly fine in most respects. Lees meer

Room smelled of stale smoke, cigarette marks in the bath. Could feel every spring, lump and bump in the horid mattress. Bar service was good, thats about it.

Hotel was very close to Wembley Stadium which was why I found it appealing when booking. Unfortunately, the hotel seemed very tired in appearance and in my opinion needed a bit of a refurb. We were on the ninth floor and the lift to that floor didn't work. We had to take a different lift to the eigth floor and walk the stairs the rest of the way! […]  Because we were only staying one night it was adequate but if our stay had been longer, I may have been looking to stay elsewhere. Car park only has about 40 spaces and there are 150+ rooms. They failed to mention this or that it was on a first come first served basis untill our arrival. We were lucky & got a space around the back but later that night cars were double parked and blocking each other in. However it is probably the closest hotel to Wembley and that is fantastic (5 […] mins walk tops). The room was adequate for a 1 night stay & thankfully had air con as it was the hottest night of the year for our stay. Lees meer

This hotel was perfectly situated from the tube station(Wembley Park) and Wembley Arena for concerts,3mns walk from either. Our room was large,comfortable.I could'nt make the shower head work but the bath tap was ok. We'll definately stay there again.

Hotellet lå perfekt til i forhold til kampopplevelse på ærverdige Wembley stadion. Hotellets utseende harmonerte dog ikke med hva man ser på internett. Eksteriøret ser slitt ut i forhold til hva internett-siden deres viser. Ellers er rommene helt gjennomsnittlig. Du får hva man betaler for. Godt renhold, hyggelige og imøtekommende personal. Er man […] på let etter et helt gjennomsnittlig hotell og ikke vil betale skjorta for rommet, er quality hotel verdt besøket. Hotellet ligger nära Wembley.

Vis du kan lar du være! Dette hotellet sto ikke til forventningene til ett Quality Hotel. Når det er sakt er det helt sikkert ett greit hotell vis du skal bo billig og 15-20 minutter fra sentrum med t-bane. For meg som betalte 25 pund for en internett linje som ikke virket, ble begynnelsen på irritasjonen. Andre dagen av de 5 nettene jeg tilbrakte […] der fik jeg beskjed om at jeg skulle få refundert betalingen for internett. Siden ble det dagen etter og dagen etter å etter 3 dager til og på utsjekkingstidspunktet ente det med at jeg måtte gi dem e-post adressen min. En kveld vi kom hjem, ba vi om en flaske vann i resepsjonen, da han ikke kunne veksle en 50 pund seddel, ba han oss gå 4 minutter nede i gata på en bensinstasjon for å kjøpe en flaske vann, kanskje ikke bra service?!? Som du da sikkert forstår var det da ikke minibar på rommet. Jeg har verken fått e-post eller refundert pengene enda. Badet var gammelt og det var tilnærmet umulig å justere varmen på vannet i dusjen. Maten i hotell restauranten var heller ikke noe og skryte av min kone fikk en kylling som var vesentlig rød i det hun satte kniven i kyllingstykket. Avstanden mener jeg var som forventet, mens min kone syntes det var litt langt unna. Området rundt hotellet var kjedelig om du ikke er fotball supporter og elsker Wembley da stadion lå rett uten for hotellets vindu. Min kone mente hele området var Londons svar på Grønnland i Oslo. Jeg synes forøvrig Grønnland er mere spennende. Siste dagen måtte vi printe nye bording kort pga en ekstra bagasje kona hadde kjøpt for mye (igjen). Da brukte vi servicen i lobbyen en data og en printer med mynt innkast, jeg spurte to eller tre ganger om at dette virket og fikk bekreftet at det gjorde det. Jeg logget meg på og begynte å printe, da kom det opp på skjermen at jeg måtte betale for arkene jeg puttet på 3 pund og det virket ikke. Da hadde en ny kar kommet til i resepsjonen og han kunne selvfølgelig fortelle meg at dette ikke virket, men anbefalte meg en intern Lees meer
