The hotel allows smoking in rooms. We were first given a non-smoking room on the 3rd floor, which also has smoking rooms. We about gagged when we got off the elevator - the smell of smoke was so strong!! Even our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. After a quick call to the front desk, we were given a different room on the 5th floor which is a non-smoking […] floor. It was much better!!! My biggest complaint about the rooms was the lingering smell of cigarette smoke. Although I am not from Colorado, and don't stay there often, I would have to assume that all hotel rooms are smoke free. If the case, this hotel needs to perform some serious cleaning.

Very pleasant place to stay. I appreciated having hard boiled eggs and fruit, since I'm gluten and dairy free.

I had a problem with the shuttle during one stay and it was corrected to my satisfaction. I have stayed several times since and have never been disappointed. I fly out of DIA quite often and I always stay here. It's clean, friendly, convenient, close to reastaurants and the shuttle service runs every 30 mins. It's tryuly a great value and quality.

Denver Airport is almost Nebraska, and this hotel though one of the closest is still five miles from the terminal, so you feel like you're almost the edge of the world. But if you can deal with that, it's a beautiful place with great service and nice people.

It was a good experience, hotel is clean, rooms comfortable, quiet, and breakfast opens at 4am so we had time to grab something before going to the airport it is behind Ruby Tuesday, and you can order Dominoes at your room

Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Beds were super comfy and the room was great for just a quick overnight deal. I did not try any of the amenities but the bfast looked really good on our way out. Highly recommend!

Great staff, excellent airport location, and comfortable room. This hotel is well maintained and has the right amenities.

We had a very nice stay. The service was friendly and helpful and very efficient. The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, which makes it nice. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to ours friends.

Everything was great, we will stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, convenient to airport

I checked into LaQuinta this past weekend so that I could catch an early morning flight. Check in was easy and organized. However, we were directed to park at the back of the hotel to use the only working elevator and then our room was in the front of the hotel. Also, there was a foul sulfur smell that was present out in the hall that required me to […] run the fan on the heating device all night. The bed and accommodations were comfortable. There was a half empty shampoo bottle on the tub to use in the shower, so I elected to use my own. The towels were thin and not that soft. It was easy to grab something fast in the breakfast area in the morning. There are a lot of hotels on Tower Rd and would consider looking at other properties before settling on the LaQuinta. It's winter OK ? You get off a flight from Europe as it's getting dark. So get your hire car (Hertz, if you're sensible), drive less than five miles, a quick check in, then get a bite & a drink from the restaurant next door. This is the first time my husband and I had ever stayed at any La Quinta facilities. We were impressed and will defintely try one again. Hopefully they are al just as nice. Of course the shuttle to and from the airport was a bonus for us.

There are only two complaints I have for the hotel. One, the pool was too cold; I shouldn't be purple and shaking uncontrollably after swimming for 30 minutes. And two, they only had one waffle maker for the breakfast. There was a constant line both mornings we stayed. Other than that, the sevice was great and the rooms were clean.

Since we had a very early flight, we were pleased the shuttle and breakfast were available for us. Very accommodating hotel and staff.

when we first walked in the place just smelled horrible, we found underwear in the dresser, chick in i was told that i was automatically charged through you guys when i booked my reservation it said that i will get charged when i check in (i wanted to pay in cash when i got there!)

Previously the La Quinta chain was considered only average in my mind. I was very pleasantly surprised to find top-notch quality during my December 2011 stay. The room and bath were clean and cleverly designed. I highly recommend it to all. It is also quiet, friendly with nice breakfast and free internet.

I would definitely book here again. The room was great - spacious and comfortable. Initially there were problems with the heat and phone, but the staff got right on them and didn't let up until everything was running smoothly. They offered to switch my room, but it wasn't necessary, and the layout of the rooms is wonderful - quiet, private, clean, and […] appealing. Good night's stay at a convenient hotel with a good price-point. Only concern was the difficulty experienced trying to contact the hotel by phone to arrange ground transportation from the Denver airport. We could not get through and ended up taking a way-too-expensive cab.

Perfect location for quick rental car return and ride to Denver International Airpot. Beautiful new hotel, unique room layout and comfortable.

I found someone elses hair on my pillow when I was preparing for bed. I had not checked out. I went down the street for breakfast then returned to the room to shower before my long drive and found that my room had already been cleaned. This hotel was minutes away from the airport and had several restaurants and gas stations nearby. Very comfortable and perfect for an overnight stay to catch an early morning flight.

Front desk staff were very helpful. Offered to change meto a room with two double beds to avoid a smoking room. Very much appreciated!

It was very comfortable, location was great, restaurants nearby, easy freeway/airport access.

Everything was wonderful until bedtime, I unfortunately, I had the room right next to the ice machine and It made ice all night...it was awful! Make sure you request a room away from the ice machine. I made a requst to have them turn it off but the desk clerk said they didnt have anyone in maintainance.
