We loved staying at this hotel. It was a beautiful, romantic, well-kept hotel and the staff was amazingly pleasant and very helpful. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac out of the way from all the touristy-stuff, but we like to walk, and Prague is a beautiful city to walk through. If you don't want to walk through the city, it is about a 5 minute walk to the […] subway which is easy to navigate and can get you to all the tourist attractions. Because it was out of the way, we found wonderful little coffee shops and restaurants that were way more reasonably priced than in the midst of Old Town or Wenceslas Square. If you want to be in the midst of all the Prague tourism, this is not the right hotel for you. But if you want a romantic, quiet, beautiful hotel, I would strongly recommend this one. Our only issue was that my husband was allergic to something in the room. We don't know what, and there was no obvious smoke or other scent (& we are very sensitive), but he woke up each morning with red itchy eyes and throat that improved the longer he was away from the room. We didn't realize it until our third (& last) night there, and by that point it didn't seem worth it to say anything. Given their responsiveness with other issues, I am sure that had we mentioned it to the hotel staff, they would have changed our room. Lees meer

A very elegant boutique hotel - attentive attention to details and very friendly staff. This was among the top highlights of our Prague trip.

An excellent hotel with top service. Within walking distance to all the sites. Spa was very clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Le Palais is a fantastic hotel. Although 5* it is friendly and relaxed yet run with utmost professionalism and attention to detail. If it's your birthday during your stay you should get a small bottle of iced bubbly from the management! The rooms and communal areas are comfortable and stylish. Breakfast is excellent and kept us going well into the evening. […] The jacuzzi, sauna and steam room is of high quality and a great way to relax after seeing the fabulous sites of Prague. We recently spent three nights at this luxurious hotel in Prague. Although initially I was concerned that we were too far away from the center of the city, I realized that in 15 minutes we were in Wenceslas Square. Given the number of tourists visiting the city (amazing in mid October), it was actually wonderful to come back each day to something less […] hectic without streams of people. The hotel is first class - from the rooms to the breakfasts - pure European elegance. It is a very special place and one to revisit over and over again. We enjoyed the newspapers that were in the breakfast room each morning and the lovely bar adjacent to the reception area with a good selection of wines and Czech beers. Someone at the desk referred us to a lovely Italian restaurant in the neighborhood- we liked it so much we went back again the night before we left. We also truly enjoyed the Prague Opera Company in the National Theatre. My husband and I attend opera quite a bit and this was one of the most polished performances we had ever seen (The Elixir of Love). It was almost worth the price of admission just to see the beautiful hall inside. For people interested in opera, we would strongly recommend trying it in Prague. Lees meer

I stayed at La Palais Prague for two nights and only regret that we did not stay longer. I found Prague to be very busy and the hotel was a fantastic place to come back to. It had a beautiful spa with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna which I used often. The rooms are very comfortable but most of all the staff were amazing. When we arrived at the hotel […] we were given a personal tour of all the facilities by the manager while we were waiting for our room. In addition we received a complimentary drink while we were waiting. The rooms were worth the wait so luxurious and beautiful. At night the rooms were cleaned again and the bed was prepared for sleeping. In the morning the buffet breakfast was delicious every thing that you could want in the morning was there. Again the staff tended to your every need and with a smile. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is a bit of a distance from the city centre but the hotel provides a shuttle service (BMW Limousine) to the city in the morning and evening. Can't complain. :) Lees meer

just had to write a review . we have just stay for 3 night at le palais hotel and had the best time .hotel was one of the best we have stayed in .staff lovely ,food great ,room so clean .thank you to all at le palais.

We spent five days at Le Palais Hotel recently, and it met all the expectations following the positive reviews we had read. The room room was very plush looking and comfortable and the service is as good at it gets. There is a cosy, happy atmosphere around the hotel, and as a guest, you pick up the cheerful mood. I liked the complimentary limousine […] service and the complimetary constantly replenished minibar. The lobby bar is nice, but a terrace bar would perhaps add something to the hotel. The only thing I did not like was the fact that internet access in the room was not complimentary (although of course, there is a pc next to the restaurant with free internet). Also, the steam room and sauna could do with a bit of updating. Overall, I cannot fault this hotel-it is exactly as it says on the tin Lees meer

A very nice hotel and great value for your money. First, hotel is located within the old city and you could not get a better location. Easy walking distance from everything. Service, staff and concierge services 5 star hotel quality, all English speaking and always greeted with a genuine smile. Very good breakfast buffet included with poached and scrambled […] eggs, bacon, sausages, soups, juices, cheeses, pastries, lox and meats. Lobby and restaurant very clean and charming. Room is smallish, may need an update, furniture simple without character and lacking in drawer space. Safe in room. Based upon room rate, we felt great value for the money. In all fairness, when we complained about the room, the staff offered us a free upgrade, which we refused since it would only be available the following day and did not want to pack and unpack again (rated based upon upgrade). Only other weakpoint, as other have pointed out, is only one shared internet computer, which is eliminated by bringing your own. Ethernet hookup in room and wifi available. Booked Mercedes pick up through hotel for $50 each way and driver was at airport with sign as soon as we exited baggage claims. Great option as Prague's cab driver's notorious for overcharging. Regarding this location, never really have to take a cab, tram or metro anywhere. Used concierge to book excursions. They are friendly, helpful, always available and knowledgeable so use them for any bookings, recommendations, info, etc. Lees meer

From the moment we checked in , and were given an upgrade, we loved this hotel. The receptionist greeted us by name and with a beautiful smile and within five minutes of being in our lovely room a bottle of champagne and hand made chocolates were delivered to help us celebrate our wedding anniversary. The complimentary breakfast was extensive and excellent […] and served by well trained and gracious members of staff. The spa was an oasis of calm and I am only sorry that I didn't have more time to spend there. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable and our room was a very generous size. It was almost hard to leave to explore the beautiful city of Prague which says it all really. Thank you to the wonderful staff of the Palais Hotel - we can't recommend you highly enough. Lees meer

Le Palais Hotel was the best of the 5 Stars Hotel I stayed during my recent trip to Prague. I upgraded to the Presidential Suite and the it was the best suite during the stay. In comparision to Mamaison Suite Hotel Pachtuv Palac & Four Seasons, Le Palais won my overall judgement in all accounts although the other 2 establishments are of very high standard. The hotel was lovely, intimate, the service was great, probably the nicest people in Prague, The food was good. The hotel is a bit far from the center and the transportation is not that close (10 min walk). The room has no place to store the suitcases. Be prapared to walk. the taxi is wonderful . but you are 500m. from the centre of the city and remember that is what Prague is about look around . You are in easy walking distance to the congress centre 20 mins .

This hotel lived up to its high rating being friendly, courteous and efficient...not to mention luxurious. Ideal location, being a 15min walk to the conference centre and 15min walk/metro to old town. I will be returning with my family as soon as I can.

The hotel is lovely - new and very well maintained. Breakfast is delicious. It is not in the center of town, but the hotel has a car that goes into the center several times a day. It is about a 20 minute walk, a bit long considering all the walking once you get to the center. At the right price, this is a great option to the more touristy center.

My husband and I stayed here during our time in Prague. We took the metro or number 22 tram to the tourist areas or walk to the museum, but found the hotel to be a welcome escape from those areas in a lovely and quieter neighborhood. The room was comfortable, quiet and perfect for our needs.

The service at this hotel was exceptional and the rooms were lovely. It's in a quiet part of town, which we preferred - about a 10 minute walk to the metro.

Detta är ett äkta femstjärnigt hotell som bla kör dig ner på stan i helt splitternya BMW (gratis) och dessutom kan hämta på flygplatsen (mot avgift ca samma pris som vanlig taxi) Hotellet är relativt litet och har 72 rum. Fint spa i källaren med både ångbastu och bra bubbelpool. Läget är lite perifert men de kör er som sagt till stan om ni vill. Frukosten […] en av de bästa jag testat, enormt fräsch de lagar små kvantiteter av allt ocg fyller på hela tiden. Snyggt hotell med god service och trevlig personal. Rent och bra underhållet. God frukost och service dygnet runt.

Très joli et agréable hotel. Rien à redire, tout est parfait: calme, ambiance, charme, gentillesse du personnel, quartier très correct. 該飯店房間很美，spa也按的不錯，但不便宜，早餐的內容不錯，用餐環境十分好，但飯店的規模略嫌小，所以健身房等規模都太小了點。建議喜歡安靜，沈思的人較適合

Das Hotel an sich befindet sich, wie der Name sagt in einem restautierten Palais. Die Zimmer passend zum Stil sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Spa ist kaum besucht, aber sehr angenehm. Toll fanden wir die inkludierte Minibar (täglich aufgefüllt). Das Frühstücksbuffett war auch sehr üppig und lecker. Das Personal zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Hotel ist […] etwas abgelegen. Etwa 5-10 Gehminuten zu einer U-Bahn und dann 2-3 Stationen bis in die Innenstadt. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Das Hotel ist ohne Abstriche zu empfehlen Lees meer

Alles super. Das Essen ist für die Qualität viel zu teuer. Ich empfehle, den Aufwand zu treiben, sich vorab nach guten und preiswerten Restaurants in der Stadt zu erkundigen. Die Taxifahrt hat man damit locker wieder drin. Einziger sonstiger Nachteil: 10 Minuten walk zum nächsten Tramhalt, daher eher nichts für Leute, die schlecht zu Fuss sind, es […] sei denn sie nehmen das in Prag eher teuere Taxi. Lees meer

Nothing to complain about at all for this stay. Service is great, and you as a guest gets full attention. Most likely some guests might think location isn't central enough, but for me it's only positive that the hotel isn't in the middle of the most crowded centre. Le palais is a hotel I really could stay with several times.
