Prettig hotel. Staf is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers op de begane grond zijn soms wat muf.

The hotel was very good, staff is very friendly, room was clean, location is great. Only one thing is that it was not understandable if our breakfast is included or not...staff was not very professioanal and did not understand our enquiry. We had 2 swimming pools and great beach just 20m from our room.

This was not acceptable to us and we checked out 1 hour later an the at the time we checked out they informed us room now ready. Superb location, just on Walking Street. Rooms were very clean and courteous staff. It is like a Hotel built in between all of the greenery. Putting in some pedestal fans in the passages (especially the outdoor) linking the rooms & the main hotel would help. Nice place with good pool, location was great too as it is near walking street and the pier, only problem was the noise coming from the night club around the corner and some pool pump making noise at night. If those 2 things don't bother you then you can't really fault this hotel.

Although I would say i enjoyed my three week stay at the Siam Bayshore, I must note a few problems that threw a wrinkly into my enjoyment. First, when I arrived the hotel only had a twin bed for me for the first two nights. Having reserved a king bed, I was greatly dissapointed. The hotel staff did not seem eager to deal with the situation. I also overheard […] several other guests dealing with the same problem throughout my visit. The second issue is with the pool. While the pool is very beautiful, there are a meager number of chairs around it to accomodate nearly 250 rooms. The seating situation is a joke. The pool opens at 10:00, but many of the guests run out to the chairs early and place a book or a magazine on a chair to "reserve" them. This creates a lot of chairs that are barely used and a frustrated number of guests that cannot sit next to the pool. Some of the guests even discussed paying for a night at another hotel so they could actually get one day near a pool. Despite these snares, I still had a decent time at the hotel; however, I will be staying elsewhere on my next visit. Lees meer

Great position, close to walking street and the ferry to Koh Lan (a must do day trip). Siam Bayshore hotel is very well located, next to the Pattaya walking street, and very close to the ferry pear (Pattaya has only small beaches, you have to take a ferry to Koh Larn island to enjoy real tropical beaches). We are very pleased with the service of all the staff in the hotel. They are very friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel including the swimming pool, the lotus spa and massage are very clean. My two daughters and I enjoyed the cooking class and the massage from the lotus spa though it is a little bit expensive. Actually, the hotel is a really good looking , wonderful park design, serves high quality food, but during my very short stay of 2 nights, I experienced 3 bad issues that made me consider it a bad overall experience, they are as follow : 1- They charge for room service for 850 THB which is equivalent to around 28 USD, and that what really shocked me, […] specially that they didn't ask if I need a room service or not. 2- the electric current was cut twice in one day, the first was more than 2 hours in the noon , and the second is for 5 minutes by night. 3- the electricity card slot has something wrong, that you have to try many times until you get it right. So, as an overall evaluation for the stay , it was really a bad experience specially that the price is very high if compared to average prices in Pattaya Lees meer

The hotel location was perfect, it was close enough to the walking street but far enough from the noise and craziness. I was staying at the hotel for business and found it to be ideally placed. Pattaya is very much a holiday area so t was easy to get around to all venues from the Bayshore.

The staff at the hotel are not as friendly and accommodating as some of the staff one might find at similar hotels in Bangkok. Also, if you cast aside the fact that there is sewer running through the hotel (which is covered on one section) and is open at another stretch the hotel and the rooms are quite alright for the money they charge for a standard […] double room. Siam Bayshore from the outside looks of it is good but the staff is rowdy and very unfriendly. Hotel premises is kept clean however the rooms are very old and not done up nicely. Overall a very average experience and very put off by the hotel uncouth staff.

A neat and tidy 4 star hotel. The property is well maintained and a heavily landscaped stream / river runs through the middle. Hotel was much nicer than expected and the location was perfect. I stay in hotels about 150 days a year and this one was exceptional. Great breakfast buffet featuring western and Asian cuisine. Large clean swimming pool with water slide was being enjoyed by lots of Russian tourist and Thai families. I did see a devout Muslim guy get charged 1,000 Baht extra for bringing a Ladyboy back to the room. Hotel is located in the heart of the area known for "adult entertainment" so you will see a late night crowd coming and going. The hotel's back gate opens to the Walking Street (Pattaya's red light district). Depending on what you want to see and do this may be a good or a bad thing. This hotel is so much nicer than the town itself. Excellent breakfast, Thai food in the Siam Elephant Restaurant and pool bar lunch snacks. My usual hotel in Pattaya, this time I thought I would pay more for a Tropical Room rather than the usual standard delux. However, I got the same room as usual and my mates who as usual booked the standard delux got upgraded to the same type of room. The staff at the reception is not very helpful. The bellboys are helpful though. I believe they get a tip for every reservation made through them which is why they like to help out with activities you want to do. Pattaya by itself is not a great place though and I would not recommend families to go there. Even if you have only two nights, go to Phuket […] or else, stay in Bangkok. Siam Bayshore Resort & Spa as a hotel is just about as good as they come in this price range. We stayed there almost two weeks. The good: Best breakfast in my around fifteen years as a tourist in Asia. Did not get bored with it due to good variation (and the fresh juice mixed on your request). Good rooms. Excellent restaurants, and not too expensive, […] either. Nice atmosphere inside the hotel, lots of greenery. Fish (that you can feel for Bt 20) in the ponds. Helpful and nice personnel. Very quiet during the night. The slightly less good. Two things. One is the bathroom. Why can't they have locks on the doors? And why is there a semi-transparent (not see-through) wall in the bathroom? You are almost afraid that you will wake the person up who sleep closest to the bathroom. Location. The big divider. If you are in Pattaya to party, come here. It won’t be better than this. If you are here with your children for a quiet vacation on the beach, keep on looking. The beaches are not so close, and the water is OK at best. The famous/infamous 'Walking Street' is just around the corner. GOGO-bars, beer bars and so on stacked on top of each other, apparently one of the biggest red-light districts in the world. If you have children and want to relax, take the boat to Koh Larn instead, it's just around the corner (5+10 minutes’ walk). But the hotel is as good as they come. Lees meer
