It was horrendous!! Rude staff no enviorment just like a cattle barn!!!! Location is good if you only need a room for a few hours in case of a flight transfer! Thanks

Nice hotel conveniently located closed to the airport. The rooms and lobby areas are nice and it has plenty of facilities to keep you entertained during your stay - nice swimming pool, gym, lounge bar with pool, piano bar, etc. Recommended.

Isolated near the airport but hotel has shuttle so take that to airport, then subway or bus into central city, very easy and cheap

This is a very practical hotel - great shuttle service from the airport, it has everything you need. The rooms may come across as a bit bare and basic, but I find that in many Spanish hotels - tiled floors are practical in a hot climate, but not necessarily what your continental traveller is used to. well might be the largest but certainly not the best. Reception cold and unwelcoming. breakfast hot food luke warm to cold and cold food hot and sweaty..... great selection of tv channels but really only a venue for large corporate events not for the independent travellers.... very dissapointed

Very big hotel,too big actually as that kills the atmosphere,the resturant is too expensive,there are resturants with in walking distance (despite what the guy at reception told me) how ever they dont open until 20:00.Pool is nice and you get the sun all day,shuttle service to the airport is good but only hourly service from the airport to the hote […] l. The hotel was sufficient enough for it's purpose which was to get to the airport quickly. There is a shuttle bus that is supposed to run on the half hour although the bus was late and we waited and waited for it to arrive. We arrived late at night to the hotel and were very hungry. Room service was quick but had a very limited selection of food to order. […] There is nothing around the hotel and walking to eat anywhere is not possible. Other than that it was fine. Great location looking North across the airport, Clean well equipped rooms with helpful staff, we requested a high floor with veiws overlooking the Airport before arrival and that is exactly what we got. A confortable stay at a great location. Highly recommended.

excellent airport hotel, has free shuttle bus to/from airport,runs every 1/2 hour. Nothing much in surrounding area, only business park. Can get shuttle bus to airprt and then metro into Madrid, cost 4 euros return . Hotel has fitness centre and indoor pool

The staff was not courteous. The beds were BEYOND hard. There was nothing positive about this hotel. YOu can stay at a better hotel downtown for the same money. Don't even try to use this as a connecting overnight stay hotel - not worth it. The 13 EUR sandwiches adn 20 EUR breakfast prices are ridiculous.

It's a humongous hotel, but close to the airport with a free shuttle (if you can find it at the airport). The price was ok for a holiday weekend. I'd rather stay in the city with things to do, but this was ok for a last-night-before-flying-home.

Extremely delayed airport shuttle service. We waited almost two hours at the airport for the hotel shuttle and again on departing the hotel to return to airport. Would not recommend walking around the neighborhood, it was in a very "questionable area". Room had not been cleaned, there were previous guest's garbage and things left. The room was large and clean. The problem was that it had no windows that opened and the air conditioner system had not been activated for the warmer weather. It was a long hot night. The shuttle had large gaps to the airport starting at 10:30 am.

Stayed one night for airport convenience.

As others have noted, this hotel was huge, and not a good location for tourists. However, for the purposes of an airport hotel for a quick stopover, it was fine. I wasn't put off by the huge-ness of it. Nothing was overly luxurious, but nothing was bad. There was food available - I know some reviewers complained about the timing of the restaurant being […] open. The main restaurant is open normal Spanish time. That means it is open for a late lunch, and a very late dinner. Yes, as an American, I would prefer a hotel restaurant be open 24 hours a day to serve my needs, but that just isn't going to happen in Spain. Plus, the bar serves sandwiches and was open more extended hours, so you aren't going to starve just because the restaurant doesn't open for normal American dinner time. The restaurant and bar were expensive, and there wasn't really anything nearby that I could tell. But for one night between flights, I was okay with that. I had no trouble with the airport shuttle, but could be pretty flexible with it. I arrived in the mid-afternoon. I didn't have to call anyone when I arrived at the airport. I went to the hotel shuttle pick up area, waited 20-30 minutes, and the shuttle arrived. It was apparently the last terminal stop, so the van was almost full, but we all fit and it was a pretty short drive to the hotel then, maybe 10-15 minutes. In the morning, I didn't have to take the earliest shuttles, which may have been more crowded. There is a schedule of times leaving the hotel posted in the lobby. The van might have been a few minutes late taking off from the hotel, but that's why you give it some extra time. The hotel doesn't claim to have wireless internet; they did have jacks in the room to connect an Ethernet or phone modem. I didn't have any cables with me, but was able to get a wireless signal in the bar and lobby areas. The hotel said they have free airport shuttle leaving every 30 min. We waited at the airport for 40 min. before the hotel shuttle came to pick us up. When we left the hotel, we were to take the 5:30 a.m. shuttle to the airport. At 5:30 a.m. the employee went to get the shuttle and drove it in front of the hotel. Apparently a lot of money was spent on antique clocks and pianos, but not that much on the pool/sauna/fitness areas. With twins (2 1/2 years old) there was LITTLE in the hotel to entertain them. The room was adequate for the price we paid, but the beds were hard and plain. Housekeeping people were nice people, but they took forEVER to get the room clean […] (not due to children staying there - just due to their own slow pace). We had to ask for extra towels & toilet paper. The phone and TV were difficult to figure out. There were other minor irritations, like the company logos did not necessarily include the hotel phone number, so we had to search for it. In general, "service" in Spain seems to be more of "We can't and won't help you outside the norm." A good example of this was the desk's apparent disinterest in helping us solve a transportation problem we had on the 2nd day. Beautiful hotel, stunning reception area. Rooms are large and the beds bigger than average. Food and drinks are expensive but some of that is due to exchange rates. Staff attentive. Very quiet inside hotel. Busy road outside but no noise inside hotel.

Needs Stainless-steamer. The only restaurant was very very expensive. 34Euro that is 50US for an buffet. Forget about the shuttle service. The shuttle is little mini van and not catching up in the morning. The Taxi cost me 18 Euros about 26 US for 3 miles ride. No thanks, not again.

A huge place - not many food options. The best thing about this hotel is that it is a drop-off for Avis. So, if you have a car to return and a morning flight, this is a great spot, they also offer free airport transfers. The hotel is in an industrial area, so if you want some tapas, you have to take the bus ( bus stop at hotel) into Madrid.

This hotel/museum was refreshing for an airport layover hotel stay. The hotel is huge, has beautiful art pieces on display, good cocktail bars with reasonable prices, an airport shuttle that makes rounds every 30 minutes (thus you don't need to call the hotel & tell them to pick you up as the Diana Trip Hotel in Madrid), the staff was welcoming and […] very helpful. The hotel was a little too far from airport but it was ok for the price. Shuttle service was never used. Was told not to reserve but in the morning too full and had to go to airport so took a cab. The employee at desk were totally uncaring and were are in need to learn about good customer service.

This was a very nice hotel in most respects, and would highly recommend it for simple overnight stays where being close to airport is important. But getting to anything interesting can be a challenge unless you are willing to pay 30Euro in taxi costs. No metro station is nearby.

Huge hotel full of open spaces with many interesting antiques in the lobby. Lunch was expensive but all of us thought the food was good. Pay for the hotel with the breakfast included option. There is very limited food options other than what is on site at hotel. Nothing in reasonable walking distance. Access to airport and overall quality is good.

A fine, clean (and quite large) hotel very close to the Madrid Barajas Airport. We were initally assigned a smoking room (although we'd requested non-smoking), and the problem was quickly remedied. The airport shuttle was very convenient, if a bit crowded.

This huge convention hotel offers good value for those wanting to catch an early flight from Madrid's Barajas Airport but it is a 20 to 25 Euro cab ride to Terminal 4 (Iberia) and in rush hour can be a thirty minute trip. Siempre usamos este hotel como enlace entre vuelos. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y cómodas, pero el mantenimiento es deficiente y se están deteriorando ( la ducha estaba rota, solo había un vaso...) Corre el peligro de caer en picado siendo un hotel estupendo. Recomendaría este hotel por sus desayunos que son magníficos.

Las habitaciones son una pasada, y el precio es económico. La cama impresionante, se duerme genial!!! Un poco apartado, pero para tema laboral de eventos y encuentros está muy bien, tiene salas y un auditorio perfecto y enorme, no olvidemos que es el hotel más grande de Europa!!!!, La decoración de todo el hotel está muy bien cuidada. Felicidades

QUE SE SENTA INTERET INALAMBRICO EN LAS HABITACIONES. LLEVABA EQUIPO MAC Y NO ME FUE POSIBLE ACCEDER AL INTERNET DESDE LA HABITACION

Die Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden, dementsprechend ist der Geruch. Im Fitnesscenter ist die Hälfte der Geräte kaputt. für das angeblich größte Hotel Spaniens, sit der Pool zu klein.

Hotel totalmente comercial, voltado para atender aos congressistas.

siempre estoy bien recibido y tambien tiene uno de los mejores desayunos.
