Het Casa de la Condesa is in vele opzichten een prima hotel. Vooruitgeboekt heeft het een goede prijs/kwaliteit, de kamers (vooral de aan de voorzijde gelegen mastersuites met balkon) zijn ruim en comfortabel, het personeel is zeer aardig en behulpzaam en de locatie is aan het 'groene' plein - zeker 's ochtends - uitstekend met z'n terassen voor koffie en Mexicaans ontbijt. Er zijn echter ook wat minpunten en zaken te verbeteren. Wat betreft de fysieke toegankelijkheid voor mindervaliden (met rolstoel; iets waarop wij het hotel hadden geselecteerd) kan ik simpel zeggen: dikke onvoldoende! Entree van het hotel vanaf het trottoir bestaat uit 3 treden en een onbruikbare hellingbaan (te steil, te smal en geblokkeerd door plantenbak). De lift is te klein voor een normale rolstoel, dus beensteunen moeten er elke keer af. Het restaurant is niet bereikbaar in rolstoel want gangetje is te smal en er is een flinke opstap. De badkamer is niet toegankelijk met rolstoel (iets wat was voorzien) maar is tevens zeer krap. Het personeel maakt hierbij veel goed: ze waren ondersteunend bij het in en uit de rolstoel moeten en brachten het ontbijt op de kamer - zonder kosten. Het ontbijt was overigens zeer eenvoudig voor Mexicaanse begrippen (jus, toast/jam en vers fruit). Grootste ongenoegen zou kunnen zijn dat in de kamers aan de achterzijde (wij hadden daar eerst een kamer maar vanwege een voortdurend verstopt toillet zijn we verhuisd) de geluidsoverlast van de bar beneden behoorlijk is. Maar ja, het is wel Mexico-stad en Roma Norte is een uitgaanswijk. Slotconclusie is dat dit hotel in een stad als Mexico-stad een goede uitvalsbasis biedt met een redelijke tot goede waar voor je geld.

Prima hotel op schitterende locatie, aan de Reforma, vlak bij het Alameda park. Aardige staf.Uitstekend ontbijt buffet met echte Mexicaanse specialiteiten. Ruime kamers, keurig in orde. Er komt op de hoge etages wel eens weinig water uit de douche maar dat is in Mexico city niet ongewoon. Voor wie met open ramen slaapt is het verkeer op de Reforma wat rumoerig. Kwaliteit/prijs is zeer goed.

Ik had specifiek een tweepersoonsbed gereserveerd, maar bij aankomst bleek ik een kamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden te krijgen. Ik heb moeten praten als Brugman om te krijgen wat ik wilde. Geen goed begin. Toen het gelukt was alles OK.

Hotel Imperial is aan te raden: erg mooi, gastvrij, mooie locatie, netjes en prijs kwaliteit verhouding is zeer goed.
Ligging.
Eurostars Suites Reforma ligt in het centrum van Mexico-Stad, op loopafstand van Reforma 222 en Ambassade van de Verenigde Staten. In de buurt liggen ook Monumento a los Heroes de la Independencia en Chapultepec.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
Een draadloze internetverbinding is gratis beschikbaar in openbare ruimtes. De accommodatie beschikt over een een businesscentrum met 24/7 toegang. Het personeel kan op verzoek een conciërgeservice, hulp bij excursies en een geldwisseldienst regelen. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een fitnesscentrum, gratis kranten in de lobby en een stomerij-/wasserijservice. Gasten kunnen tegen betaling gebruikmaken van een luchthavenshuttle (op verzoek). Parkeerruimte is tegen betaling beschikbaar, maar beperkt. Dit is een rookvrije accommodatie.
Hotelkamers.
Elke kamer heeft een balkon. Eurostars Suites Reforma heeft 36 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van een (laptop)kluis en een minibar. Gasten hebben een gratis draadloze internetverbinding op de kamer. Elke televisie heeft kanalen via satelliet en een dvd-speler. Elke accommodatie biedt een bureau, een kluis en een telefoon met directe buitenlijn.
Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een gratis krant en een föhn. Bovendien wordt 's avonds een turndownservice aangeboden en is een huishoudservice dagelijks beschikbaar. Op verzoek zijn voorzieningen als een telefonische wekdienst beschikbaar. Op de kamers van Eurostars Suites Reforma mag niet worden gerookt.
Afhankelijk van het hotelbeleid kan voor extra personen een toeslag worden aangerekend.
Bij het inchecken dien je in het geval van incidentele kosten een erkend identiteitsbewijs en een borgsom in contanten of creditcard voor te leggen.

"A great place to rest"
Eurostars was a great hotel! It was very clean and modern. Great wireless internet throughout the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. Location is good - easy access to buses, taxi; right in front of the Reforma 222 mall. Gym is small but enough. I would recommend the hotel to anyone whether for business or pleasure.

No complaints for the price we paid.The rooms are big and quiet. Location of the hotel is convenient, metro and metrobus about 5-10 mins walk, Reforma mall just across the street. Service staff is very nice and helpful. Just the breakfast room and service should be improved. Breakfast itself is fine.

Rooms are spacius and welldseigned. Staff is courteous and helpfull. The only drawback is that the Hotel is not at the Reforma avenue. Other than that the Hotel is a good deal.

"Modern, comfortable, but with distracted employees"
The receptionist was so sleepy at the moment we checked out that he forgot to return my credit card (so sleepy as i was). He called to the taxi driver cell phone, and told us that we must pay the taxi from the airport to the hotel and back to recover the card because of our distraction and that the incident was our complete responsibility, only to recognize […] later that he forgot the card under the counter next. "The Firmest Bed in the World"
I love everything about this hotel and it is very cheap. This is the second time I have stayed there in spite of the fact that the bed is really uncomfortable for me. To say it is hard is an understatement. It is so hard it is like sleeping on a tabletop. This second time I raided a pull out sofa which is in every room and took the mattress off the […] pull out and remade the bed with the extra and much softer mattress on top of the bed. It was an extreem solution but it worked. Other than the bed I guarantee you will love this hotel. Huge room, very clean and a friendly helpful staff. i have other friends that us the hotel and all went as they have claimed room as spacious i had a room with a balcony. clean and confortable. all very new and just across the stree in reforma from a new shopping center that has many restaurant choices. i would recomend it. its a good value for the money ... no 24 hour room service but they do have […] a mini fridge in the room and you can call on local restaurants for delivery there is also an OXXO ( like a 7/11 ) store in the corner so you can buy you necesseties at a low price and not be force to pay high hotel prices . "Eurostar Suites Hotel...You won't be disappointed."
I travel a lot for business (two weeks out of each month) and always prefer to stay in boutique hotels. Eurostars Suites Reforma fits the bill and provides a wonderful product. The suites are comfortable, spacious, contemporary furnishings, with a hip and cool vibe. The outside of the hotel was nothing to write home about, but then again who cares. Nice modern furniture, good size room, pleasant breakfast, helpful staff. Good value for money.

Room is nice and spacious. Good location in a low traffic street. Quite rooms, especially those facing backyard. Staff was helpful. There are lot of hangers but not enough shelves for your belongings. A full size mirror would be useful. I can only recommend.

This small hotel located on Reforma Blv. is excellent choice for you price. Rooms are modern style and clean. Location is great, half block from Reforma, two blocks from Zona Rosa, 10 min walk to Insurgentes metro station. 10 min walk to many restaurants, and it is a safe area. Overall, we like the hotel, the staff is very helpful.

This was a great hotel. The only problem was when the hotel arranged a taxi to the airport and the taxi driver dropped me off at the wrong place intentionally.

Small but very modern and well-appointed hotel. Great size rooms and stunning fixtures and fittings. Bed is big enough for four. Had a great night's sleep after a long trip from UK. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be going back.
Me encantó ,la ubicación es muy buena a metros del centro comercial Reforma 222 donde ademas de comer se puede tomar el Turibus para recorrer la ciudad, la habitación muy amplia e impecable ,solo me parece que podrían agregar almohadas distintas para que se adapten a todos los gustos.Desayuno excelente y el personal muy atento.

Trata-se de um bom hotel, bem localizado e bem equipado. As acomodações são confortáveis, os serviços adequados e a internet sem fio funciona bem. Recomendo.
