Best Western Inn Suites Castle in Castle Rock

This hotel and the service exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay here again. I was close to everything really, from outlet malls to fine boutique shopping and restaurants to high end big mall stores. The room was extraordinarily clean and it smelled good. The bathroom was one of the cleanest I've seen. I didn't get any heebie-jeebie feelings at all in the hotel. I would definitely stay again. This place will be my new go-to hotel when I go to Castle Rock. Nice, normal, clean hotel

BEAUTIFUL hotel, staff was very friendly. We even returned the next night for another stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast has large selection. We didn't use the pool or exercise room. Ask for a room facing the mountains. You will get less of trucker noise. Wasn't too bad. If you have the fan on for heat or A/C you won't hear it.

The hotel is manages very well ! My trip was strictly business ......but would stay there for pleasure. Very personable manager and employees.....You were treated as if you were staying at the" Ritz or The Plaza."

Nice hotel, would not exactly call the room we rented a suite, but room was good for our stay. Rooms also had microwave, small bar sink and small refrigerator. Breakfast was very good for hot continental style breakfast.

Hotel was new in appearance and very clean. Hot tub and swimming pool were heated and at decent temperatures as advertised. One negative is the bathroom fan runs when the light is on, the noise is irritating.

I had chosen your Hotel over another in the area because your Hotel had a pool and the other did not. When my daughter and I went down to use the pool, the screaming noises coming half way down the hall ruined our trip to the pool. I complained to the desk clerk that the noise was unbearable, but he did nothing. I payed more to use a Hotel for the pool, […] and was cheated out of using it. I think the desk clerk would have said something to them so we could be allowed our chance in the water. The rest of the stay was a pleasant one, with nice, comfortable beds, but I feel like I payed too much for the room when I paid extra for a pool that was unusable to us. Lees meer

Great location and the staff was informative, knowledgeable, and professional. We were offered coupons and discounts when we arrived for area stores and restaurants - probably saved us $20 or more.

From felt large and comfortable. I would stay again. Microwave, mini fridge, premium cable channels,hair dryer all nice extras. Bathroom and shower in excellent condition. Room half wall and arch made it feel like we had two rooms instead of one.

Staff was friendly and attentive. It was a nice touch that a selection of books and movies were available in the lobby. Overall, the property is well maintained and clean. The suite does not have a door or even a separate room. Just a half wall between the bed and couch. I had even called the Best Western 800 number to confirm if there was a door or not, which they said there was. The hotel was fine if you aren't looking to actually stay in a suite.

We found the facility to be clean and comfortable. It is not always comfortable to stay away from home, but we found this to be a nice place to be with the family.

We were on a road trip through CO and stayed only at hotels with indoor pools for our toddler--unfortunately this pool was way tooooooo cold to enjoy--all the other hotels were nice and warm! Other than that, we were pleased with everything.

This is an older facility, although it is undergoing renovations, but it is really pretty, and well kept up. The staff are wonderfully helpful, prompt with every request (asked for a rollaway bed, which was a REALLY nice one on a wooden frame and a nice mattress, and a new fridge that didn't freeze everything). The rooms are on the small side, and the […] feel is definitely old fashined (single free standing vanity in the bathroom with no room for many toiletries for more than one person), but it is very clean, the AC worked, and I personally like places with personality, as long as I'm comfortable. The continental breakfast is the best I've had at a hotel of this kind with many choices, including HB eggs, packaged burritos, yogurt, pastries, etc... The pools and spa are nicely landscaped and very clean. There are lots of restaurants of all kinds nearby, as well as markets like Whole Foods. (If you like Thai food try "Your Choice Thai Cuisine" a few blocks down; really excellent!) Lees meer

I would stay here again. This hotel is near where a very ggod friend lives! I would request the main floor because the 2nd Floor had a subtle cigarette smoke smell as did our room.

Hotel was in perfection location for our overnight stay in Castlerock. Close to great shopping and restaurants. Good breakfast variety and nice indoor pool area. very friendly staff also.

Very handy right off the interstate, with lots of eating choices, and discounts from the hotel by showing your room key at local resturants. Clean, quiet, comfortable beds. I have stayed at the others at this exit before and this one is the best in my opinion.

Very Nice Hotel

We LOVED our stay at the Best Western Inn Suites Castle. It was amazingly clean! The pool and hot tub were fabulous! The rooms are extremely spacious and comfortable! This hotel was in a great location since we were there for the DC Fair and Rodeo. We had easy access to shopping, late night snacks and early morning coffee. It is great that the breatfast comes with the room, made it a lot easier for us to start our day!

Front desk employees very friendly. The lobby is very nice. The rooms are clean, but the color scheme and decor are not very nice (i.e. everything was done on the cheap). The beds were comfortable but we had a hard time sleeping. The a/c unit isn't very poowerful and its was very warm in the room most of the night. You can also hear I-25 road noes, […] so bring a white noise generator. The selling point for us was location. We walked to the outlet mall to catch a shuttle to the castle rock wine fest. The front desk personnel "Pat" was a gem!! She made our stay wonderful. Even after several calls to the front desk (lots of questions about the area, the room, and the pool) she remained friendly and helpful. Wonderful endorsement to have employees this friendly and helpful!!

Even though the Hotel is located by the freeway, It is pretty quiet. The breakfest is great.

The facility overall was really clean. The beds are comfortable, but there were some draw backs. The air conditioners in the rooms (had 2 different rooms)didn't work. One of the rooms ac's didn't work at all. The pool was an in-door pool & it was freezing cold.
