All of the hotels in the area were booked except for Baymont Inn. I was not sure about it but had no were else to stay. I was quite surprise at how clean & comfortable it was. Great price. Would stay again.

This is a nice hotel for the price.. Clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was good. Price was good. The room was clean. Staff was friendly. The karoke bar attached to the hotel was cheesy, but nice to have a drink without having to drive anywhere. The neighborhood....sketchy to say the least. Something bit my girlfriend in her sleep. once on her toe, and another on her arm. Obviously older, worn out and downright shabby....toilet seat was practically falling off, hair dryer fell apart.....exterior sliding door would not open (first floor room!). And then at 7:50am....a DOG barking it's brains out....went on for at least 10 or 15 min. would not recommend even at lower rate.......

I found the hotel very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.

Very loud crowd in the adjacent bar spilled into parking lot outside our room. The security of the hotel kept me from being afraid - the noise kept me from sleeping a bit. Aside from this noise, the hotel was very nice in every way. comfortable and clean with helpful staff.

Motel was close to the highway with easy access to town. My room was clean, and a good value. I did not get breakfast as I left early, really should start at 6:00 not 8:00. Good value for the price.

After reading other reviews of this hotel, I was sort of surprised to see that it was a really old hotel that had been renovated; maybe more than once. The room was standard as was the bathroom. It was nicely decorated and well-lit. However, we couldn't get our A/C unit to stay on and it was 88 degrees outside. We're pretty sure the unit was freezing […] up and that's why it kept shutting off. My husband went to the front desk and they offered to move us but we were both ready for bed and just decided to suck it up and stay. We were given a small fan to use and that really helped. Sometime in the night the unit kicked on and the room stayed reasonably cool. I was really weirded out by the fact that the ground floor rooms all had sliding glass doors. When i checked ours out, I found that it wouldn't even lock properly. It had one of those security bars, thank goodness, because that was the only thing keeping it from being opened from the outside. I will say that the hotel staff were exceptionally nice. Hotels.com miscalculated something regarding tax charges on my reservation. This prevented the hotel management from completing my reservation and be paid for the room. II had to get on the phone and try to straighten things out. Tina, the desk clerk at the time was incredibly helpful and got us into our room as soon as she could. I wouldn't stay here again but only because the age and layout of the building is very dated and I still have concerns about safety with the many various outside entrance doors within the body of the building. . This hotel did not impress me. Although the bed was not uncomfortable, the room needed work. I found a bug crawling in the bathroom, the windows were very dirty, and I had to report a bad hairdryer twice. They did give me a replacement hairdryer but I shouldn't have had to ask a 2nd time. The breakfast was acceptable in the variety offered but the quantity […] was minimal 1/2 hour before it closed. The sheets and towels were clean as was the swimming pool. Very nice place to stay. Close to everything we needed. Good full breakfast, including bisuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, bagles, muffins, toast, waffles, and more. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay again!!

Excellent location off of the Freeway Noise. Love the double entrance to room, hallway and sliding glass door. Stayed on night of a big wind storm and never heard a thing. Slept right through it. Friendly staff. Breakfast not spectacular, but definitely adequate with eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. Nice wide hallways. Good wireless reception, fresh cookies […] at night and plenty of USA Todays in the morning. Would definitely stay there again. Plenty of light in room also to work. Lees meer

Room was clean, decent continental breakfast; fine for a quick overnight stay when burning up the interstate miles.

I was there for just one night on a business trip. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and functional. Breakfast was also ok - nothing special but a good start to the day. Kind of a boring neighboorhood but stores were close and the cities of Rock Hill and Charlotte a short car ride away. Slightly funky but a good value for the price.

We were pleasantly suprised that the hotel was just far enough off the main roads so that we were close to what we needed, but away from the general daily traffic. The hotel staff was pleasant and courteous ... our room was cleaned and the linens were changed daily. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town and have already recommended […] it to a number of our friends and family. Lees meer

Hotel was clean; staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

I tried Baymont Inn and Suites on a whim when it became clear that we would need to spend an evening in Rick Hill that was not planned. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the hotel was clean, with well appointed rooms, a nice lobby and all the ammenities one would expect. The staff was friendly, the kids enjoyed the pool, and the beds were very comfortable. […] This was not an expensive hotel, but it had a more upscale tone and feel than the typical lower end property. Best of all, although there were many guests in the hotel the night we stayed, it was very quiet. We did not hear any other guests or hotel staff, and the whole hotel has a peaceful and family friendly quality. If you are going to be spending time in Rock Hill, I can highly recommend this relatively inexpensive option as a quality place to stay. Lees meer
