Our hotel experience was fantastic. We checked in at 2 AM with a helpful young man who happily met all our needs and the security guy got us parked in a safe and secure location with our oversized vehicle. During our stay the staff all worked as a well oiled machine and were warm and inviting and helpful at all hours of the day/night. I would highly […] recommend this hotel. This is our third stay at this hotel. Most likely, we will be return next time we return to the area. Only downside is the limited dining opportunities. But it's a short trip for what we need.

Close to six Flags. Nice hotel for Vallejo, trust me I"ve been to others around there. Breakfast was better than most. Would stay again.

Likes: large shower and the bathroom counter is separate from toilet and shower. Dislikes: only one entrance and distance to parking.

Hotel was nice, staff was friendly. Nice to have a free shuttle to the park, however it onl holds 9 people, but they will come back for you if your party does not fit. Breakfast room was very hot and crowded but they offered alot for a free breakfast. Rooms are older, but nice. Did not have a frige or micro. Nice pool and spa.

We stayed there twice ten years ago, went back to the area and looked util we found the same Best Western, stayed there again and was better than ever. Telling all our friends, and we will be back.

This was a very nice place to stay for a great price. Staff nice and helpful It would have been nice to have a working printer attached to the free computer in the lobby But other than taht we had a wonderful time

We stayed in this hotel for only one night. The first room we were assigned to smelled a bit damp, and given the suspicion of asthma on our daughter, we wanted another room. This room was good and we felt confident to stay there. The hotel staff was kind and helpful as we sorted this out.

The hotel was an older version hotel. No refrigerators in room. The bed was so low to the ground it looked like something from the stone age. Mattress felt as if it needed to be replaced. Breakfast buffet was worthless.

my family enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed the shuttle bus to six flaggs.

This was a great place for us to stay while visiting Six Flags. There is a FREE shuttle that runs every hour that delivers you to the park (saves you $15 in parking). The hotel is simple. Rooms are very clean and spacious, chairs could use an upholstery clean but overall decent. We arrived late into Vallejo but were greeted by a bellman who helped us unload a truck full of gear and sleeping two yr old- this was a great service for 10:30pm!! On check in I hadn't remembered to book a room with fridge, necessity when travelling with little […] ones (milk) so the night check in gentleman was courante enough to upgrade us to a room which contained fridge at no extra charge, thank you!! The rooms were spacious and bathroom was simple and clean! We would definitely stay again but likely in high season when amusement park is open 7 days a week which it wasn't for our stay :-( Very impressed though in all! Lees meer

This hotel is VERY close to Six Flags. In fact you can see the amusement park right across the freeway. So for families with children who will be going to Six Flags, this is the perfect place. However, we didn't go to Six Flags nor have children with us. Still though, the hotel was very nice, clean, the staff friendly and professional and the price […] was great. You get quite a lot for the price. The ONLY complaint I have is with the continental breakfast. It is in a very small room where we were all bumping into each other (and remember a lot of them are children) trying to get food. There were only a few tables and they were all taken so you had to take back to your room, the food you could scrap together while in the breakfast crowd. I was traveling for business from out of town and did not know that this city isn't the safest place around-- Nothing happened and the people at the hotel were friendly, but I didn't like arriving at night since the hotel parking lot was behind the hotel and somewhat dark. Great place, tucked away in a little corner of Vallejo. Service was great, staff courteous and quick about complying with request. Would definitely recommend to other who want to or need to visit that area.

Hotel and staff were very pleasant and helpfull, the neighborhood on the other hand is located in the middle of the hood/projects. Dont recommend walking around outside the parking lot after dusk.

We checked out 8/28 (Sun). The AA girl behind the desk was rude and very UNhelpful. My husband was asking for lids for the coffee cups in the morning and she didn't bother trying to find them for us. I asked her for the booklet on the Wine Country and she told me she "had no idea what I was talking about"- even though when my husband told her since […] we had gotten one the night before. I was very disappointed in this hotel for the price. The beds are advertised as queens - but sure look like double beds to me. The room was clean but no microwave or refrigerator - no excuse for that. Pool hours were advertised to start at 7 a.m. (quiet time) till 9 a.m. Maintenance man cleaned pool from 7am to 8 am - not really allowing for use of […] pool till 8. I sat in hot tub for 1 hour waiting for him to finish cleaning the pool - ridiculous! Given map for local restaurants at front desk - poor photo copy of a map with a scribbled list of restaurant names on back - very unprofessional and confusing. Hotel was quiet - not noisy like a lot of reviews said. Breakfast buffet was a joke - Costco muffins cut in half, bananas & cold cereal. Waffles could be made. Hot water for tea was barely warm. This hotel met all our needs for our trip to Discovery Kingdom. We don't live that far away, but after all day at the park, it was nice to stay overnight at a hotel.

Service was great, we had a hotel van take us to and from Six Flags as it is now called. It was in a good location The staff was friendly. They had a great breakfast. The place was very noisy with the sounds of excited children. I don't think the building was soundproofed very well. The carpets in the halls and in our room were filthy.

Clean rooms,i wish they had a refrigerator.

Very convenient location. Could have walked to marine world. Very close.

We found the hotel staff friendly and efficient. They responded quickly to our requests. The room was clean, cool and as comfortable as a hotel can be. I would stay there again.

I stayed with my family, convenient located and shuttle service is very convenience to go to Six Flags, room was clean and the people very nice

Everything was great! I would like to see a odor vent inside the bathroom or provide some air freshner. Regarding the continental breakfast, there should be some waffles until the end of breakfast time. Some customers did not get any waffles due to shortage.

The blanket on top of the sheets was frayed and looked trashy.

We stayed in this hotel on our way to San Francisco. The room was clean and the folks seemed quite nice. However, there are a lot of families with small children as the hotel is located next to a theme park. The complimentary breakfast in the morning is miserable as it much too crowded with no where to sit. In frustration, I headed for the lobby and […] what a disgrace! The hotel furniture was black with filth - Not one chair or couch was clean enough to sit on. This hotel needs to do some rethinking of their space and spend $$ on redecorating!!! The hotel took care of our stay. Check-in was easy and the shuttle to discovery kingdom was convenient and comfortable. Only trouble was returning to the room after dinner and it reeked of pot, but they quickly moved us to another room and we no longer had any problems, and the wireless was down but they gave us a network cable to directly connect. […] Othe than those two thing everything was great!! Breakfast was delicious and the hotel was comfortable and quiet even for a busy weekend. The staff had great customer service and were quick and pleasant to respond to any questions!!
