Best Western Regency Suites Hotel - All Suites Hotel in Tel Aviv

For the price, not a great choice. Room was comfy and clean. Wireless went out for the last 20 hous of my visit and I had a ton of work to do the last night for a meeting the next day. The front desk man in the evening was worthless... told me that there was nothing that could be done. When I asked in the morning, the guy there told me that the hotel […] could give me a device to pick up wireless through a 4G network. I gave him my computer, he installed the softwear, and I was able to use it to do some work before my meeting. He was very helpful, but it upset me that the guy working in the evening couldn't have done the same thing and saved me a huge hassle. Lees meer

great Hotel and very accomodating staff. Clean and comfortable suite with amenities for entertaining. Location in the heart of the Tel Aviv Beach area is also great. some contruction in the immediate neighborhood can make for some early morning noise but this managable sized hotel and it's customer service was well above average and I would stay again […] in the future. I would not call Regency Suites 4 stars ( no restaurant or gym) but it next to US embassy and really great hotels that cost at least twice. The service was 5 stars and attitude of hostesses was fantastic. Very clean in the middle of the best eateries ( there are no others in Tel Aviv) and sharing the beach of King David hotel (the most famous Israeli […] hotels). I loved 2 weeks we spend there. Since I had never been to Israel or used this hotel before, I was apprehensive as all hotels like to advertise their best qualities. This hotel exceeded all expectations. All staff were professional and guest friendly. The hotel is only one block from the main beaches and offers free use of beach towels. All rooms are suites which have a small kitchen/dining […] area which includes a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, an appliance to heat water. Basic service for four for dinnerware, such as cups, saucers, plates, and flatware are included. The cleaning staff will clean any dishes left in the morning but a sink is included if you wish to clean a few things yourself. All furniture is comfortable. There are two flat screen TVs, with one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Closet and drawer space is more than sufficient. For those going on scheduled tours, this hotel is considered one of the main pick-up points for bus based tours. Each suite also includes a small safe in the bedroom, which was a pleasant surprise as this was not indicated in the online description. This is no real restaurant, which is the only negative although the beach promenade one block away offers extensive selections. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Tel Aviv. Lees meer

The room was nicer than I expected. The bedroom accomodated 2 people and the living room 2. The rooms was clean and modern. The staff were very friendly. It is located across the street from the beach. Free cappucino too. I didn't go to the breakfast (included) but others in my party said it was limited and not the best they've had. Hotels in TLV were extremely difficult to get, so my boss and I found the Regency Suites as the only affordable hotel where we could get 2 rooms. The hotel is in a great area across the street from a hotel that is on the beach. There are several decent restaurants and bars nearby...especially down near the Sheraton. The hotel is certainly no-frills. […] If you get the breakfast, it is extremely basic. There is no restaurant or bar. It is clean, simple, and the rooms are nice size. I can't say "WOW, great place", but I can say it was comfortable, I didn't feel grossed out as I have at some other hotels around the world. Lees meer

The hotel facilities are very spartan and it looks more like a 2 star hotel than most Best Western hotels in Europe which are generally 3 star. But the concierge we dealt with was very informative and helpful.

We had a great experience. When we first arrived we were greeted by a very pleasant and helpful front staff. When we got to our room we were very happy to find it quite big and well equipped with everything that we might need. Our experience was great and would definitely go back.

Good sized room, and a bed that was actually one bed! Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. One block off the beach (a little tricky to find) but easy walk (right behind the Orchid). We'll stay here again when in Tel Aviv. My feelings on this place were a bit mixed, but positive overall. First, the pros: it's near the beach (though the view is mostly obstructed by other buildings); the suites are quite large, which was nice since I stayed there for almost a week and didn't feel claustrophobic; the staff members were very friendly; and they have both free parking and free, […] reliable WiFi (both big pluses in my book). The cons: the interior decor and comfort (especially the bed) are on par with most other Best Westerns that I have stayed in, which is not altogether bad, but definitely not on the level of a 4-star hotel (which this one supposedly is); the bathrooms, in particular, could really use a refresh and/or an enlargement; and the kitchenette doesn't have a hotplate or microwave (only a toaster oven and small fridge). We stayed here in 2003 and returned for the great location and suite plusses. We had a somewhat smaller suite, but still basically nice. It's a block from the beach and the staff were helpful when my daughter forgot her dress in the closet. The only down-side was an unidentifiable odor in the room, but since the windows actually open- it was easily […] addressed. It was great to be able to make tea and keep food in the fridge. The hotel was perfect for our needs. Very well situated, across the street from the beach, mid way along the Tel Aviv boardwalk. Well kept, clean, comfortable, and convenient. Doesn't attempt to be a grand 5 star hotel, but it does rank at the top of my list for hotels of its type.

Tel Aviv is a city known for giving first-rate customer service and welcoming foreign visitors. However, even with that in mind, the services offered by the staff at the Best Western Regency Suites were above and beyond what could be expected from any hotel. In particular, the front desk staff, who also fulfill the concierge, bellhop, and local expert […] functions, were amazingly friendly and versatile in responding to all of our requests. This hotel is not very large, and is surrounded by much bigger competitors with flashy signs and hundreds of rooms. (I think the Regency Suites have 30 rooms, and the hotel isn't overly visible from the street). However, the small size means they will greet all of the guests by name, remember personal preferences, and go out of their way to provide a family atmosphere. I would single out Daniel and Bero as being especially helpful-every time we turned around, they were ready to offer assistance, without seeming pushy or aggressive. They helped us book tours, arrange transportation, change currency, select restaurants, and navigate the city on foot. In addition, we had arranged to leave Tel Aviv for two days in the middle of our visit. Rather than forcing us to take all of our luggage along, they locked our unneeded bags in a secure room, and delivered them to our new room upon our return. After a week of interactions, we felt like we had known them for years. The hotel upgraded us to a better suite, solely because they had one available and thought we would like it better. It was a very nice touch, and I suspect, it was due to the intervention of the front desk staff. The morning breakfast was very filling, and efficiently served at individual tables rather than the poor buffett service common at many hotels. The hotel also has free hot beverages for guests, available 24 hours a day, which is a nice touch when you're headed out early in the morning. Das Hotel liegt in zentraler zweiter Reihe direkt am Strand von Tel Aviv, also nur etwa 50 Meter bis ans Meer. Die Strandpromenade ist etwa 5km lang, also man kann auf beide Seiten lange Abendspaziergänge machen. Die Zimmer oder besser Wohnungen sind sehr gross und haben alle eine kleine Küche mit Wasserkocher und Toaster. Ich würde nächstes Mal das […] Morgenessen beim buchen weglassen, weil es ein sehr kleines Morgenbuffet hat, also kein Toast oder Brot und dafür dies im nahen Supermarkt die 24h geöffnet sind besorgen. Suiterne er virkelig store og smukke, og alt er rent og virker nyt. Personalet er venligt og professionelt og der var ikke noget at sætte en finger på. Hotellet ligger med udsigt til stranden, og der er ikke langt til centrum af byen. Vi havde booket dette og syntes måske det var lidt dyrt, men det er helt sikkert prisen værd - vi fik meget mere end […] forventet også en køkken med alt nødvendigt udstyr, så man kan fint bruge det som ferielejlighed hvis man f.eks. er en lille familie. Hotel correct, personnel correct, prestations également correctes, cependant le prix semble élevé compte tenu de la situation. Pour pratiquement le même prix, en face se trouve Orchid Plaza avec terrase, piscine et vue sur mer... Mais je reste satisfait de mon choix tenant compte que le parking était gratuit ainsi que le WIFI

A very attentive and helpful service attitude / reception. Clean and well managed shared areas. Maid service and room cleaning impeccable. Junior suite offered welcoming facilities for breakfast and in-between meals based on nearby 24 hrs available food stores.

Spent 4 nights in the hotel. Room was exactly what was promised. Staff was very helpfull and gave us valuable information concerning taxi-prices, museums, sights. Also access to the downstairs lobby´s free coffeemachine was great, since most of the coffee in restaurants and bars was very different and weak compared to coffee standards in Europe. Room […] was somewhat noisy during the night because of only one layer-classes and because only being on the 3th floor. Distance to beach 300 m, so great value if going to sunbathe.
