Everything was ok except the smoke coming into my room from the room next door. I called down to front but nothing was done

The beds were small supposed to be queen size but more like twin the pillows were small and I could here people in the hall and in the other rooms I couldn't get much sleep

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and the breakfast was tasty.

i wanted to used the pool but it was yellow and green it seem like it hasnt been clean in years. also the elevator smells like grease, that travel through out the hallway.

Comfort Inn was close enough to the Notre Dame campus that we could easily access the football game and the other festtivities on campus.

The hotel was fine. We had problems because we needed to check in way early (11am) and they said they didn't have a single room availabe untill 1:00. Then when we came back at that time they still had to check with the maids to see if a room was clean. And when we get up to the room the TV is on. Overall good hotel just a bad experience.

Road construction was a hinder going into and out of the hotel. Otherwise- very nice stay

We had a non smoking room, but we could smell cigarette smoke thru the bathroom vent. We had to keep the vent running the whole time we were there to keep the smell out of our room. Also, if we turned the A/C off in our room, the smoke detector would beep and a funny odor was emitted (like burning wires) in the room. Room rates were too expensive. The hotel was very classy and clean which is should always be the first priority. Decorative, comfortable,clean, relaxed and welcoming to everyone.

The bed at the hotel was the most comfortable that we have been on at a hotel in a long time. The people working there were very nice. I would visit there again.

The hotel is conveniently located for us. The room was big and the amenities were fine. The breakfast was mediocre. Our big objection was that there was little toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived and the maid neglected to refill it when she/he cleaned it before our second night. We couldn't help wonder what else she/he failed to do, and whether […] the failure was indicative of sloppiness in overall maintenance. Lees meer

This hotel was a disappointment. The room was outdated and the window did not shut all the way. The noises from people in the hallway carried throughout the floor. The room was not overly clean. If we are in the area again we will NOT be staying at this hotel.

Everything was good with the facility and service. The King size bed, however was like laying on a brick wall and was extremely uncomfortable. The only saving grace was the abundance of pillows served as a mattress pad and got through the night.

We would never stay at this hotel again. It was advertised to have a heated indoor pool and hot tub. The pool was indoors, but was extremely cold, and there was no hot tub. The maid service was poor, our room wasn't cleaned while we were there, the beds were made and that was it. The ceiling vents were full of dust. The place was loud. The hallways were loud. I could hear people above, below, and around me. The price was cheap. I would probably never stay at this place or a place with the same name ever again. I wanted to rest. I could not rest.

The hotel was clean but outdated. It is nothing special but for one night it was sufficient. Two issues: the wake up call on the phone doesnt work properly and the pillows are terrible. Bring your own.

The pool and work out room looked nice. We did not use them this trip. The breakfast was well supplied and had ample choices. The room was clean and large.

Only one concern...the tub/shower was somewhat slippery when wet.

We found the room to be adequate for a short stay - close to family and the University. For this reason we will consider the Comfort Inn and Suites again. However, at breakfast we were extremely disappointed in the condition of the dining room. The chairs were very soiled and stained, we had to search for one that was somewhat clean.

This is in an excellent location with easy access to downtown South Bend, and it's museum district as well as a short hop from the mall, restaurants and very close to Notre Dame.

Easy access to Notre Dame. Clean rooms. Easy access to/from highway. Breakfast was sparse.
