Best Western Plus The Lodge at Jackson Hole in Jackson

Kwalitatief goed hotel op een goede locatie in een leuke plaats.

The rooms are excellent; I love the fire place and showers. As soon as the remodel is completed I will have no problem giving the hotel a 5 rating.

We had a beautiful newly remodeled room. I was disappointed to hear that the jacuzzi tubs had been taken out during the remodel, but the showers they put in were wonderful! The bed was a bit hard, so we didn't sleep as well as we would have liked. The breakfast bar was very nice. The girl who checked us in was very friendly and helpful, however, the […] girl that I gave our keys to when we were leaving was very preoccupied with what she was doing and never asked if we had a good time, or say anything other than answer that I didn't need to sign anything. This hotel was under construction at the time we stayed. Very noisy during the day. And the night life continued through til morning. SO no sleep for me. Things were in need of updating, so kudos to the hotel for doing the construction that was desperately needed. Hopefull they will add extra insulation and quite doors. Our jetted tub was nasty with […] the jets on, apparently nobody had used in in a while and the system let out some gross green slime. I would not recomend this hotel at its current condition. My kids loved all the wooden carved bears and fun decor in and outside the hotel! They have a great breakfast which beats many other hotels! The downers were the. Condition of our room and the pool. Our shower/tub was totally cracked and looked well beyond its use...made it feel very dirty. The pool was filled with leaves and pineneedles. GREAT HOTEL. WE WERE VERY HAPPY. WOULD STAY AGAIN

We booked a king suite for a romantic getaway. We arrive, check in, go to our room and its a standard room with two full size beds. We call the front desk and they said they gave it away to someone else. I requested a change to another hotel and they offered us 24 dollars or a free pizza in addition to the refund. No thanks. The hotel staff seemed to be focused on the large group parties they had in the hotel, individuals not so much. We were never asked if we had an enjoyable stay or if there was anything they could do for us. In fact they never acknowledged our presence! The rooms are small. The plumbing fixtures out of date, the sink drained slowly, the faucet on the […] wet bar dripped heavily, the bathtub had been resurfaced and was peeling. It was clean and warm with good parking and nearby restaurants. The fireplace was a natural wood fireplace which we did not use because of inconvenience and dust and smell near the sleeping area. At breakfast they ran out of fruit 7.30 and did not replenish the supply. It was crowded with large groups who swarmed the breakfast area and the lobby at peak times. Awesome hotel with smart staff. I would stay there again for certain.

Great hotel for the price. Clean and comfortable with nice amenities. I'd stay there again.

Hotel, room, location and staff were excellent - would definitely stay here again. We had a double queen "mini suite".....only downside was the kitchenette was super tiny and not really equipped with utensils or real dishes, just a few styrofoam plates/bowls.

This hotel is a truly amazing value. All rooms have fireplace and jacuzzi. Free log to burn in fireplace every day. Excellent free hot breakfast. Shuttle to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (also Free!). The Hotel was very clean, staff was helpful, breakfast was great. The location is wonderful, great place to stay, 2 hot tubs, sauna, pool made for a nice stay.

The decor of the hotel is warm and western - very charming. When we arrived the hotel had not received our reservation from hotels.com so we had to wait while the front desk clerk confirmed it. Also, we had asked for a late check-out time when we checked in. The next morning the front desk clerk called us to see when we were leaving because the night […] employee did not communicate to the morning employee that we had a late check-out time. My wife and I have been back to this hotel several times and I have yet to have a problem. I will stay here again.

It was awesome, room was really nice and all the staff was great. Not far from town square and shopping.

Great hotel and beautiful location. If you are used to a five-star hotel it may be a bit of a let down, but if you can get it for a decent price the stay was fantastic I had no complaints at all.

we had a comfortable stay. Good location for activities in Jackson. Breakfast is O.K. for a buffet. Room was quiet. Friendly front desk staff gave us good recommendations for dining. Great place for kids.

The room was very nice. We really enjoyed the huge jetted tub (but found floor wet on other side of the wall-leak?) It wasn't cool enough yet to use the fireplace. The hotel was beautiful in that rugged mtny way, and animal decor was fun. The only thing I would criticize is the tv was not adjustable, no swivel mount. We were very pleased with our room. It was comfortable, clean, and the fireplace was awesome!! It's not very far from the square downtown, and it's very close to many restaurants. It's a little scary making reservations online to a hotel you've never seen before, but it worked out very well for us here!!! Room was spacious (called suites but all in one room) and comfortable. Breakfast included was generous and well tended. My only minor complaint was loud sound of rushing water running next to our room (hotel laundry?) during the afternoon when we were trying to nap.

Total 5 star. No issues. Stayed at other places in J.H. but really enjoyed it here.

We only stayed 1 night in the hotel before we started our travels around Grand Teton and Yellowstone. The location was excellent only a few minutes from the entrance to Grand Teton. The room was spacious and clean and the hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast was very good.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western in Jackson Hole. It was a great location with a surprisingly good hot breakfast included in the room rate. The room was large, clean and very comfortable with a jacuzzi tub. The decor inside and out was very much in keeping with the spirit of Jackson Hole. This hotel was clean, quiet, and well-run. It was close to downtown, without being where all the traffic is. You can use back roads to get to the town square. We would definitely use this hotel again if we go back to the Tetons.

Excellent Hotel... comfortable and clean... bathrooms were well appointed with very nice amenities... close to shopping and downtown Jackson Hole... I would definitely stay here again.

Large room with fireplace and huge spa tub. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. A little price, but so is everything else in Jackson.

Middle of the road hotel. Large spacious room with rrefrigerator, microwave, paper plates. Lighting is a bit dim -- difficutl to read iin the room. Bathtub had been refinished with cracks and holes in the overcoating. Good breakfast in the AM. This is a very family friendly hotel. The swimming pool is filled with kids swimming, jumping, playing. So happy with all aspects of this hotel!! The pillows and beds were so comfortable!! A great treat after a week in the park on very uncomfortable beds!! The pool was enjoyed by all of us.

easy access, close to restaurants, close to town. The staff was very helpful. Also the city bus stops in front of the hotel. We definitely would reccomend this hotel. Nice pool, hot-tub laundry services etc.

This hotel was great! Perfect location, the desk help was super, extremely friendly, the room was wonderful, I'm going to run out of positive adjectives to describe our stay here - couldn't have been better! Thank you.

Wonderful ambiance, rooms beautiful and clean.

This Best Western was a great place to stay, really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool and being able to use the nearby gym complimentary of the hotel. Definitely would stay here again!

We stayed at this hotel for a visit to Grand Teton National Park. We didn't find the drive between the park & the town inconvenient, and staying in Jackson gave us access to more restaurants. The suites are nicely furnished and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet didn't have a great selection, but it was convenient.

We we're looking for a place to rest and relax before our long trip home after 8 days camping and hiking in Yellowstone. This place met our expectations...especially the pool and the juccuzi
