Peppers Beach Club and Spa - Palm Cove in Palm Cove

I found attention to detail lacked in this 5star property. Room service trays were not collected left out all night. Sand around pool area over pathways this was never swept or tiyded after the day. Small things I know but overseas this does not happen..

Great place. Luxuriously appointed with fantastic pools and pool bar. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Having the beach accross the road is very nice. Palm Cove is a lovely relaxing place to stay. Thanks to all the staff at Peppers Beach Club Resort!

We were on our honeymoon and the staff would not do anything to make our stay special - you only get a honeymoon once and this hotel really didn't seem to understand that. We paid a LOT of money for our stay, apart from no upgrade or special treatment, we were told they couldn't even give us free breakfast, as we booked through Expedia and not directly […] through their website. After complaining, we were given 1 free breakfast (we stayed 7 nights, how generous NOT) and the day we had the breakfast there were not enough tables for people to sit so we had to stand and eat breakfast! There was not a lot of choice of food and most of it had run out by 9.30am anyway. For a resort which is so expensive and meant to be one of the best, we are FAR from that opinion. There seems to be many other resorts/hotels in the same great location which would be superior and probably more accommodating to make a special event, well, special! Lees meer

The hotel and grounds were lovely, Palm Cove is so lovely with all the different shops and restaurants. I feel there is something missing with the hotel, there is no atmosphere around the hotel. Our room could have been cleaner, the were parts of the bathroom that had obviously not been cleaned, the floors were not too clean either. As we booked on […] line we did not have all the choices of packages available, I thought it was very expensive for room only and everything else would have been charged as extras. Maybe because we had room only there was no interaction with staff and other guests, it gave it an unfriendly air about it. I would recommend that visitors use the bus service, we found it great value, easy and reliable. We did enjoy our stay with Peppers, in Palm Cove. Lees meer

Peppers is a fantastic resort with lovely staff. The location is great and the pools are sensational. My only criticism is the breakfast. It's not what i'd call 5 Star. It's more like 4 Star. I like my poached eggs hot, and as it's a buffet, they were often cold. There should be a la carte for the hot food.

Absolutely beautiful resort; however, it seemed like all the guests had babies and toddlers. Even though we weren't there during the kids spring break and they were only at 50% occupancy, we were constantly bombarded with sceaming babies at every turn. The worst part was when we tried to enjoy the balcony one evening but there were costant screams below […] from the pool at 8:00 at night. First time in Palm Cove and loved the Peppers for being right in the center if best restaurants and right on the beach. Great value for a 4-5 star resort. The Garden view spa room was quite small and getting a little worn around the edges. Staff were friendly and the included buffet breakfast was fresh and good. Pools was beautiful and lots of families with young children were able to spend the day around it. Free parking for our rental car days was appreciated. Too many children, limiting access to warm pool. Staff suggested using the rainforest pool which was 'freezing' being totally shaded. Breakfast was noisy and food cold. furnishings looking very tired.

This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The room was more than we expected, clean, with everything we could have needed and more. The property was extremely well maintained and everyone very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again without hesitation.

On a beautiful sunny warm day with calm breeze, breakfast looking out onto the ocean was amazing. I could sit in the breakfast dining area for hours. Its such a pleasant atmosphere, the rooms were amazing. We shared a penthouse suite between 4 of us and it was extremely spacious. The staff were very helpful. Dinner was very expensive at the hotel, however […] if you walk to the local pizza shop its very reasonably priced and tasty (for those not wanting to pay $40 per meal). A great place in a fantastic location .Friedly, courteous staff. Could do a bit of policing of the usual selfish people who reserve the sunbeds then disappear for hours, but understand this is a sensitive issue & don't want to upset guests. We would definately go back there next time in Palm Cove.

The hotel was breathtakingly beautiful. Completely exceeded my expectations. Our room had a fantastic spa bath on the balcony which was used everyday, along with the three different pools that the resort offered. Staff were friendly and not intrusive, which was great as we were looking to get some R&R. I would highly reccomend this hotel.. however the food is better at the local cafes / stores. We prefered to eat at different places, so this was not an issue. Great coffee at peppers though. Arriving at Peppers we were made to feel very welcome by the staff. The first wonderful impression of the hotel was then exceeded as we were led to our lovely room on the 3rd floor over looking the main pool. The dinners were excellent with the restaurant staff attentive and engaging, willing to have a quick chat and share a laugh. Having a choice of […] 3 on site is great. The location on the beach and the whole of Palm Cove was exceptional with nice boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and bars near by. The 3 pools gave a choice and the Bar in the main pool was lovely. This was the second time that we have stayed at Pepper's, Palm Cove and we will definately be returning. The service was good and most importantly, the rooms are large, clean, quiet and with all of the items required to travel with a toddler. The pool is definately the main selling point of the resort as it is just fantastic and you could spend all […] day in there. A couple of little things from this trip - the hotel restaurant (Lime and Pepper) seems to be struggling for staff a little so many of them have that transient 'not sure I really want to be here' kind of aura but it wasn't a major concern as the food was lovely. The gym could do with some weights and the cleaning crew could come a little earlier during the day as they kept coming during our daughter's nap time but that wasn't a major concern either. All in all, a few minor bits and pieces could do with changes but we loved it and will return. A lovely, relaxing experience in fabulous surroundings. Lees meer

One day we actually had no towels, no bath mat, at all! Beautiful & clean hotel. Very very small spa category rooms. Super small...had no where to put luggage. Great location but we switched angsana hotel down the road. amazingly huge rooms! ラグーンビューのスパ付に6泊もして、後悔しています。 泊まったのは2人ですが、室内に椅子は1脚でした。 トランク置き場も1個だけ。しかも置くだけで、開けるスペースはありません。 二人でデスクトップのパソコンを持ち込みましたが、デスクなんてあるわけもなく最悪劣悪状態での使用となりました。 ハウスクリーニングも、$50支払うとは事前に知らされていませんでした。 知らずにハウスクリーニングを頼みました。 壊れた洗濯スタンドの事も伝えているのに、そのままの状態。 ガウンはトランクの上に放置されて、取り替えてなかったし。 アニメティの備品も、使いかけを箱に詰め込んだだけのお粗末さ。 洗面台の下のごみ箱も、ごみは捨てずにそのまま。 とてもクリーニングの後には思えない室内に、唖然としました。 歯磨き・歯ブ […] ラシ・髭剃りはありませんので、用意していくこと。 スプーン・グラス・カップしかなくて、フォークも栓抜きもありませんから・・・ 小さなシャンプー・リンスは2日も持ちませんので、＄50支払って補充するのなら。 購入した方が良いと思います。 さらに言えば、売りのスパも藻でいっぱいで気落ち悪くて入れませんでした。 売りのプールですが、プールのベットソファーもいつも濡れていて不快。 プール内のバーも、昼頃まで前日のドリンクの残りの汚れたグラスが散乱で気持ちの良い状況ではありません。 Lees meer

パームコーブの中でも目立ったホテルで、とても外観はきれいです。朝食バイキングものんびりと楽しめるので満足してます。部屋は広くよかったのですが、少しかび臭かったです。でもパームコーブの中でも１、２を争うホテルだと思いますし、全体としては大満足です！！

El hotel está muy bien, las habitaciones son bonitas y la nuestra tenía un jacuzzi en la terraza. Lo único malo es que para subir a la habitación había dos pisos de escaleras y no había ascensor aunque se brindaron a llevarnos el equipaje
