Quality Inn & Suites Big Rapids in Big Rapids

I stayed here while visiting friends. This hotel was right by the liquor store, which I found very convenient. The rooms are not very modern, but for the price it is the best option in town for a low cost. I would say the rooms are equivalent to the Holiday Inn, but the Quality Inn is half the price. A decent place to stay while visiting Ferris State. Nothing special or fancy, not bad for just a night to sleep.

For the price, the hotel was fine. The only thing I didn't like was that you had to go outside the hotel to get into the lobby where that breakfast was. There wasn't a hallway to walk through to get to the lobby from the rest of the hotel.

Have always stayed at the Holiday Inn down the road and for 1/2 the money, this Quality Inn's rooms are just as clean and the bathroom's are more recently renovated. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, I would recommend this hotel.

We had a very good stay and the desk front people were veery accomadating to our needs.

Nothing great or thrilling. Just a night sleep

I was happy with the section of the Hotel I stayed in. It has an older and newer section. I recommend the newer since the rooms are larger and more modern. It was quiet both nights I stayed.

Wonderful stay - great breakfast - friendly staff!! I would definitely come back to stay at this Quality Inn.

Everything is pretty good. Came with breakfast. However, during our second day stay, they gave keys to another couple to our room. We have our passport, wallet, laptop, etc. in the room. Thank goodness that the couple was very honest and left as soon as they found out the hotel made a mistake.

Clerks were curtious and efficient. Free hot breakfast was fine, would have liked some hard boiled eggs, but that's ok. Non-smoking room was very large and comfortable with frig and microwave, plus TV, iron, and other stuff. It was a good stay.

The hotel was a wonderful size, and the beds were more comfortable than my bed at home. The entire room was very clean and wonderful!! Also, everything seems really up to date, and the bathroom was once of the cleanest hotel bathrooms I have ever been in. Also, free breakfast was a nice touch!

This hotel was more than what was expected. My family and I enjoyed the accommodations. The breakfast was excellent and everyone had enough to eat. We most definitely would stay at this hotel again in the futre. Love, A very Happy Family

There for the weekend to see my son who is headed to Afghanistan.

Hotel was really loud. We could hear toilets flushing all night, showers running, and people walking by on the street at 2 a.m. Breakfast was mediocre at best, eggs were awful! Shower curtain in the bathroom was moldy. Would not go back, even for the price.

Stayed at teh Country Inn and that was worth the extra $$. This hotel was very worn and bed not comfortable at all. Will not stay again.

I found the property clean, large room, very comfortable bed and quiet. If I was in the area again, I would choose this location.

For the price, this is a nice Hotel. I would recommend the larger rooms as the smaller ones are a bit dank from past experience. Again, for the price it's a nice stay and the Breakfast is good.

I was traveling w/my 9 month old and we had a room close to the entrance/parking lot which was very convenient considering all the items needed for a child that age and you have to carry also. The service was friendly and the room was clean and spacious.

needed a quick overnight stay while traveling. did get a smoking room after asking for a non-smoking room. long time of serving breakfast(6-10) was a plus since we were very late getting there.

It was very comfortable and easy access to our destination the following day.
