This is definitely a wonderful place to stay, definitely. The skiing is great in the area and what to wish - a luxury hotel right on the mountain! Coffee in the lobby every morning, nice pool and hot tub, ski room where you boots are dried, but you are charged $25.00 a day for all these pleasures. There is a hefty automatic resort fee charged per night that is a big surprise when checking out ! I thought I prepaid in advance, but oh no. I would have booked something else based on the total price.

Everything about the room was great--nice bed, soft blankets, spacious bathroom. What wasn't so great was being given wrong directions to your room in a counter-intuitively situated floorplan and being asked by the spa employee if you're actually a guest at the hotel when viewing the swimming pool. I think I would pass on this hotel in the future.

Great Hotel and Staff. Perfect location for Jackson Hole and Grand Teton touring. Would highly recommend without any reservation.

Our stay at this hotel started right off on a bad foot. We checked in and was told they upgraded us to a double twin bed room from the Queen room I reserved. They did not tell us it was in a construction zone with hammering and banging all day, then when we went in our room and looked out the window we saw our vehicle acroos the street witn the lights […] on. We went down and asked the Valet about the vehicle and he got all defensive wanted to give us gas money if we where worried about it running across the stree, instead of telling us they are not suppose to park the vehicled ther, so they leave them running when they are swamped and move them at a later date. When I checked in I had to play the time-honored tourist game about not having the room I reserved. Finally got one -- but it was less than I reserved. Upon checking out I had to play the time honored tourist game of the unexpected resort fees. Thus both checking in and checking out were tedious and disappointing. Yes, the Tetons are exceptional, however this hotel is just okay. We were first put into a room with a view only of HVAC equipment underneath a stairway. We requested a move and were placed in a room that was somewhat better, but not great. Beds were comfortable. Location is outside of Jackson Hole but good if one wants to Ski at Teton Village in the […] winter. In the summer, the horse corral across from the entrance offers a country odor. Staff at the hotel was nice. Bathrooms and furnishings were up-to-date and handsome. Price was easily twice as much as it should have been. Lees meer

Summer of 2011 construction made things a little cramped outside, but the staff was great. It's a nice place and we really enjoyed it.

The main problem with this hotel was it was across the street from the horse stables and the odor was not at all appealing. Our pent house suite faced the stables and therefore the view was not good and construction was going on with banging beginning early each day

We stayed two nights and had a great time. The Spa is excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Loved the location of the hotel, it was at the base of the Tetons and conveniently close to Jackson Hole and Yellowstone. The staff was wonderful, though the resort fee is a little steep ...we didn't have a chance to use the spa or pool (& it is a lot smaller than the pics show) but our jacuzzi tub in our room was awesome!!! Definitely recommend! ANd, […] if you are planning to spend time in your room, definitely try to get a room with a view/balcony...ours only showed the hotel next door...only complaints would be that it didn't seem that hotels these days vacuum their rooms on a daily basis and that the renovation made it inconvenient for exiting/entering our room as we had to make a rather long trek through the hotel to go back and forth....would stat here again! What a fantastic place! Loved the pool and hot tubs. So relaxing at the ends of days of sightseeing. Location is away from the hustle and bustle of Jackson Hole and a beautiful location.

Truly a wonderful stay!! Staff was fabulous and accomidating to our needs. Spent the evening in the lobby in front of the fireplace with a bottle of wine and appitizers. Spa was very relaxing and enjoyable. Thanks for a great time!!!

If your company hosts a meeting their ok but as a family you can do better in Jackson. Room was small and pool spa area was very nice, but you were hit with an extra 25$ a day resort fee at check out. Had to pay 60$ for ride to the airport and restaurant was pricey. Only good deal was two for one beers from 4-6 but you had to specifically ask about […] it each day. Lees meer

Snake River Lodge was lovely and very well appointed and the hotel staff were uniformly helpful and gracious. The restaurant had trouble getting our orders right and the staff was more friendly than competent, but our breakfasts (the only meals we ate there) were very tasty.

great location if you plan to ski - or do a little R & R! King room was small and "obstructed" view allowed us some views of the pool. quiet and comfy beds! a rattling noise in the air vent - I kept thinking I was hearing either rain or ice melting from the rooftop. Ski valet was great; nice to be able to ski down to hotel and leave boots and skis […] @ hotel and collect them and head thru a tunnel to the slopes. Hot cocoa and coffee/tea served in lobby - on ly noticed this amenity upon our departing day but enjoyed it nonetheless. nice spa, good services..... hot tub and pool area is great, water coolers and towels provided. no meals eaten here. bar seemed to be packed. The lodge was very nice. The only negative was that they hit you with a $27 per day "resort fee" when you check out which was not mentioned when the room was reserved.

After a long drive from Salt Lake City it was refreshing to arrive and have staff take the luggage and valet park the car. No queues at the reception meant that we were dealt with quickly. All staff were very friendly and happy to offer advice. The concierge were always of great help, including booking restaurants in the village. The hotel is modelled […] on a pine lodge feel, and was of a high standard of finish. Room was spacious, although unfortunately we did not have a view towards the mountain. However, there was very little noise from outside to bother us, and did not experience any noise from other residence. I suspect it's not a rowdy place! Whilst the restaurant was good, we only ate there once. It has quite a formal feel. For breakfast I would instead recommend one of the cafe's attached to the more modern hotels near by. The price of the buffet breakfast seemed a little steep. The bar did serve very good food as an alternative in the evening, which is what we made use of a couple of times. It was more relaxed and has a good selection of beers, and the obligatory sports channel. Spa facilities were very good, although the pool is more for relaxation than exercise. It was often full of children making any serious attempt at swim difficult to say the least!! However, as for saunas, steam rooms and Jacuzzis, there was ample facilities, including sets away from the pool. Would definitely recommend this hotel unless you are looking for a more modern feel. Teton Village (aka Jackson Hole Ski Resort) offers a large mix of Summer activities, including mountain biking, hiking. For those looking for haute cuisine then there is the restaurant at the top of the goldola, the Couloir. Expensive, but excellent. Lees meer

Very, very nice hotel. Everyone polite and helpful and most importantly it was very clean. Good location and not far from airport. Wish shops and food places stayed open a little later.

Hotel was great, however not close to yellowstone. Road access was terrible. Not happy with a 25.00 daily resort fee added to our bill that we weren't aware of.

I booked on Hotels.com. A day prior to arriving I called the hotel to confirm my reservations. They had put me into a room with only 1 bed and a pull out sofa. I was firm that I needed two beds because I was traveling with my children and the young man that was on the phone was very obstinate about leaving the reservation as it was. I phoned back later […] and asked for a manager, at which time the same young man would not transfer me to anyone else with out knowing who it was, after telling him who I was he informed me that my reservation was changed and we had a room with two beds. I said thank you. Upon check in the valet service was excellent and the young man that worked through the weekend we were there was excellent. THe other desk staff was also very helpful. OUr room was very very small, which I was unhappy with, staying in a resort hotel vs a chain of some sort. We did not use the resturant, lounge or spa facilities. We did however use the pool and the kids did enjoy it. Lees meer

We had chosen a premium king room to have a bit more space during our vacation. As it turns out, there are only four of these rooms stacked on four floors in the same location right next to the pool and across from the elevator. It was very noisy, but the staff accomodated a room change and everything was fine. Also be careful with the valet parking. […] They lost our car keys, but made it right and loaned us a car for the day so that we would not miss out on what we had planned. The room was a little small and it had NO view, but the price was good and we spent little time in the room. My husband loved the pool and hot tub! The staff was very accomodating with our motorcycles, allowing us to park up close to the building for security.

They claim to buy renewable energy credits, but... used fluorescent lightbulbs in the hallways, but very hot flood lights in the bathroom has an *OUTDOOR* *HEATED* pool, what an energy waster!

Great price! Great location! Great service and very friendly staff! Great restaurant! The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs were wonderful. Very close and convenient to downtown Jackson and the national park. Wish I could have stayed longer.

My stay at the hotel was generally great. My only disappointment was in the quality of the VERY expensive manicure and pedicure I scheduled for my daughter and me. The technician was very nice but she could not locate clippers for toe nails and she did not seem to have cuticle sticks. The polish did not hold up. She did not put any separators between […] our toes when she applied polish. There was not much "pampering" in the process - leg massage etcetera. For $75 for each pedicure and $45 for each manicure + 20% tip, I expect something special. If the off-seasone timing of our stay contributed to these problems - then please extend an off-season price. It is possible to get a much better quality manicure and pedicure pretty much anywhere. I felt a bit ripped off by this. Otherwise, the experience at the hotel was great. It is a lovely spot for sure! Lees meer

Was a wonderful place to stay, outstanding scenery in Teton Village. Was very surprised by the tacked on PARK FEEs though, which I was not made aware we would have to pay.

Had booked the Two Bedroom plus penthouse condo. Was put into a large home in the Granite Ridge neigborhood behind the resort. The home was roomy and well done. Large enough for two families to share. Only drawback was the inconvenience of using the resort amentities (restaurant, spa) given that the main resort was a walk down the street.
