Het hotel was heel proper, het personeel van het hotel heel vriendelijk. Ideaal om met kinderen te gaan, leuke zwembaden en kort van het strand. Echt een aanrader !

Four Points by Sheraton Caguas Real heeft een healthclub, een buitenzwembad en een fitnesscentrum. Een draadloze internetverbinding is gratis beschikbaar in openbare ruimtes. Excelent location close by the interstate and shpping mails. 15Min from San Juan PR. But the hotel needs more parking space for the guest. The parking is used by the casino guest.

Great place to stay. Is not too far from San Juan as long as you avoid the traffic hours. The rate was half of a similar hotel in San Juan.

Unfortunately the food and service was bad. People were nice. There is no other option so no competition. Good for kids thanks to swimming pool.

If you are looking for a comfortable hotel, this is a good hotel, if you do not know your surroundings areas and need to drive to them, you better get a GPS to get to them, I know the area so had no problems. From the first day we checked into this hotel, we were met by an inexperienced hotel clerk with little knowledge and expertise about hotel amenities. This went from bad to worse when we asked for hypoallergenic pillows and the hotel clerk knocked on our door with down pillows, there was no fan in the bathroom so towels remained soaking wet, the ice […] bucket leaked water all over our clothes even though we used the plastic bag it came with, parking lot coupon never worked when we needed to leave the hotel, room service delivered food cold missing water glasses and silverware, bartender proceeded to make a long island iced tea drink for us and asked if we wanted cola or tea in the drink after letting us know that he knew how to make it, housekeeping would make beds some days and not others and left towels some days and not others.... Well the list goes on and on. Given the price per night, this was the worst experience we've had at a hotel. Would not recommend it. Lees meer

"GREAT LOCATION"
BEST PLACE TO STAY IN THE CAGUAS AREA. HAD FUN IN THE CASINO & USED THE GYM EVERY DAY. UNFORTUNATELY DID NOT HAVE TIME TO USE THE BEAUTIFUL POOL.

For the beginning a total disaster i paid for 2 contiguous room I visited the hotel few months ago I saw the 2 room a the day of the check in one room at begin of the floor and the other 29 room from the first . "Weekend with the Kids"
Very good service, the attention of the employees was great and has significantly improved from prior stays. Its the fourth year in a row that I stay during this period and this year was the greatest. The service, again was remarkable.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Four Points Hotel in Caguas Puerto Rico beginning with the night manager who checked us in and made it his task to make sure we would have great stay. The hotel was great! Just one thing: the parking is pre-paid so you expect a space when you come back tired at the end of your working day. but, the casino next door gets busy on the weekend and ther is no parking available!!

I would stay there again as it is a nice place. the staff was very helpful and its location close to Ex'way 52 was very convenient. Prices were somewhat expensive. The parking was not an issue for me. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant one.

If you're staying at this hotel it's most likely for work. It's the best option in the area, rooms are clean, and service is friendly. The in hotel bistro had a limited menu, and is pricey. Not any more so than a typical hotel restaurant. There are very limited options to eat around the hotel unless you drive 20min one way. "Great Hotel"
My room was not ready when I came to the Hotel so they upgraded me to a suite. This was a fabulous room. The ammenities were good. Did't do too well at the casino, but all in all the whole trip was great and I look forward to staying here again soon

It was a disaster from the moment of arrival. They charged us for parking each night while they did not charge the people visiting the casino for parking. They showed no compassion and when we told them that we might cancel our reservation and stay elsewhere they did not care. The laundry room was out of order for an entire week. The staff passed out […] notices that nobody can use the water or shower between the hours of 1 and 4pm due to maintenance. The parking gate had to be opened manually at times. The exhaust fan in our bathroom did not work. The waiter (Angel) lied to us about the buffet being free so we would order and pay for our lunch. It was terrible experience. We are in Caguas once each year and will never stay in this hotel again. We will also file a formal written complaint with Starwood. Lees meer

If you are looking for a good business hotel outside the busy San Juan metropolitan area this might be a good choice. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet area in Caguas with lots of green vegetation and fauna. My overall experience was very positive. The food prepared in the hotel Bistro is not good. Quick check in. The standard room was very confy. Bed was very confortable. This hotel is right at the 52 interstate with easy and fast access. Great stay for the price.

This was a great place. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and take care of all our needs. The beach is serene and peaceful and lined with lots of Palm Trees.. My daughter got Scuba certified in the Pool and lots of Dives at the Palmas Del Mar Marina with Joel, Luis, Tony, Noah, Pedro at Sea Ventures. So much to do near there..
