Ik kan vrij kort zijn over het hotel, super. Behalve dat het een erg net hotel is heeft het een prima ontbijt. Bij aankomst op het vliegveld gaat er 2 maal per uur een shuttle bus van P4 naar het hotel. Op 2 minuten lopen van het hotel vind je een mega mall waar je tax free kunt shoppen. Wil je naar New York dan neem je de gratis shuttle van het hotel […] naar de airtrain, met de airtrain ga je naar het station en van daar de trein naar New York, je bent in totaal dan een half uur kwijt. Prima hotel voor wie een nacht bij Newark airport moet verblijven. Frequente shuttle service. Goed bed, schoon sanitair. Geen echt negatieve punten

Ging voor de 7e maal op rij op citytrip naar NYC. Dit was de eerste maal dat ik eerst 2 nachten bij de luchthaven logeerde alvorens naar de stad te verhuizen. Het hotel ligt nl recht tegenover een grote outlet mall die ideaal is om te shoppen. Zo was m'n shopping al gedaan tegen dat ik in de stad kwam en hoefde ik de hoge taksen van New York niet te […] betalen. I think it is a little too spendy for an "average" hotel, but I understand it is close to the airport.

The room was nice and big, the personell friendly, and the breakfast OK. The short walking distent from The HUGE mall was a big pluss. Tried the movie theatre too. OK:) The Hotel offers free shuttel to and from the airport, something i didn't know when i got there... Paid 25$ for a 5min taxi trip from the airport! Felt robbed! THE HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY,I THINK THE CLEANING STAFF NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO CLEAN --AFTER ALL THEY HAVE THE MOST IMPORTANT JOB IN A HOTEL-THEY WEREN'T FRIENDLY BUT THAT,S OK JUST NEED TO CLEAN.

I love this hotel, i have stay here before and would defenetly stay again. The only thing i hate this time around was the bed it was a bit to hard for my taste

Just stayed here for one night and it was as we expected it to be!

If you are looking for a hotel near Newark airport or the jersey gardens mall then this is your choice . But need to improve the Reciption staff , unfortunately they very rude in dealing with the guest and not helpful at all

I have stayed here before and still like the service and location.

Wonderful, helpful staff. The free breakfast is good and varied. My kids loved the pool and hot tub (which isn't really all that hot, but still). While the neighborhood at large is industrial, there is an outlet mall across the street and a Ruby Tuesdays and IHOP within walking distance and I never felt unsafe. Good hotel for the price. My room (this time) was a non-smoking room as requested, but the smell of smoke was still very strong. Great hotel though for the quick overnight business traveller.

for the money you cannot beat it. aside from the location, which is not the most accessible, it was better than expected

Very nice hotel near Newark Airport. Easy to get to right off the Turnpike and across the street from Jersey Garden Mall. You can leave you car in their parking lot for short trips and they will get you to the airport.

Very friendly staff and excellent value. Came with hot breakfast and close to Penn Station. Would stay again.

We used the hotel for an overnight stay to connect between a domestic and an international flight. For our purpose it was excellent. The service was friendly and the shuttle driver went out of his way to help us.

When you walk into the lobby you expect your rooms to really look cute. They are old looking but clean. The TV wasn't clear but I only stayed one night so I just read instead of looking at the TV. I had a good night sleep. I got up excited to be part of the breakfast and the bacon was crumbled up sitting in grease -- I love bacon but certainly didn't […] want any of that. It took about 15 minutes to be able to make a waffle and another 10 minutes to try to find a seat. I don't think I would go back but I did have a good night sleep. Lees meer

I was very happy w my stay. My only complaint is/was how much a load of laundry cost.

I stayed here for 4 nights during New Years weekend. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was adequate. TV's need to be updated to flat panels! Overall, a really good value! Would stay again.

This is the most convenient hotel if you are arriving into Newark via train, and for going into and out of NYC. Connected to the train station by a pedestrian bridge - can't be beat! It is also nice, clean, and has extremely friendly, efficient staff. Overall, excellent deal!

Quality of room and customer service was very good. Location is a short drive away to Newark and PATH train to New York. Enjoyed my stay.

Great service from front desk, shuttle drivers and maids. Large rooms and bath. Clean through out and close to resturants and mall.

Have stayed in this hotel now for the last 5 years, and would not stay any where else ,the staff are great so helpful and nice and there is not anything they would not do for you.

Great stay at this hotel. They did everything to make our stay convenient, quiet and comfortable. Internet worked nicely (free) and shopping was super at the nearby Jersey Outlet Mall. I'll be back.

Hotel is great, gave us good service, good food, and help when we needed directions, etc. We came in late, and had to rush the first days. DO NOT take taxi to the Airport or Hotel. The expense is not worth it (over $130) and sets the pattern for the rest of your stay. Get the bus schedule or use PATH.

I moved to this hotel after an unsatisfactory stay at the the Courtyard Marriot hotel in Elizabelth. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and every day we received fresh towels and our room was clean and fresh each day we returned to it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I asked for 1 kings bed room and received 2 queen beds. The front desk wouldn't help with suggestions on food or tourist attractions, or the best ways to get into the city.

Excellent customer service--especially Jasmine and Crystal at the front desk! Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, breakfast delicious. Overlooks the airport which kept my kids entertained while I tried to get a few extra minutes of sleep. Easy access (bus, train, or boat) into Manhattan. Definitely recommend and definitely plan to return!

I loved everything about this hotel.service and amenities were just excellent.I hope they would charge so much for liquor and beer in their gift shop though.

Some of the hotel staff was polite, but others were terribly rude and unfriendly. The service was mediocre at best. The heated pool was not heated, our toilet was clogged, and we had to call to have our room cleaned. We left the room very early in the morning around 7:40 and came back around 9 to pick something up. We found our door was open and assumed […] the housekeeper was cleaning it because it was open and the cart was right outside but nobody was in the room. We left and came back around 1:30 and the room was not clean. When we called we were told 1:30 was too early for the room to be cleaned! The lady came in and actually argued with us about the complaint the that room was not clean because 1:30 is too early to expect a bed to be made. We left again and came back around 4 and the bed had been made but all the garbage from a meal was still there no vacuuming or anything else. I never write reviews BUT had to write a review about this terribly horrible hotel. I would NOT recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone! Lees meer

The Country Inn is an overall good hotel. The front desk clerks were very helpful especially Jacob and Jamie Thanks guys for the traveling information much appreciated. The breakfast area was clean and the food lots of variety (oatmeal, waffles, bagels, eggs etc..) The pool is small but fine for the kids to play in. Close to the Jersey Garden Mall, […] some good deals but these are not outlets just keep that in mind. The area is awful, very industrial and old. It can get creepy at night but if you have a car it's ok I guess. Not many good restaurants around the area unles you're into fast food joints. Lees meer
