The Westin is a very comfortable hotel that thoroughly deserves its 5* rating. Staff are helpful and facilities are excellent, however the location (easily 20 minutes' walk from the old town / centre) makes it better for business travellers than for personal.

Excellent hotel, room and service. Some great bars and restaurants close by. A good 4* rather than a 5*, but as we got a very good deal, it did not dedtract from the enjoyment of our stay. Lovely king bed and great shower. Would have been nice to have had complimentary wifi in the room, but it was available in the bar area.

Between the breakfast and the happy hour in the executive lounge and the amazing Sunday Brunch, and how comfortable our beds were, we didn't want to leave the Westin at all.

The lobby is not really a lobby, then by arrival one is met with an unfriendly attitude. The charge of internet connection in the room was a fifth of the price of the room. Because of do not disturb sign until 14.00, where I left, the room was not cleaned that day. Non smoking room smeeled of cigarettes. Will never stay there again!

The hotel is a 10 min walk from the train station and a walkable distance to tourist spots. We were very happy with the room, nice bed, great bathroom and overall very satistfied. Excellent in every way ,cannot fault it and if you stay there worth paying extra to stay on the executive floors .

Hotel is very clean, very modern look and well located. Beds are very psacious and bathroom are really fantastic. Showers are great!!!!!

Everything you expect from a 5 star.

Pro's - Room clean, reasonable size, nice bathroom, good price Cons - Breakfast area too small, very crammed if you try to get breakfast at the wrong time. Ordering a taxi can be a bit hit or miss, I had problems on both days, the'y order me a taxi and then give it to someone else

This hotel was amazing! From the moment we walked in until we left for the airport we were treated like friends. We had a classic room but spent the extra money and upgraded to an Executive room and it was extremely worth it! We got a better room, on a higher floor, we got full access to the WiFi. We were invited for Happy Hour in the Executive Lounge […] and didn't have to pay for anything. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the Palace of Science and Culture and the staff was so nice. They all spoke english and made our stay great. This was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in and we look forward to staying there again. Lees meer

the hotel is actually quite nice, but the extras such as minibar and internet are ridiculously overprized. internet for 8 EUR per hour is barely acceptable in london, but certainly not in warsaw. a can of beer for 7 EUR is just ridiculous.

Good value for money (although breakfast is not included). Nice staff, comfortable lobby bar, good location one wish: modern 5 star hotel should have WiFi in rooms

Really cheap for a 5-star hotel, but it was good! Executive lounge was nice and quiet.

This was a great place to stay. Staff were extremely helpful for someone like myself who spoke almost no Polish.

Very recommendable in almost every way. Except very pricy breakfast compared to what you get. But nice breakfast place around the corner! Will certainly stay here again! :o)

hotel at the westen warsaw was very convienent to a grocery store just a couple of block away, tgTGI Fridays just a couple of blocks away, a large shopping mall on the other side of the hotel.10 minuit. walk.The taxi called from the hotel was $20.00 us dollars to the airport. A cab to the hotel from the airport was $ 16.00 us dollars some friends paid […] $22.00 us dollars so you may want to ask first. He told me the cab was going to be $18.00 but just asked for $16.00 so I paid him $20.00 for being honest .Breakfast which we did not use was $33.00 us dollars. We got a good price for the hotel for 4 days put paid almost as much for 1 day because we had to stay over because the airport was closed down when we going to leave. Lees meer

Excellent hotel with excellent staff and a great place to stay. My room was not ready before 4 00pm which they were very sorry about so I was upgraded to a 2 room executive room (my booked room was a Executive Single). This room was so comfortable, large and very quiet that it was hard to get out of bed in the mornings. Breakfast was included in price […] and was properly the best selection that I have seen in a long time. Restaurant food was also very good and again staff brilliant. There is free WIFI and staff have no issue printing out your boarding pass. It is approx 30 min walk to old town and the same time to walk to The New World Street where all the cafes and restaurants are situated and 30 min walk to shopping centres and central station. Good location and will stay again when in Warsaw. I do recommend that you book an executive room for the extra space and acess to the executive lounge Lees meer

I liked this hotel quite a lot. The interior is quite nice, with cool design touches like the windowed elevators, and my room was reasonably spacious and very comfortable. I visited Warsaw for business and the hotel was very near my office (and seemed to be close to many other businesses and shopping areas as well). The only downside here is that they […] tend to gouge you on the price of WiFi and restaurant meals (including breakfast), but I suppose that's to be expected from a high-end business hotel. True 5 star luxury for a great price. Good central location

Excellent hotel with a great discount price for the two nights we were there.

This is a great hotel in Warsaw, near most attaractions, nice staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast buffet. Very recommendable.

The hotel is really nice and in order. What really annoyed me was the fact that I couldn't open any windows to let in fresh air. I can't stand airconditioning, but when I turned it off, the air in the room went stale really quick. So even in a very comfortable bed, I didn't sleep well.

Overall, the Westin is a nice hotel, with great staff and facilities. But in this day an age, for a hotel in this price bracket, I would expect free wifi, and better in room entertainment. The price of the hotel movie channel was utterly ridiculous (more expensive than going to the cinema!).

Really great place - super friendly and great for business travel

This is an excellent hotel with good quiet rooms in a location that is on the periphery of the centre but still well located. Only reservation that I have is that the internet servive is laughably expensive so I did not use it as I do not like to pay over the odds esepcially when many other hotels in Warsaw offer this for free.

A typical business oriented chain hotel. Not well located for tourist attractions.

The hotel is located only 1 stop away by tram from the main train station and city centre, very convenient location. The double beds we had were very soft and comfortable. Room was very comfortable to stay in; hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely a good place to stay in at Warsaw.

First class modern hotel. Awesome buffet breakfast. Cab service is 1st class, as is front desk service. You will enjoy !!

No free wifi. No wifi in rooms at all. Breakfast is not included, it costs about $30 per person. I would put this hotel at 3 stars by US standard.

It was a very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable and close to the central train station.

the westin hotel in warsaw is a fantastic hotel.great location.really good value for money.rooms spacious and comfortable.staff friendly and professional.i would definatly recommend.

Westin with very friendly staff is about 25 min from airport at a 40- Zloty taxi fare, located on a main road, close to other major brand hotels. Only a short walk from very nice shopping mall, and about 30 min easy walk to the old town. Very local restaurant also close by, (Folk Gospoda) not to mention TGI Friday's only a few min walk, and a nice Sushi […] place as well. Didn't use hotel restaurant, but it seemed reasonable for a 5 star hotel. Thursday had a Seafood special. Unfortunately in-room internet charge is priced at a ridiculous rate. A complete rip off and a disgrace for a professional hotel. Wake up ! Internet should be free at any and all time, just look at Radisson, across the street. In room Mini-Bar was also priced out of this world, but in Warszaw drinks can be purchased at reality cost in nearby shops; so no major problem here. . . just plan a few hrs ahead. 1 small btl of water for free just doesn't cut it.
