Good price for a family suit, a good time, EZ on/off for the freeway. Not to far from anything. Great sights to see, restaurants, and shopping closes by. Very accommodating the whole staff was very helpful.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly.

Candi was very helpful, friendly and offered great options.

Everything I saw in the hotel was really clean. Very comfortable room. Pleasant staff. Easy to miss the drive into the hotel.

Front desk check was easy and very friendly. Called about channel on TV and was helped immediately. Breakfast had lots of choices and they didn't run out of food. Easy check out. If you want to work out in wellness area, air was pretty warm without good circulation.

The room was great for the price, the location is close to the highway. Only complaint was that no staff at the counter for 10+ minutes when checking out.

The front desk person (Cindi) was very helpful. The room condition was OK but not great. Hotel is between the freeway and railroad tracks, so it was a bit noisy.

We needed a quick, close hotel to visit someone in a Nashville hospital. This one was right off the interstate, and I have had great stays at Country Inns in the past. The lobby, friendliness and location were great. The problem came with the room. Both beds had severely stained comforters and blankets. I had to go get a couple blankets out of my car […] to use, and just piled their linens up in the floor. The bathroom had many loose hairs on the counter and in the sink. As friendly as the staff was, and the convenience of the location, I won't be staying here again. I'll pay the extra $20 and stay at the nearby Hampton Inn or Hilton Garden Inn. Lees meer

My room smelled....towels were rough....tough enterance to leave from (close your eyes and pray)...breakfast was a joke. The one in Coolsprings is much better

I am impressed with this chain. Stayed at many hotels and happened to stay at this one and also one in GA and both were clean and comfortable. I was VERY impressed with the quality of the breakfast and loved the cookies!! For the price, it was above and beyond what I expected.

Good hotel location for a quick exit from the Nashville area toward Atlanta. Hotel is right off I-24 south of the metro area. The area is quite sparse immediately around the hotel but there are several restaurants and a Target within 1 mile. Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Checked in at four pm, room not ready. Front desk staff very pleasant and apologetic. Housekeeper was quick but still did a great job. Room quiet, although train passed hotel many times.( tracks next to hotel) Suggestions: should replace mattresses and pillows with newer ones.( mattress springs a little bouncy pillows somewhat flat) Indoor pool and […] hot tub- clean and right temps. Tucked right off the interstate and easy drive to downtown Nashville. Good hotel for the money.

A little far from downtown Nashville (but close to Interstate 24, only 5-10 minutes to downtown). But for the price, it is worth for its value. Friendly staff, the included breakfast is great (don't expect a 5 start hotel type). For its value, you get a quality hot meal in the morning. Coffee available thorugh out the stay. Great room, had all the basics. Only negative comment is that this neighborhood has really gone down. Hickory Hollow Mall is a ghost town, and the neighborhood surrounding is going down with it. The little family fun center and Mexican restaurant in the Country Inn parking lot are both shuttered, making you feel like maybe you chose the wrong part of […] town. Did not have any safety or security issues, just felt a bit like I was staying in Detroit rather than Nashville. As nice as this hotel is, I won't stay here again. Very nice place to stay, we used the hot tub, everything looks very clean, the breakfest was one of the best, they keep the food very fresh and had a lot of options, I liked the egg omlet, the only problem we had was the batteries to the remote to the tv needed to be replaced. The stay was affordable, quiet, and accessible meaning we didn't have far to drive to our previously booked destinations in the Nashville area. The staff was over the top courteous and helpful. Our only complaint - we NEVER got to sample the chocolate chip cookies offered! They smelled wonderful and made going back to the hotel after our daily outings […] feel like going home. We would always just miss the last batch of the day. Your hotel was recommended to us by a relative in that area and yes, we would definitely recommend it to anyone. This hotel had the nice, warm country feel without skimping on any of the amenities. The location was great (right behind the Hickory Hollow Mall in Antioch, TN) and the staff was INCREDIBLE. The pool is cold even though it states heated. First floor was under renovations but the renovators were very cleanly in their work and if you did not actually see them you wouldn't even know they were there. It was nice to see that they were using contractors that kept it clean and safe.

Very pleased with my stay. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice. Also very affordabled.

We had a hard time finding the hotel because the address doesn't exist in the Garmin (GPS) database, and sends you to the other side of Bell Rd. The driveway is located around a blind turn if you are driving from Murfreesburo Pike. While the hotel is located between US 24 and a railroad, a ground floor room at the rear of the building will be quiet. […] Staff was nice, the free breakfast above average, and the parking is free. We got an extra discount by staying three nights. It is a quick drive to the Grand Old Opry, Broadway, etc... Some good places to eat nearby, or drive someplace special. If price is a factor, this is a good choice. If you need a fancy place to stay and don't mind paying at least 2-3 times more, stay closer to downtown or at the Opry. Lees meer

Excellent hotel, essentially a suite for the price of a normal room, I recomend you get the one bed king suite when staying here.The breakfast is also top knotch and hot.

Located just off Interstate 24. Close to the airport but not under the flightpath. We had a first floor room facing away from the freeway and it was very quiet. Our GPS didn't have the hotel address as a possible destination, so we made a wrong turn while trying to get there the first time. Being right next to 24 made it easy to get to Music Row, […] Broadway, etc... Breakfast was average, but free, which made this an inexpensive place to stay. Advertised as all rooms had wireless internet available but our room DID NOT and had to go down to main lobby to use wiereless internet -- inconvenient at night. Otherwise, all was great!

I don't know why it has a 2 1/2 star rating - it should be at least be a 3, 3 1/2 star. The staff was customer friendly and knowledgeable about the area, food concerns, etc; and it is true the breakfast was good. Probably it is underestimated because it is an Inn environment. My only suggestion is that they get more carts for luggage - they only had […] two, and that they come up with an idea to make the room doors close quietly. Noise level was good and even the travelers themselves were respectful of others and friendly. I would recommend this Inn to others; don't be fooled by someone negative comment. Lees meer

The rooms downstairs had a little musty small, but the staff was helpful in relocating us. Hotel was advertizes as "All New", that is a little bit of a stretch. The breakfast service was excellent and the staff was excellent. Mixed about recommending it. If the price was lower, I would recommend without hesitation.

This hotel was ok -- but we were a little grossed out by the stains on the mattress and bedspread. Average breakfast. At least there was enough seating so that people weren't crowded as they tried to get breakfast in the morning.
