Prima hotel voor het centrum, maar lastig te bereiken met eigen vervoer ivm eenrichtingsverkeer. Wel goede parkeerplaats en service! Hotel was in renovatie dus restaurant in Lobby (okt-11).

Prima hotel, dicht bij Centrum, faci Iteiten voor restaurant en drinken ok, buiten. Leuke indeling van het hotel.

goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, een beetje onrustig door veel aan- en afreizende gasten.
Ligging.
Quality Hotel Real San Jose bevindt zich bij een winkelcentrum van Santa Ana, dicht bij Multiplaza. Bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving zijn onder andere Spirogyra-vlindertuin en Amusement Park San Jose.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
Quality Hotel Real San Jose heeft een buitenzwembad en een fitnesscentrum. In openbare ruimtes is een gratis snelle internetverbinding (draadloos en via kabel) beschikbaar, terwijl de accommodatie over een computer met internetverbinding beschikt. Dit hotel met 3 sterren beschikt over zakelijke voorzieningen waaronder een businesscentrum met 24/7 toegang, vergaderruimtes voor kleine groepen en audiovisuele apparatuur. Dit hotel voor zaken heeft een restaurant en een bar/lounge. Gasten krijgen gratis ontbijt. Het personeel kan op verzoek een cateringdienst voor evenementen, hulp bij excursies en een geldwisseldienst regelen. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere meertalig personeel, een wasserij en koffie in de lobby. Gasten kunnen tegen betaling gebruikmaken van een luchthavenshuttle (op verzoek). Gasten kunnen op locatie gratis zelf parkeren . De accommodatie beschikt over speciaal daarvoor bestemde rookruimtes.
Hotelkamers.
Elke kamer biedt uitzicht op de stad of het zwembad. Quality Hotel Real San Jose heeft 153 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van een (laptop)kluis en een kluis. Gasten hebben een gratis draadloze internetverbinding op de kamer. Elke 37-inch lcd-televisie heeft premiumkanalen via de kabel. Alle kamers beschikken over een bureau, een gratis weekkrant en een telefoon met meerdere lijnen met voicemail en gratis lokale gesprekken (hiervoor kunnen beperkingen gelden). Elke badkamer is uitgerust met een bad/douchecombinatie met een extra diep bad, een handdouche en een regendouchekop. Daarnaast heeft elke badkamer ook make-up/scheerspiegels en een föhn.
Elke kamer is voorzien van een magnetron en een koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een strijkplank/strijkijzer en een klokradio. Bovendien kun je op verzoek gebruikmaken van voorzieningen zoals een koelkast en een telefonische wekdienst. Een huishoudservice is dagelijks beschikbaar. Op de kamers van Quality Hotel Real San Jose mag niet worden gerookt.
Afhankelijk van het hotelbeleid kan voor extra personen een toeslag worden aangerekend.

"Best one"
VERY neat, good location, AWESOME breakfast and friendly service. One cannot ask more. I would like to mention: My car had a flat tire in the morning and one of the hotel employee fixed it for me. He hurt himself in the process but luckily my wife had antiseptics in her bag. I hope his wound has healed.

"End of Vacation"
We had an early flight and needed to be close to the airport so we didn't have a long drive in the morning. It was a very nice hotel and three restaurants in the same parking lot as the hotel. The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast in the moring was amazing. Great price and great place to stay.
"Great hotel"
My husband and I enjoyed staying at the Quality Real Hotel in San Jose Costa Rica. The reception was warm and friendly. Our room was very confortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of fresh fruits, eggs and bacon, yogourt, breads and cakes etc... We had chosen this hotel because they were pet friendly. We brought our chihuahua with […] us for our month stay. There was no problem with the dog as there is a big green patch of grass besides the hotel. The only negative comment I would have is the lack of sufficient shuttle buses to and fro the airport. We arrived on Saturday night and they did not have one so we had to take a taxi. And on our departure there was a two hour gap (between 8 am and 10 am) between shuttles. This meant we had to be at the airport 3 hours in advance. But apart from the shuttle hours everything was perfect. I would recommend this hotel and I would certainly go back if I rented a car. immaculate hotel great staff great free breakfast
The staff was great, I was nervous because I could not speak there language very well but most of the staff spoke English. The rooms were very clean and I felt safe. The breakfast was fantastic, plenty of fresh fruit, omelette bar and various other foods. It was "American" style with Costa Rican flare.

We received a really good service at this hotel while staying for two days. Overall this hotel was nice an clean, pool was great as well as breakfast buffet. Both wireless internet and computers in the main lobby were free of charge. The hotel said smoking but I was unable to smell any tobacco fumes. The stuff was very friendly and most of them spoke […] English. "Very good choice and reasonable rates"
Despite the fact that I've read somewhere the rooms were smoking, this hotel proved to be a very good choice; no tobacco smell was present anywhere. This place as well as rooms were really nice and comfortable. Pool and the setting were nice and free wireless internet was available throughout hotel. Free wired internet as well as computers were available […] next to the main lobby. The stuff was very nice and friendly and most of them spoke English. Breakfast buffet was really good as there was a wide variety of choices. There was a big choice of drinks and cocktails but prices were comparable to US prices but that is only because we in US pay very low comparing to other leading countries such as those in Europe. "Like a second home"
We have been staying at this hotel since it has opened. It has very helpful staff, they always upgraded us when possible. The new renovations are lovely. The rooms are always clean. It is in a nicer area of San Jose, much safer. The restaraunt is good at the hotel and there is a Pizza Hut, Rostil Pollo, and a Mexican place just outside the hotel. Pura […] Vida. Lees meer
"Great Breakfast"
Stayed one night before heading down the Caribbean Coast. It was a nice hotel for what we paid and offered an excellent breakfast. Found the hotel using a GPS, otherwise not sure we would have found it nor the highway to take us east.

"Quality Real San Jose excelente opcion"
Me he hospedado varias veces en el Quality y siempre he tenido una grata experiencia. El hotel esta ubicado cerca del aeropuerto, plaza comercial, restaurantes y negocios. Excelente opcion para viajes de negocios. El personal es muy atento y servicial.
"Asignación de Espacios en Parqueo"
Considero oportuno que las personas de seguridad que están fuera del hotel y que lo reciben a uno, tengan la cortesía de explicar claramente cuál es el funcionamiento del parqueo, ya que al llegar me asignaron un espacio en un lugar cerrado y luego tenía que estar pitando cada vez que entraba y salía del hotel para que bajaran la cadena que dividía […] este lugar asignado. Después de varias veces me señalaron otro lugar que estaba abierto y en el cual tenía espacios disponibles, pero si me lo hubieran explicado desde el inicio no me hubiera molestado ni yo hubiera molestado tanto al guarda para que me estuviera dando paso. Por este motivo mi califación de 4 en 3 de mis respuestas de la encuesta Lees meer
"Bra og komfortabelt"
Alt var helt supert. Frokosten, rommet vårt, badekaret. Helt upåklagelig. Men det var en ting som var dumt og det var at da vi ba de ringe taxi kom de med en gang med hotellets private. Det var jo ikke det vi hadde spurt om, men endte med å betale 3 ganger så mye. Ikke bra!
