Voor een verblijf in Londen is de ligging van het hotel aan de Central Line ideaal. Binnen loopafstand van drie minuten sta je op het perron van de metro. In een kwartier ben je in het centrum van Londen. Het hotel ligt op een soort van industrieterrein. Er zijn twee restaurants in de nabije omgeving en enkele winkeltjes. Het hotel heeft twee liften […] en de gangen zien er verzorgd uit. De sanitaire voorzieningen zijn goed en netjes. De kamer is sober, maar doelmatig. De ontvangst van de tv slecht en de zenderkeuze beperkt. Het bed was zo hard dat je 's morgens gebroken wakker werd. De ontbijttijd is ruim bemeten, maar de meeste gasten lijken tegelijk te willen ontbijten. Bij het ontbijt is er een ruime keuze in zowel warm als koud, maar regelmatig kon het personeel het tempo om aan te vullen niet bijhouden. Tegenover het hotel wordt momenteel een flat van 12 verdiepingen gebouwd inclusief winkelcentrum. Zolang je je raam gesloten houdt dringen geen bouwplaats geluiden in de kamer door. Schuin tegenover het hotel ligt een Tesco Express. Ook de bus stopt voor het hotel. Het personeel is beleefd en attent. Internet is er alleen tegen betaling. Lees meer

Het hotel beschikt over nette kamers voorzien van badkamer met douche en toilet. De ligging is perfect pal achter metro station North Acton (waar je overigensgeen last van hebt) vanaf dit station sta je binnen 15 min in het centrum van de stad. Wij vonden het personeel vriendelijk en waar nodig behulpzaam. Kortom een aanrader.

Goed gelegen hotel,lekker naast de underground,rustig en hele aardige meiden bij de receptie! Bedankt!

Bijzonder handig gelegen t.o.v. metro-verbindingen zowel naar centrum als naar bijv. Windsor. Wij waren met onze zoon van 9 jaar en hebben ook een dagtrip naar Legoland gemaakt, dit hotel ligt precies aan de goede kant van de stad om dit te doen. Hotel ligt ongeveer 7 km. buiten het centrum, maar dat is goed te bereiken met de ondergrondse (Central Line) Nette ruime kamers, niet heel luxe, maar wel voorzien van airco, extra zitbankje, bureautje. To far away and TUBE not working.. Had to use bus service took much longer to get into town.

It's a Holiday Inn Express, so there's no restaurant, but there was a bar (which we didn't use). Staff were helpful and had selection of local takeaway menus there and ordered for us, calling the room when the delivery guy brought our pizza. Good buffet style breakfast with lots to choose from both hot and cold. Decent enough room, clean and comfortable, […] internet £5 for 24hrs (not too bad), the small car park is a bit of a free for all and £10 a day which seems a lot, but by London prices isn't too bad (just make sure you don't arrive/get back too late). Location is excellent though (straight off of A40), easy to get into and out from. Backs on to North Acton tube station which is on boundary of zones 2 & 3. Hotel also not too far from the Kew Bridge Steam Museum which is the only place in London with running steam trains (only really worth going to on the weekends though as that's when the engines are running and the cafe is open). Would always advise contacting them or checking the website before visiting, great place though. Will definitely use this one again as on balance it worked out pretty well for us, just needs a bit of planning ahead with the evening meal and parking. Lees meer

We chose this hotel because we needed to be in the area. The hotel is better inside than outside - reasonably clean and comfortable, with most of the essentials in place. Excellent value for money not far from central London by tube. Breakfast is very ordinary though - better pay less and have a croissant in a coffee shop somewhere.

The Holiday Inn was very comfortable yet quite a distance from prime locations. Easily a 30-45 minute trip to the city, though only minutes from Notting Hill and the best place of all, Shepherd's Bush. Not much is around the hotel except a Tesco Express, a gas station, a car wash and a pub across the street. The breakfast buffet was astonishing and […] yummy: eggs, sausage, beans, and more! Internet is a problem: it's 5 lbs. a day, though you can go to the pub across the street for free internet. The hotel is right next to a tube stop and bus stop, so that's good. The service was exquisite thanks to Chris and Sheeka, though beware of this other Indian girl - she's cheap! But Chris, Sheeka and the others will give you directions and help with bus/tube stops. The cleaning ladies are very hospitable - they threw away our collection of bottles everyday. Also, look at their vacuum for a good laugh. Overall a good stay. Lees meer

Situated on the Central Line (I believe, well it was the red line lol) you literally get off the train and the hotel is right there on the hill. Not far at all from London. Before while I was reading hotel reviews I worried about the distance from the airport and the distance from London, never again will I fear! You take the tube from Heathrow to […] get to the hotel and you take the tube to get to London, easy as pie. The time it takes is probably 30 minutes, but they go by so fast it didn't seem to matter. The room was decent, we booked the full size bed with a pull-out couch. The television was fun. Didn't pay for their wifi, you can find wifi zones in London itself. No complaints with the room. The staff were ok. No raves or grumbling complaints. Though, I'm sure if you needed them for something they would've helped out. The only time I asked them for something was if there was a laundromat nearby, of course she wouldn't tell me yes so I asked the guys at the pub and they knew there was one close by. The surrounding area is nice, as well. I loved the fact there was this pub right there on the corner. Had the nicest people working inside! We were really excited, being new to the U.K. to eat in a real pub haha. There is also a laundromat close-by, probably 10-15min walking that is easy to find. Hi, We've stayed in the Holiday inn Express Park Royal Hotel for 9 Nights - and we can't complain much... for the realistic price we paid we recieved a great room - not very equipped - no valt or small refridgrator, but sufficient if your looking for a place to put your head down at night . Easy to get to and very nice hotel. However, it takes about 20 mins to get to the city center from the hotel. Breakfast was nice.

This hotel is a good one whit clean rooms nice staff and a nice breakfast. Is is just a minute walk from central line station north acton, very nice!

Hotel was on the central tube line and very convenient for getting into townHotel was excellent Good breakfast.I did order a twin room and thety only had a double but apart from that it was good but not as near to wembley arena as the literature states.

The staff at the hotel (in particular Sarah) were fantastic and provided excellent customer service. The rooms were clean and roomy. It was easy to get in and out of London city on the tube, which was a two minute walk away. Would stay here again.

We stayed in the Holiday Inn Express at the weekend as we had tickets to see The Wizard of Oz. The hotel is on the Central line so within 15 minutes we were there. Room was lovely and clean, hotel was in a quiet spot. The shop next door was great for sweets and drinks for the journey home and the tube station was behind the hotel - perfect! Breakfast […] was good - help yourself. Although, a few more options at the hot breakfast section would be good. They had to offer egg, sausage & beans! Thats my only criticism & thats from my partner not me! I had toast, yogurt, juice, cereal so there is plenty to choose from. Very well run hotel. The room was very well maintained, modern and clean.The service staff were friendly. The buffet breakfast was vey satisfying. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends when they come over to London. The location is VERY convenient to the North Acton tube stop, and the tube station is very well maintained, with a very nice garden at the entrance. The room was typically small, but roomy enough for the two of us to move around. An iron was provided, but not an ironing board. Strange... Lot's of construction across the street, but the double window […] arrangement blocked most of it. The hotel is next to a bank and a grocery store. The complimentary breakfast was fine, with the selection of newspapers provided by the hotel an added touch. Not a lot of eating options near the hotel. The hotel exceeded my expectations, the check in and check out were quick and effecient, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean. Polite and courteous staff but a little too cozy with taxi operators....paid 36 pounds for a ride that would have cost me 24 pounds....very conveniently located to a train station (tube) and located in a safe area.

Booked this hotel when going to see Take That at Wembely, as advertised as being very close. Was not that close at all, and not good enough areas for three girls to walk through. However, hotel staff very friendly and helpful, especially the chap who gave us a transport plan to get to the concert. I had the sofa bed (room for three people) not all that […] comfy, and a little annoyed to be asked to pay for the room upon checkout when I had paid when booking some eight months earlier. I stayed at the hotel for one night. about 2 min walk from tube station which was brilliant. There was major building work going on opposite the hotel but the noise wasnt too noticable and not the hotels fault. There was a broken light in our room and some bits looked like that hadnt been dusted in a while but apart from that i was impressed. The only […] other thing that let it down was the breakfast which was included in the price of the stay. There was a long queue when i went for breakfast and the reason being that it looked as it there was only one member of staff clearing the tables and bringing new food out. We had to wait 5 mins for cutlery then when we got that some of the hot food had all been eaten so we had to wait another 5 mins for the food to come out whilst the other hot food that we did have on our plate got a bit cold! Saying that it was a very nice breakfast so i whether its like that every day or whether it was just that day they were short staffed i dont know. This is a perfect option for the budget concious traveller. The hotel is modern, clean and bright. Request the side closest to the train line for quietness because the windows will block all the noise. The buffet breakfast is perfect to get the day going with a selection of cooked dishes as well as cereals, toast and croissants. The station is only […] a 3 minute walk and the line takes you directly to the heart of London in about 30 or 40 minutes if you need to change along the way. The staff are super friendly and obliging. My only point for improvement is the bed - the matress was a bit hard to my liking but I've had worse. Five stars from me. Lees meer

A comfortable stay with a well prepared and presented breakfast. Very conveniently situated just outside London. Within walking distance of the Central line service.

We stayed here so that we could access the tube easily for the Royal Wedding the parking food service and welcome we received were all excellent.The tube is less than a minute from the hotel and although the breakfast was basic we really enjoyed our stay. We were in London for the Royal Wedding and stayed two nights. We couldn't fault our accommodation. The location was fantastic, we got off the tube and the hotel was in sight of the station (although there was no noise). The breakfast (eggs & sausage) were lovely and the staff were very accommodating. We will definately be going back.

We stayed for 2 nights and one thing I can recommend to upcoming guests, the convience of it especially to the metro station which is just 2 minutes walk, supermarket, italian restaurant, cafe and local pub is just opposite the hotel. will surely want to visit this hotel if even I come to london again....

Very handy for the Central Line Tube Station if going into London or going to watch QPR. Nice clean Hotel and Staff friendly. Room was very clean and well appointed.

It was nice to stay at this great hotel for two nights. The underground station is next to the hotel, the area is safe and not far away from the city centre. It really worths the money we paid. Strongly suggested, especially if you travel from London Heathrow. It is just 20 min by taxi from Heathrow.

The staff at check in could not do enough for us, letting us know about travel disruptions and even looking up specialist shops for us when we asked, location is ok, but there is nothing to do near by but convienient to get to city centre Breakfast and room were ok Bed was lovely and comfy

Good Points Easy excess to Subway. Friendly hotel staff. Bad Points Rooms are small by Holiday Inn standard. No fridge/mini bar in the room. Extremely poor selection of TV programs in the room. With nothing much in the neighbourhood you won't want to be spending much time in the room.

The Holiday Inn Express is so centrally located that it is hard to believe I haven't stayed there before. Right outside North Action tube station it makes going to and from central London a cinch. The staff here are outstanding, the breakfast (which was included in the price) was just perfect and set us up for the day and our room was one of the cleanest […] I've come across. As for the beds, I wish I could have taken mine home. Need I say more - I would not hesitate recommending this hotel to any of our friends or familes and would hope to stay there again sometime. We arrived at the hotel quite early as we wated to make the most of our weekend in London. We were advised that we were a bit early to check in to our room, but that was fine as it was only 10am and check in was about 2pm. The man on the desk was very helpful and very pleasant, he even offered us breakfast before we went on our way. We were able to […] park in the car park (chargeable) but it was very small and there are no guarantees. We came back around 8.30pm and went to our room. We had booked a family room for myself, husband and daughter. The room was clean, modern and confortable. A sofa double sofa bed had been made up for our daughter. The windows were soundproofed. In the bathroom, which was very clean, was Dove branded wash and a shampoo/body wash in the shower. There were also tea and coffee facilities in the room, plus a hairdryer. The only thing which let the hotel down slightly was the breakfast. Whilst there was plenty of continental pastries, toast, jams, yogurts, cereals etc, the cooked food was only scrambled eggs and sausages. I'd personbally liked to have seen a bit of bacon, as I am a coeliac and sausages have wheat in where as bacon doesn't. All in all though a modern, clean, quiet hotel with tube station being 2 mins walk away in zone 2 on the central line which was perfect for getting straight into the centre of London (around 15 mins). Recently stayed here during a flying visit to London. Hotel is in a good location with regards to local tube station- our room was at the front and we could hear the buses until late. Room was clean and tidy- very comfortable bed and shower. No additional blankets or pillows in the room, which we could have done with as it was good. A nice hotel a bit away from the city center. However It's location very near to the subway station, make it easy to reach the London city center. Nice open-buffet breakfast. Very near to the market.

Very good budget Hotel in a convenient spot and delivered everything it said it would! Recoomend it to anyone visiting London on a short or long stay. Better facilities than the nearby Travelodge that I have also stayed in.

Admittedly, I should have done a better job of fully understanding this before picking it, but it was my first trip to London. The hotel is literally just behind a tube stop which makes it easy to get to other places. There is a pub, two takeaways, and a Tesco Express across the street which makes grabbing a bite to eat or getting a snack easy. The hotel was more than we expected for the price and the close proximity to the tube.The staff was excellent and very friendly. Our room was spotless, though a little small.This didn't bother us though because we were gone all day sightseeing. Just a couple of small negatives -----the lack of wash cloths----be sure to take your own. The connection fee of 2 pounds just to get an outside line on the phone. We would have liked to unpack but there was no closet just six coat hangers on the side of open shelving which was not enough for two people staying five nights. The hotel is located literally next to the North Acton Underground stop. A 20 minute or so train ride into Central London is worth the affordable price. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The Tesco market across the street is inexpensive as is the pizza/Middle Eastern place across from the Tesco. Really good food!!
