Mount Robson Inn in Jasper

Goed hotel, ligt alleen niet in het centrum

Wij hadden een kamer met 2 queen bedden. Onze kamer rook een beetje muf. We hebben hier verder niets op uit gedaan maar je zou verwachten dat de schoonmaakploeg dat ook wel opmerkt. Naar het centrum is het zo'n 15-20 minuten lopen. Wij hebben verder geen klachten over dit hotel maar het sprak ons gewoon niet echt aan.

We waren bang dat een motel wellicht wat eenvoudig zou zijn, maar het was prima voor elkaar. Goede ruime kamer. Enige nadeel is dat er nogal een hardnekkige schoonmaakclub is. Ze stonden al om 08.30 uur voor de deur, kwamen om 09.30 uur weer terug en vervolgens werd er om 11 uur ofzo gebeld of we uberhaupt wel schoonmaak wilden. Pff, rustig aan!

Just a normal motel, nothing fancy. Overall is good, clean and safe. The room has some smell but tolerable. Breakfast is not included. It is not in walking distance to downtown.

The bed was too hard for me although my husband liked it. We were on the main for for a 3 night stay and the firs two nights the guests up stairs for very noisey. The staff was wondweful'

Room was great, clean. And the two hot tubs were just as expected!

Restaurant was closed. Unable to regulate heat.Front desk did not answer when we called.

Basic & clean accommodations at far end of Jasper. Room is cramped (desk, chairs, TV console). Exterior door is thin and lets in noise from neighbours.

Great staff, very helpful. Room was kind of small but all in all a great place to stay. Would recommend to f/f.

This wasn't the best experience we've had. We had a room with one queen bed. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was simalar to sleeping on the floor. We woke up each morning with a sore back. Probably will not stay there again.

People from other hotels coming to use outdoor hot tub under influence of alcohol was very disconcerting.

The staff at the Mount Robson Inn were friendly and all around pleasant to deal with. They were very informative of the available activities in Jasper and the highlights and must sees of the areas. The rooms were very nice and the hot tubs were deifinitely a plus. Very good experience.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating, we were upgraded which was greatly appreciated. The room was perfect for the two of us, more than enough room,including a table to eat a meal at. The walls are on the thin side, which I'd read before, however we were so tired from our Maligne Canyon Ice Walk that it wasn't long before we were fast asleep. […] We would both reserve at the Mount Robson Inn again. The beds are not very good, hard as a rock. Could not sleep because my back was so sore from the bed. The people were very nice and very clean hotel.

Large rooms for the family, was not expecting such a nice place in Jasper for the price.

Enjoyed our stay, Hotel room was clean warm cozy and neat, bed was comfortable, pillows were not, comforter on bed was heavy and slid off the bed a couple of times the first night, removed the comforter the second night and utilized the spare blanket.

The Mount Robson was easy to find and close to the town centre. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to people traveling to Jasper and I would stay there again.

Though the room was small, it was cozy and enjoyable. It was quiet and very clean!

Clean and quiet.

The Inn is within 5mins. driving distance from downtown Jasper. It is clean, well kept, the staff are courteous. The only complaint I have is the size of the room. It is super, super small for the price.

We recently enjoyed our stay in Jasper at Mount Robson Inn. Although the room was quite small, it was adequately appointed and very clean. The hotel staff were friendly, the location is fairly convenient to downtown and very quiet. The view from our hotel room was scenic. Of the four hotels in our vacation to the Calgary-Banff-Jasper region it was the […] most expensive. Nonetheless it provided a nice place to lay our heads on a pillow at night and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others. Lees meer

The hotel was close to the highway exit and a walk away from the town and railway station. The room was small but cozy and more importantly clean. The staff were nice and helpful. Parking was free and the restaurent had a nice breakfast.

My husband and I had a very nice time at Mount Robson Inn -- mostly because of the helpful, friendly manager, (other staff also friendly). It was a holiday weekend and we had only booked for one night -- as soon as we got to Jasper we knew we wanted to stay a second night. The hotel was fully booked but the manager managed to "find" another room for […] us. It wasn't as big as our first one, but perfectly adequate. More importantly, it meant that we could stay a second night. Staff moved our bags while we were out which was a nice touch. I would definitely stay there again. J. & R. from New Mexico. Lees meer

Very nice room, quiet, comfortable bed, great shower. Super view of mountains from front door. Friendly staff. Nice restaurant attached to hotel. Walking distance downtown.

I was dissappointed in the Mount Robson Inn. Not a box of kleenex in the room - and none of the condiments (soap, coffee) were replenished for my second night stay. This room was not vaccumed when we arrived nor was it vaccumed by cleaning staff for our second night stay. There was also problems with the coding of the card locks and I had to have them […] reprogrammed inorder to get into our room on our second day there. When I checked out - not a single question from staff about our stay. Not a single questionnaire in the room either asking for feedback. I got the distinct impression that this hotel is in a tourist town and people will always keep coming and they really don't give a darn because they know they will. But I bet they won't be back a second time. I know I won't. Lots of fish in the sea - I am sure I can find a hotel that cares about the satisfaction and delivery of customer service much more than The Mount Robson Inn does. Lees meer

I have stayed in better Inns. For the price it seemed a bit steep. The reception people had attitude in regards to other guests in front of me, but treated myself ok. The rooms are a bit dated but the opportunity to have a fridge and microwave and little table helped overlook the "oldness". Overall a fairly decent hotel, but I would try another one […] first next visit to Jasper. Lees meer

rooms to small restaront forget it

This hotel was very affordable and convenient for getting around town on foot. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

One of the cleanest rooms my wife had ever stayed in. Reasonably convenient for town and very well run. Great views. Restaurant is serviceable-OK for breakfast. Rooms a bit small but overall really enjoyed it. Recommended.
