Good. But not convenient location as a holiday spot. It was in the neighbor hood of a regular shopping like the walmart, shot rite, sears. Had a feeling of staying in a hotel near to my home. Also, the location is little far or off the way from the usual holiday spots in Poconos. I chose this since I was booking for a new year eve and was worried if […] I will find any later. In a rush. Stayed at this hotel overnight for a nearby wedding. Front desk staff was friendly. Bed was super comfortable! Would recommend a stay here.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast had many good options. It's near a major road (rt. 33) but not noisy because it's in a semi residential area.

This is the 2nd time we stayed at this hotel and it is very nice. The people are friendly, breakfast is good, cookies are very good. THe location is close to shopping and a Wegman's. We really enjoyed it and will stay there again next year.

This is a great hotel just like many of the Hampton inns. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel grounds lobby etc were equally nice. My only complaint was at breakfast. There are not enough tables. We had to wait for quite a while before being able to sit. But what other hotel offers breakfast? This is a great hotel and a great value.

My husband and I only stayed here one night but it was lovely! Room was CLEAN, bed was VERY COMFORTABLE, and the shower was ROOMY! Breakfast was pretty good too! Location was very convenient as well. Right off the highway. Would definitely stay here again.

Without a doubt, this is the nicest Hampton that I have ever been in. From the front desk, to the pool, to the clean and comfortable room, this place is great and at a great price.

We were looking for a place to stay on our way to NYC so that we would be pretty close for the weekend but not have to pay NYC (or surrounding area) rates. The hotel was great and we were 1.5 hours from the city.

For our purposes of a business trip and needing a clean, comfortable and pleasant place to stay in this area......this hotel was perfect. The staff was friendly and accomodating as well.

For two consecutive mornings I spoke with the desk manager about having housekeeping remove the multiple patches of mold above the top of our shower, and he repeatedly assured mr that the problem would be resolved. Turns out he was looking me straight in the eye and just giving me lip service. In the three days we stayed at the Comfort Inn, housekeeping […] couldn't find any bleach to clean the mold away. Otherwise, this was a nice place to stay in the area, with reasonable cost and convenience to old neighborhoods.. We probably would stay here again in the future, but would be more aggressive about having any problems resolved quickly. Lees meer

Great stay, very nice hotel. My kids loved the pool, used it every day.The breakfast was good to.

We had a late arrival which was not an issue. Hotel was neat and clean. Room had both Fridge and Microwave which was a huge bonus. Breakfast in AM offered good variety, something for everyone!

The reception was very warm, we were asked if first timers to the hotel (yes) then given a friendly orientation to it. They automatically asked and gave me the wireless access avoiding the usual search and phone call to the front desk that happens once in the room and I want to connect. Very efficient service and pleasant stay. Located near Allentown […] and day trips by car can include the Appalachian trail, the Delaware River Gap, the Poconos (These are 1-2 hours away, see Mapquest for accurate times.) Bethlehem is very close ( less than a half hour) and offers wonderful seasonal activities in the winter. Close to the hotel is a movie theatre, a Red Robin restaurant (good for kids) and others, along with a 24 hour Wegman's grocery and the hotel included refrigerator in our room. Very family and kid-friendly with a pool, a bar, and a workout room. Lees meer

I'll just give it to you straight. The hotel's nice and comfortable and the staff was super friendly, and for the area it's probably the best choice. However even with the hotels.com discount it's just plain over-priced especially for the suburbs

The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and professional. The staff was great. It is a little pricey for a non-urban location. But, there was a huge disparity in pricing between the better hotels and the economy ones. Being wary of such a huge differance, I chose Hampton Inn. I am glad I did. Twice, I was assured my credit card would not be charged until the hotel stay was complete. This is not true. The card was charged within a few days of booking, well in advance of hotel stay. This would have been completely fine, had I simply been told to begin with when the card would actually be charged. While the rate was in fact cheaper than booking […] driectly with the hotel, I do not find it an unreasonbale request, to ask that you please work to overcome this flaw and lack of communication in your booking system. We booked this hotel for one night and when our plans changed we traveled out of our way to stay here another night as it was that clean and comfortable.

THe Hampton Inn is exactly what we expected and more. Brand new hotel, Nicely decorated with wonderful staff. Located in a newer area w/ rest and shopping available. I would stay again if needed.

Very nice hotel and ammenities. We would recommend it!

My wife and I have used this hotel once before and that's why we came back. They have a great staff and they always try to accomodate you. We werent crazy about the view the first time we were there. I called the front desk and they got us into a room with a better view very quickly. Oh yeah, they've always had some tasty chocolate chip cookies available […] to the guest when we checked in.
