Best Western Bradbury Inn and Suites in Perry

NOT ONE WORKING ICE MAKER. HAD TO DRIVE OUT OF THE HOTEL TO BUY ICE. THE ROOM WAS OK....BED AND SHEETS WERE NICE. BREAKFAST ROCKED. SAUSAGE GRAVY AND BISCUITS, BACON AND EGGS. IT MADE UP FOR NO ICE.

Wonderfully clean and comfortable facility. Would most definately recommend this property . The complementary breakfast had a huge selection and was presented very well.

The ice machines were not up to par. I do not know if guests were filling their coolers or what but we could not get enough ice. Other than that, everything was great ! P.S. Breakfast was not served long enough. We never got to eat breakfast.

Hotel was having some construction done. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Lobby was very attractive with TV and fireplace and computer station. This is a true hotel with interior halls and doors. Has indoor pool and jacuzzi. (smell of chlorine did waft into halls though.) Room was very nice, high ceilings, large full bath, larger fridge, microwave, […] lots of TV channels, but reception on premium channels was poor. Has an elevator and laundry, and luggage carts. Lots of parking. Close to highway, so some truck noise. No restaurant or bar at this location, but very good restaurants are nearby. Location is hard to find and sign is hard to see from the exit. Hotel site is NE of hwy. interchange on a frontage road. Map it before you arrive. Free breakfast closes early (9:AM), but was excellent, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, juices, cereal, bagels, coffee, tea, milk, etc. (no real butter though). This hotel is pretty, clean and has excellent service. The Hampton Inn down the street was 40 dollars more and wasn't as nice.

We were specifically looking for a hotel with an indoor pool which this hotel advertises. However, we found the pool too cold to be able to swim and even the water in the hot tub was tepid and not really warm.

We stayed one night on our way to NC and found it to be a very nice, clean hotel. It was very clean and the free continental breakfast was good (included waffles, eggs and biscuits with sausage gravy). The only negative we had is that they did not have pack-n-plays/cribs. We found that out when we called to say we would be coming in late, and if we […] did not just happen to have one in our car, it would have been a miserable night with a baby. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Mattress was the same level of comfort that would be in a Motel 6 (not good..... in case I needed to spell that out). The breakfast has a good variety but very low quality for the price of the rooms.

Very nice and comfortable room. Staff was very courteous. Had a very good restaurant within walking distance. Located just off I75, so very convenient.

I loved how easy it was to check in. And the continental breakfast was much better than the hotel next door(Comfort Inn). My only complaints are, there wasn't a outlet available next to the table so I had to plug my laptop in on the adjacent wall and not use the desk. The other problem is major, there was no mat or slip resistant surface in the tub. […] I slipped getting in and bruised my calf,and I was holding on to the rail too. Lees meer

Other than the carpet in our room being a little worn, we had a pleasant stay on our road trip, despite being just off I-75, the room was very quiet. The breakfast did have a waffle maker, but no yogurts...all-in-all it was fine for an overnight stay.

Stayed once before...stayed again. Front desk staff not very friendly, never has a good morning, good evening, hello, goodbye, or even a smile. Seem annoyed to be bothered checking me in. Bfast better than OK at this price point. Still I'd stay again, but sheesh...how about a little southern hospitality! Rude.

Checked in close to midnight with no problems. Very friendly staff, beds were comfortable, nice continental breakfast. Did not use pool or hot tub.

Power went out from storm and was out for several hours. Rooms were hot could not sleep well and had an 8 hour drive the next day.

I would stay at this hotel again.

Even though the hotel has sign posted everywhere that they will supply any toiletries youay have forgotten they will not because they do not keep their supply stocked. They were out of toothbrushes and toothpaste and I received the last razor. The desk attendant was not very friendly either at night and not very helpful. The hotel was clean.

This motel/hotel is perfectly adequate as an interstate motel that you'll stay at for a nigth or two on your way elsewhere. The rooms are a decent size, they were clean, the TV works, the beds are quite comfortable, and the breakfast is what you find at any number of other chain hotels along the interstate: box cereals. a waffle maker, microwavable […] sausage biscuits. I don't think I saw any fresh fruit or non-pre-packaged pastries. I do have a few complaints however. 1) The A/C cooled the room but didn't seem up to getting rid of the humidity, so although the temp was cool, it still felt sticky and not quite comfortable. The placement of the bathroom kept any air conditioned air from getting into it at all, so that made showers in the morning less than enjoyable. 2) The reclining chair in my room didn't work. I couldn't retract the footrest and ended up with bruises on both legs from having to get out of the chair with the footrest up. 3) The hot tub wasn't functional at the pool. 4) The front desk staff didn't seem well trained or very customer oriented. I had 3 business interactions with the front desk staff and on 2 of them there was a lengthy wait while they fixed problems that they had caused other guests, in one case having to call a back office to be told how to do whatever they were doing. I was traveling with some people, and in the early evening, I met another lady in the lobby to chat with her while the men were watching TV in the rooms. The TV in the lobby was blaring Judge Judy. No other guests were present, so I turned the sound down so my friend and I could talk. The front desk clerk informed us that she was watching the TV and she'd lower the volume but not turn it off completely. Now I get that her job can probably be boring. But isn't that TV there for the customer enjoyment, not hers? Wouldn't her time have been better spent doing something like... I don't know... training so that she didn't make mistakes at her job? Very clean, very quiet. Staff very friendly - even called room after check-in to make sure we were satisfied with the room. Only negative was breakfast. Unless you get theer early, everything is gone and they do not restock. Very little to choose from.

Everything was great but I do have to say the continental breakfast was pitiful. When I got there at 8:30am the coffee pot was empty, there was no milk in the refrigerator, the bagels were gone, and there was a pile of trash beside the coffee pot (empty sugar packets, cups, lids, stir sticks, empty creamers, etc). My trip was a 400 mile drive from hom. When i specified that i needed an early check in I was accomodated. Candy was the young lady at the service desk and her customer service was exemplory. She was polite, courteous, and wore her smile well. She informed me of all the amenities and it was a pleasure to arrive there exhausted and to see that nice youmg […] lady take care of me so rapidly and courteous. Lees meer

This was a clean hotel that met our one night demands. The pool was clean, as were our beds/towels. Breakfast wasn't anything special as it consisted of microwavable Jimmy Dean sandwiches but it is free hotel food. Really no complaints about it, and I would have no problem staying again.

The hotel is good and clean. Nice breakfast in the morning is included into good priced room rate. I did not have time to check out a pool or anything else except internet (free). The only problem I had is A/C unit that is very loud as most in-windows units are.

I was very impressed with the polite staff but I was especially surprised at the condition of the hotel. It appeared to be brand new but was apparently 8 years old. Breakfast could be upgraded a little but was certainly adequate. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and did already.

Everything here was nice, clean and comfortable. A Cracker Barrel was within walking distance, which was nice. The spa jets didn't work but the water was warm and the indoor pool was very nice. It is actually in an attached room that had open windows and lots of pool lounge chairs. They let me park my Harley under the canopy in front of the building. […] The staff was very nice and helpful.
