The staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options however the coffee was awful. Maybe it was a bad batch in all fairness. I would stay here again.

I stayed in the hotel for New Years Eve and it was quiet and I really had a nice stay I would recommend to friends..

When I registered at Hotels.com, a box appeared to indicte a desire for smoking room. It was not until we arrived at the hotel that we found out obout HI's policy. True, it is mentioned on their web site but who reads that when they use hotels.com. Enjoyed my stay and the room was big enough for all of us. Very clean and never had a problem with any noises.

The hotel has always offered a very modest breakfast, which is ok with us, we know what we are getting. But, we felt this property was a little unprepared for this particular day. The juice machine was out of order and they did not have any in any other type of container, even though they had a sign posted to look in the frig. The pancake machine was […] not working properly. The attendant that was working the breakfast area didn't know what to do to resolve any issue with no juice to drink or the pancake machine being out of order as well. I thought the price we paid for this particular hotel was a little steep based on its proximity to everything. I will give credit to the staff for a number of things though. The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and willing to go out of their way to make you happy and they seemed interested in making sure you were happy. Lees meer

The hotel was fine, conveniently located close to family. The room was spacious and clean, internet worked perfectly. However, there was a problem with the possibility of their charging for the room twice, since it had been pre-paid, and the AC was noisy. Selected this Holiday Inn for one night to attend a wedding - impeccable room, a smaller suite but more than suitable - curteous, knowleadgeable staff - right off of a major highway but not the greatest location, though again, wasn't there to sightsee

It's a Holiday in, Clean rooms, Plesantt staff, Well maintained, Swimming pool, No extra charge for Internet and a Good Breakfast included with the price of the room! Whats not to like?

Generally nice facility. Hard to locate visually, probably due to some township disgusting sign laws. drove past it twice before my wife spotted the little bitty sign on the building. The marquee was invisible from the highway. Hallways smelled musty. Room was spacious with twin size hide-a-bed. Staff was warm, friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good […] variety and moderate quality.(hey it was included in the price). Used hotels.com to book so didnt actually know the room rate until the bill was slipped under my door during the night. My 4 year old threw up horribly in the bed in the middle of the night. We cleaned as best we could and put towels down to sleep on. Left nice (very nice) tip for housekeeping and apologized on our way out. Overall hotel was good. Decent breakfast in the morning, staff was friendly, hotels clean. Just wish check in was a little earlier, but it is a standard time for most hotels.

Everything with this reservation was fine, except for one thing I wasn't expecting. When I checked in I was asked for my credit card information. Holiday Inn wanted that or 40.00, which I decided to do instead to hold as a deposit. I don't know if this is a new policy for all hotels, but I don't like it. It insinuates that either i am going to A) break […] something B) steal something or C) a way for the hotel to collect 40.00 if I forget to ask for it. I will give credit to the reservation person who checked me in. His name is Joel and he explained why he had to ask for the deposit. And he apologized for having to ask for it, which I appreciated. And Joel remembered the deposit when I checked out. In summary high marks to Joel and poor marks for your deposit policy. As it feels like Holiday Inn is more concerned with money than taking care of the customer. Lees meer

I was very pleased with my stay--the staff was very friendly and helpful; the rooms were sparkly clean; the breakfast was delicious. One of the best I've stayed at.

Excellent place to stay. We were there three days. Internet wireless keep dropping off but this just might be due to the location in the room. I found a hard wire connection which resolved the problem, but you need your own cable. This connection may not work in every room. Plenty of restaurants to eat out within 1/2 mile.

Great hotel - very comfortable and clean. It smelled good everywhere in the hotel - lobby, hallways, room, and was clean everywhere. Great breakfast too. I called after the stay because we had left valuables - the desk clerk was very kind and helpful.

This hotel is right next door to an awesome Brazil Steak House, across the street from a great outdoor mall and lots more places to eat. Rooms are clean, breakfast was above expectations, overall a great experience!

It was beyond perfect......the only complaint that I have is there was a bunch of kids up stairs running around, but that isn't the hotel's fault. This wasn't all the time just during the day. Other than that it was great, and I will be staying there again.

It was a little more difficult to get in and out of that I would have liked. The exit for the hotel was closed because of road construction and it took me 30 minutes to find another way to get there. There were no restaurants or fast food in the area. The hotel itself, was great, clean, breakfast was good. It might not be too bad if I was going to be […] in the area again, because I did not even see another descent hotel on this strip of highway. It was very easy to get to and from the attraction that I wanted to stay there for, but that is the main attribute to this hotels location. Lees meer

Hotel is fairly new, near shopping. In Far Southwest Austin. Our room had AC problems, but we felt that was probably an aberration.

The hotel was nice for the price, the people were friendly, and the breakfast was good. However, Sunset Valley is not close to too many things. There are restaurants and strip malls, but the freeway service roads made heading just across the street a challenge.

Front desk people were very friendly, room was quite lovely. Breakfast was prompt. Elevators were a little scary, they made a lot of noise. I would have liked a small fridge and microwave in the room. The view from my room was beautiful.
