La Quinta Inn & Suites Brownsville North in Brownsville

We called in route to Brownsville and were very pleased with the rate, the location and the room. The breakfast was complimentary and was excellent. It was hassle free and a great stay.

Nice room and service. Great breakfast.

I was so happy we came across this hotel and stayed for the night. Everything was great except there was a small outage that lasted one second and it affected the TV. Not sure if the problem was fixed by the morning because we check out early.

Clean room, didn't have any issues.

The staff leaves alot to be desired for. Arrived around 1:30 to check in - gentleman at front counter was neither friendly or rude, just indifferent to my presence . I did ask for a king bed upgrade and was surprised that it was not problem at all. However the ac unit would not get cold and after 3 calls to the lobby I was allowed a different room. […] Hotel is clean inside , the grounds could use some work and building paint . Comfortable. The wall unit ac and limited cable were offset with the free wi-fi and free breakfast. Nice place.

Clean, quiet room. The blanket was too thin for winter, esp since Brownsville was having record low temps during our stay, and the shower didn't drain well. Otherwise, the room was great, breakfast was good, staff was helpful and friendly, parking good, neighborhood nice. The hotels in Brownsville are all priced for tourists. Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The grounds are pretty clean as well as the room and staff were curteous. Very close to several stores and restaurants.

While visiting the Valley Regional Medical Center, this hotel had the best location, customer service and rooms. Worth the price.

Terrible Service! Room was not ready even though had a week in advance reservation. Had a wedding to attend to so was not able to change in the room. Returned to the hotel after the wedding to get the room. I told the staff member what had happened and he just nodded his head. Checked out the next day and no one asked how the stay was. Iwas very pleased with the hotel staff in the front desk.They were very friendly and helpful with all our questions about the hotel and surrounding areas.I Have paid more in the past and rooms were not as nice,the bkfst was decent.the location was great 30min.from beach& 5 min. from the boarder, also many stores near by.I would reccomend this hotel […] to any on or who's looking for casuale vacation or get away Lees meer

TODO ESTUVO EXCELENTE, SOLAMENTE EN LA HABITACION QUE NOS ASIGNARON, OLIA MUY FUERTE A CIGARRO, LE COMENTE AL ENCARGADO Y ME DIJO QUE ERA EL PISO DE LOS FUMADORES, PERO CREO QUE CON UN POCO DE DESODORANTE DE AMBIENTE SE PUEDE CORREGIR, SOLAMENTE ESO FUE LO QUE NO NOS GUSTO, TODO LO DEMAS EXCELENTE.
