The bed was similar to sleeping on cardboard and what little sleep I was able to get on it was disrupted by the constant barrage of employees running up and down the stairs and slamming doors to prepare breakfast starting at 5am. "Very disappointing!! Do not recommend"
Room was not cleaned after first night yet someone had come into the room and opened the windows. Being that we had all of our belongings in the room and that we were on the ground floor someone could have easily entered with little effort. We complained that our room was not made up after the first night and no one could tell us why. We were told to […] speak to the manager the next morning. To our surprise, the manager was not scheduled to work the next morning therefore we asked to be compensated for the 40$ pet fee seeing as our room had not been cleaned. We were told that they still didn't know why and that they would get back to us. No one had since returned our call as promised however we were told that only one night's pet fee of $ 20 would be reversed. I have yet to see the credit and have yet to receive a return call as promised. Even though we booked well in advance and the hotel was not full, we got a basement room.
