Een prima hotel. Centraal gelegen en toch rustig. Je kunt alle kanten op, zowel met de metro als te voet. Service prima, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Koffie faciliteiten op de kamer en bij de receptie gratis van 6.00 uur tot 11.00 uur am. Gezellig terras voor het hotel ook heel bijzonder in New York

de prijs was behoorlijk aan de hoge kant maar dat kwam misschien omdat we laat geboekt hadden. de kamers waren erg klein wij konden geen 2 koffers neerleggen op de grond. Ook vonden wij dat de kamers behoorlijk lang niet waren onderhouden. Het was een beetje een oude zooi. Wij zaten op de tweede verdieping en hadden best wel last van de herrie buiten […] op straat. zeer goed gelegen centraal tussen uptown en downtown. Volgende keer zeker terug dit hotel. Kamers goed onderhouden en goede bedden.

The location was handy to many of the areas we were scheduled for a weekend wedding. Probably would be good for visiting art galleries. The staff ws friendly and petty well-trained, but the property needs an upgrade. Scuffed furniture, rattly elevator. A little tired, but a good value for the money.

We had a great time at this hotel. The rate was very affordable, staff friendly, room clean, bed comfortable -- and we were right in the middle of Chelsea and close to everything NYC has to offer.

We chose for price and location and are very pleased with the value we received. The room was small but as expected, and reasonably comfortable. The Hotel was in a very good posion with regard to my business cmmitments and the Staff, some of the most helpful and welcoming that I have experienced in any New York Hotel. However the hotels is exremly tired and relaly could do with a bit of attention, it is a shame that this really lets it down.

Staff was truly delightful! This not-a-lot-of-frills hotel was comfortable, clean, and the perfect location for my short stay!!

Clean but tiny room. My wife had to sleep with our son cause we would not fit in the same bed. This is Manhattan. You will surely pay the price for the location. Room had old furniture and the hotel needs renovation. But the staff was kind, allowing an early check in and late check out.

Best place to stay in Chelsea price for room was 300.00 by the time of taxes and fees. That was about 100 too much though.

Was able to get an early check in on a Friday in March! Got a clean & big room for the city. Just wish we had normal size pillows on beds. Great hospitality from front desk and all employees we came in contact with. This is the 2nd time we stayed in Four Points, we did so in DC last year also. Thank you all.

I THOUGHT THE STAFF TRIED VERY HARD TO ACCOMODATE US. I WANTED A LUGGAGE RACK TO PUT MY SUITCASE ON BUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY SO THEY BROUGHT UP SOMETHING ELSE WHICH WORKED BUT I THINK THERE SHOULD BE LUGGAGE RACKS IN THE ROOM. Shocked at the poor quality of the accommodations. Will not choose this hotel again, period. Parking lot was full and had to drive to two other locations to find availability and then argue with the garage attendant to get the hotel's advertised rate. The room had dirty, stained carpets, and was in an overall shabby state. I was looking for a hotel […] to use frequently on business and this will certainly not be on the list. The location is convenient, 20mins walk to Time Square and close to all major attractions. The hotel staffs were very friendly, even though the room key was not working at the first time, they immediately changed me to another room and helped me with temp. parking just outside of the hotel.

This hotel never disappoints. Although the rooms are small (welcome to NYC), the beds are very comfortable. The staff is also friendly and accommodating.

I was very disappointed with this hotel for valentines day. I specifically wanted an open city view, not a view of the building across the street. The pictures shown were certainly a false representation and none of the rooms could possibly have had the views shown as it was boxed in by other bigger buildings. Nobody to greet you outside, never saw the valet. The room was small but clean. Staff is friendly. Food was inedible at the restaurant. Overpriced.

I'm picky but I'd stay here again. Great location, entertainment and nightlife nearby, food on site and within walking distance and very reasonable rates for NYC...CLEAN!! and comfy beds...what more can you ask for?

This hotel was in need of an upgrade. Bathroom tiles had mold, lights did not work, door lock was broken, rug was filthy. I woke up at 4:30 when 2 drunks opened my door with their key, they did not get in because of the upper lock. When I called the desk all he said was "sorry about that"...... I would NEVER stay here again.......

My son and I had an opportunity to grab a four day weekend in New York and picked a Four Points hotel because of the inexpensive yet reliable quality that the brand offers. We had a nice small room that was tidy, and offered the basics (clean washroom, fresh linens, etc.) The main benefits were the location (central to subways, various neighbourhood […] restaurants, within walking distance of Times Square, Madison Square Gardens), and reasonable price. The staff were very pleasant, and the only down side to the weekend was the sounds of doors closing in the hallway overnight - which was more a function of a light sleeper (me) rather than a complaint about the hotel per se. I was in the process of moving here so I stayed in about three different hotels. This was by far the nicest one for the price. Valet service who frequently let me get things out of my car without charge. Free wifi. Complimentary cupcakes from a top notch bakery as welcome gift. The room was adequate by NYC standards. Nice place to sleep but not much else. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were horrible. The location is perfect and the hotel staff is really nice except for one lady who checked me in at the front desk. We came to NYC to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. We were married in Central Park last year. We stayed at the Sheraton in Times Square last year, but wanted a little change in pace to explore Chelsea, Soho, etc. without fighting the Christmas crowds to get outside of Times Square. The rooms are very clean, though small, but all you need for a visit to the Madison Square Garden Area.

The hotel is in a very old building - Sheraton has done the very best they could with what they had to work with. Rooms are small, but that's typical of NYC. Soundproofing could be better, but acceptable nonetheless. Location is good, I felt safe walking around the area.
