Ligging.
The Waterfront Suites ligt aan het strand in Paihia, dicht bij Paihia Beach en Waitangi Treaty Grounds. Andere bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving zijn Kerikeri Mission House en Rainbow Falls.
Accommodatievoorzieningen.
Naast een seizoensgebonden buitenzwembad en een conciërgebalie heeft The Waterfront Suites voorzieningen als barbecueroosters. Het personeel kan op verzoek zakelijke diensten en hulp bij excursies regelen. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een stomerij-/wasserijservice en audiovisuele apparatuur. De receptie is op bepaalde tijden open. Gasten kunnen tegen betaling parkeren.
Hotelkamers.
Elke kamer heeft een balkon met uitzicht op de zee of de oceaan (gedeeltelijk).The Waterfront Suites heeft 27 kamers met een cd-speler en wasmachines/drogers. Bij betaling kan een snelle internetverbinding (draadloos of via kabel) worden aangeboden. Elke kamer heeft een lcd-televisie met kanalen via digitale ontvanger en een dvd-speler. Elke kamer beschikt over een bureau en een telefoon met voicemail. Elke badkamer is voorzien van een föhn en gratis toiletartikelen.
Bij dit appartement met 5 sterren beschikt elke kamer over een keuken met een kookplaat, een magnetron, een koelkast en een afwasmachine. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een minibar en een strijkplank/strijkijzer. Bovendien kun je op verzoek gebruikmaken van voorzieningen zoals massagebehandelingen op de kamer, hypoallergeen beddengoed en een telefonische wekdienst. Een huishoudservice is dagelijks beschikbaar. Op de kamers van The Waterfront Suites mag niet worden gerookt.

Fantastic suites with every facility you need, a real home away from home. It is right on the waterfront, close to everything but still peaceful when relaxing in the stunning pool.
"No bay view"
The Waterfront was in a great position with beach, shops and jetty within 50 meters. Unfortunately most apartments overlook each other with no view of the bay

The Waterfront Suites was easily the best accomodation we stayed in in New Zealand. Total luxuryin every aspect. Will definatley stay here again.

"Modern apartments in Paihia"
Hotel is very modern and well located. Room is spacious, there is fully equipped kitchen. Personnel is friendly. The biggest issue that no restaurant in the hotel, you need either go 'next door', or buy food in supermarket. In terms of surroundings - it very good: lots of kraft shops, restaurants, body treatment places. "Gorgeous"
This hotel is a must! It is located near the town center but still very calm. The view on the water front side is just amazing as you can enjoy it sitting outside on the balcony. Only thing you you may hear during the night, is the sea... Impressive rooms with lots of space, big and new kitchen. We only had one night at your hotel but enjoyed it very much! It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable evening of reading and relaxing. The desk person recommended 35 Degrees for our dinner on the water and it was a very good choice! We weren't able to use the pool because it was raining but it looked lovely from our room! "Nice hotel but service is lacking"
Hotel is gorgeous! Location is great and rooms are beautiful, however... When we checked into our 2 bedroom suite, both bathrooms smelled terrible (sewer). The first time we complained to the front desk, we were told it was the garbage bins behind the hotel (it wasn't). The second time we complained, they tried to unclog the drains, which caused both […] bathrooms to flood the next time we used the showers. The third time we complained, they spent an hour in the room before deciding there was an issue, and that a plumber would need to be called. Ultimately, the issue was not fixed before we checked out. I felt the hotel staff could have fixed the issue immediately, or offered us another room. They did neither. The property is beautiful, and the location is perfect. Amazing view, beautiful new rooms, just like staying in a new apartment. Really handy location, metres from restaurants and tourist attractions. Highly recommended.

Everything was up to date in the hotel. The layout of the overall apartment was fantastic. I loved that our bed came with warming pads, separate for each side. The bathroom was also great, the water pressure and depth of the rub allowed for a refreshing shower and a relaxing bath. The kitchen came with all necessary appliances and furnishings, so we […] were able to go to the local grocery store to make some meals at home. The grocery store was about a 20-25min walk away, however easily accessible by car. The hotel itself was literally right across the street from the water, with beach access 50ft away. The main strip of downtown area-restaurants, shops and ferry to Russell as well as all adventure and tours were less than a 5min walk way. The public library which is also along close to the hotel, has free wifi and internet access. It was a fantastic stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Lees meer
