Hotel was very quiet and clean. Stuff are very friendly. Will go back and visit gain. Good breakfast. My 9 years old daughter loves the pool!

Me and the husband decided to take a weekend away for just the two of us. The room was nice, the hot breakfast was good. Ruby Tuesday's being directly across the parking lot was very convenient. Over all enjoyed our stay for a nice relaxing weekend.

Not bad, we had a uhaul and they had plenty of overflow parking. Great breakfast each morning in the hotel. Suites were still one room siutes with a little more space. Doing some maintenance as well at the time of our stay. Great service though and really friendly and helpful.

My kids love Springhill Suites so I always look for them. This one had the largest breakfast area. Always pleased!

Great room, well appointed and very clean, excellent Bed. Great for business travelers, Desk Sitting area was great for getting work done, and the internet connection worked excellent.

Traveled with my mom and my kids. Hotel had modern facilities, great swimming pool for the kids albeit a little small, well maintained, great breakfast. Very comfortable.

Chose this hotel because it was near the relatives we were visiting. Lobby area is beautiful. The room was a bit run-down - peeling wallpaper in some areas, but clean. Nice room set up - we had a 2 Queen bed suite. But the couch was VERY uncomfortable - perhaps because we are both short (5' and 5'3")! Chose to sit on the desk chair or bed instead. No […] trash can in the kitchenette area - we had to ask for an extra, only one small one in the bathroom. If you plan to actually use the kitchenette (microwave, small fridge, cupboard space) make sure to bring your own supplies, including paper towels. Nothing is provided. Very stingy on towels - 1 towel and washcloth for each person - had to ask for extra washcloths. Same with coffee packs - one caf, one decaf. Had to go to front desk to ask for more. Room info says coffee is provided in the lobby area 24/7 but that is no longer true. Nice hot breakfast. Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Not the best place I've stayed - but not the worst either! Very nice lobby and dining area. Has a comfortable area to eat breakfast and catch up on current events on the morning news. Need to add "N." for the GPS.

They staff was lazy we dint have shampoo and bath towels the room was dirty and i have to go down get the towel and shampoo the staff was too lazy to help. Horrible service and dirty room

This hotel was very comfortable. We loved our studio style room with the kitchenette. My friend and I loved the fact that we were able to bring food and drinks back to the room for later. The bed was super comfy and if we werent there for memorial weekend, we could have literally stayed in bed. I had the best naps. The only qualm that I have about this […] hotel is the housekeeping- it seemed that all that staff did was make the bed. On our third day at the hotel our room was a complete mess with the exception of the bed being made. The little panel that they place on top of the bed was on the floor, there were no fresh towels, and the couch cushions were lifted up and out of place. The full breakfast is also another plus for this hotel . The staff here is amazing! They really did cater to our needs. We took advantage of the shuttle that they offered within a fice mile radius. Overall the hotel, area and staff are nice. But my first stay at this hotel was in December only to find that we had tiny ants all over our room, including our suitcase the next morning...YUCK! The hotel was very apologetic and offered me a free stay next time we were in the area. I took them up on the offer and would have thought the room they put […] me in would have been checked first, but yep you guessed it...ants again (in February and on a completely different floor)! I think it's time they called an exterminator! They moved me to a different room, but offered nothing else. Won't go back. Lees meer

My family and I stayed for two nights at this property. Thanksgiving night and Friday night. The lobby of the hotel I would say was the best thing. We stayed on the third floor, the hotel has two elevators one was out of order. The first thing I noticed when we entered the room was the furniture is soo outdated as well as the television. The t.v. was […] a zenith. I don't know about you but, I haven't seen a zenith since I was a teenager and I'm 51 yrs. old. All I could say was "WOW". Then I went into the bathroom and there was a burnt cigarette stain on the toilet seat. When I ran the water for a shower it took a while for the water to get hot. Lastly, when my daughters were getting in bed for the night my daughter said that there was a blood stain on her sheets. How disgusting. She called and someone came up stairs and gave her more linen. They did not make up the bed for her. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this hotel and it was not worth the money. Lees meer

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was like a small apartment. The hotel staff was extremely hospitable. I would enjoy staying there again.

The staff was very cordial and helpful. The rooms were clean. However, the rooms needed some maintenance: bathroom door handle was broken, mirror crooked, and bathroom wallpaper was starting to peel in an area close to the bathtub. We went for a weekend getaway and had a great time! The hotel is nice and very clean. The room looks like the picture. The complimentary breakfast was very good and had a nice (but small) variety of options. The staff was very nice and helpful. Overall, it was a great place to stay despite the fact that we had to drive 13 miles to the beach. The only […] other "negative" was the slight problem with not being able to put the physical street address or the one listed on the website for use with the GPS. The GPS didn't take the numbers. Les draps n'étaient pas changés, la cafétière avec du café de la veille et il manquait des serviettes dans la salle de bain. Bref la chambre était faite a la moitié. Très déçu de cette hôtel mais Springhille mérite une autre chance.
